This morning riding my bicycle I was nearly clipped by a Lind's truck on Blue Spruce in a apartment complex area a block south of the main office around 7:40am. Careless drivers.

Any company that lets their employees drive as terrible as this company does should be banned from the roads. If thier employees are reckless on the road they are reckless doing work.

Lind's is always there when we need them! As a property manager, a lot can go wrong, and when it rains, it pours. Lind's is always there for us in a timely manner with excellent service.

A RAVE REVIEW here!! On Wed, March 27 we had a pretty bad water problem. I unit the sink backing up the other water was coming through the ceiling light in their kitchen. Rams was called. They did not find the problem? I don't know why but they left and we were informed that they could come back either the next day in the afternoon or Friday. Our Property manger called Linds. He was on another job but came in about an hour. He had some work to do to fin g the problem...like cut about 1/4 of the ceiling out but the IS WHERE THE LEAK was. The water pipe had eaten away by Drano. THANK YOU LIND! I am sorry I did not find out the plumbers name, but Lind...you've got a good guy!! This is waht the pipe looked like eaten away by Drano

After we purchased our house up in Glacier View Meadows we ran into a few minor issues. Shad was my service technician who came out and he was excellent! Buying a house requires a lot of things. I've had probally 6 service providers come to the house (centurylink, rainsoft, statefarm, etc.) Shad was the only provider who was timely and arrived when he said he would. He immediately diagnosed both our issues. We had a heating element out in our water heater and the PSI was not set properly on our pressure tank. He also pointed out that the pressure tank and water heater we had was not suitable for our house. Which I firmly believe because this house was originally only a vacation cabin. He wrapped everything up in less than and hour and was very professional. When I'm ready to upgrade our water heater and pressure tank, I know exactly who I'm calling! Thank you

Sunday night, I’m having some plumbing issues... The sewer drain in my basement was completely clogged, which was my fault as well.. So I reach out to Lind’s and Jen schedules Shad to come out at 9 am on Monday, and if you haven’t heard of Shad in previous reviews, the guy is basically an angel from heaven.

Within an hour he put a t in our line to resist clogging and gurgling of the sewer drain and got the line unclogged. Linds, Jen and Shad great job, keep it up!

We had Shad come out to our house multiple times to help with plumbing for our bathroom renovations and he was GREAT. He was so helpfull and even fixed a toilet that we had leaking in our basement. He also went out of his way to pick up a new bathtub for us when he found our new one had cracked in the original packaging. Jen was also so helpful at the office with accommodating our crazy schedule. Thanks guys!!! We will be using Linds again!

Work done was very nice. First day the worker only worked 3-4 hours, Second day he got a lot done. Didn't call or show up the third day. We had to call and reschedule for the following week. This was supposed to be a two day job and we are looking at over a week now. The house was left in a disaster which we had to clean up both days. I dont think I will use them again.

I highly recommend Linds Plumbing! We had a leak in our basement floor and they arrived same day to get it fixed. Fast, quality work and affordable!! Thanks to the staff and the crew!

Based on how terrible your drivers are I would never recommend nor utilize your business. Tailgating and weaving in and out of traffic at excessive speeds is no way to attract new clients.

UPDATE: I see that the owner has created a canned message to reply to all the reviews exposing the reckless drivers/plumbers they choose to employ. Yes, I will definitely base my opinion of a business by how their employees act regardless of the service industry. These people are the face of your company and if they are unabashedly negligent on the road or to the public then they are certainly not welcome in my home or business. And the fact that the "owner" would reply to these reviews in a way that blames the complainants for being upset by dangerous behavior speaks volumes to how this business is run.

I called Linds for a problem with my heat in one of my rooms. Although they didn’t do the work needed to repair the problem they came out very quickly, determined what the problem was. They were able to tell me exactly where my problem was inside my vaulted ceilings and gave me ideas on who I could call to get the problem resolved. They simply could have told me they didn’t do this type of work BUT they promptly showed up and diagnosed my problem! Such an amazing company to work with!!!

These guys have been an absolute pleasure to work around. They are very professional and well organized. We are constructing an 8 story building and their team has done a wonderful job of keeping themselves tidy. They have barely left any scrap behind in doing their job, practically unnoticeable. They set up their station appropriately and do not leave their equipment laying around in the hallway. As far as OSHA compliance goes, they've got it down. The people they have on their team are also pleasant to be around. Of all the contractors I've been around in my 7 years of construction, these guys take the cake. Lind's is definitely performing with a standard of excellence and I would highly recommend using this company for your needs. Keep up the good work guys.

When it comes to getting your heating system fixed during the coldest time of year, you need a trusted and reliable partner, and Lind’s is just that. We have a rather complicated older boiler with radiant hydronic heating and a combination of baseboard and in-floor heating. The controls are old and make little sense unless you understand the logic used when they were created. Thankfully, Shad was able to make quick sense of it all, sort out the issues we were experiencing, and make on-the-fly repairs. He has revisited our home several times since his initial visit in order to ensure everything is working as it should and that our family is comfortable. That sort of service and dedication are hard to come by anymore.

Linds Plumbing and Heating is a wonderful company. I had them out to my house several times and each time they are so professional. Shad is absolutely amazing. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism but more importantly his talent. Recently Jake came out and I was very impressed with him too. I feel that they are very reasonable in price. I had two water heaters replaced and a few items in my house repaired. Recently I had a kitchen demo hiccup and they were able to come out right away to my surprise and delight. I just appreciate them so very much. I will continue to use them in my home. I would highly recommend them.

I want to share our experience with Linds Plumbing & Heating. During our last cold snap our well house had a broken pipe which caused us to be completely out of water. I contacted Linds and explained our situation and they were right out to address our issue.
The gentleman who came to the the house was professional and quickly fixed the broken pipe. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend them for a go to plumbing company.

We have had several plumbing problems over the last couple years and this was our first experience with Lind’s, and let me tell you, it was a great one! This was the first time I didn’t feel like we were being scammed or taken advantage of. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done very quickly. I have had multiple problem with my plumbing and air conditioning over the last 10 years of owning my house from the early 70s. From a backed up sewer mainline to the AC going out in early August.

My most recent was leak in the basement. I’ve called Linds every time. They respond quickly and I’ve never had to call them back for the same issue. Clean, efficient, and responsive.

The folks are Linds Plumbing and Heating have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are responsive and timely. Every time we have reached out to them, they are quick to reply...even on weekends and holidays. I would recommend both for commercial and residential needs.
