First time using this company and they were great! Responded in a timely manner and very happy with their work. Jason came to house and I would definitely ask for him again.

Made appointment and showed up to complete the work. Jason was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Everything is fine after replacing the water pressure valve in our home.

As expected work. Expensive -- also as expected. I haven't paid my attourney the amount per hour as this plumber, however the work was done quickly, correctly, within the estimated time frame and for slightly less than the verbally quoted amount.

Mike was great. He explained in detail what was wrong, how he figured it out, and what it would take to fix it. He had all the replacement parts in his van. Fixed in no time. One of the nicest plumbers I've known.

Craig, Melissa, and the crew have been awesome to work with. From fixing a leaking toilet, to installing a garbage disposal (the day after Thanksgiving), to a new hybrid water heater, Aggie has been awesome. Need a plumber? Call Aggie!

Craig came out to our home to investigate a leak we thought was something major. He spent a few minutes diagnosing the issue and it embarrassingly turned out to be a problem with our washing machine. Nonetheless, Craig was a consummate professional and checked our basement and upstairs shower area to be certain. We will definitely call on him again for any future plumbing needs!

I rarely give 5 stars, however this company exceeded my expectations. They arrived right ON TIME. They were super easy and flexible with their schedule as well. The service tech that responded to my house listened to me and communicated everything he was going to do before doing it. He was also cost conscientious. I will use them again.

Hired their service twice so far, both in 2017. The first time to fix a jammed disposal and a problematic toilet. Four months later hired them again to fix the same toilet. They replaced the p-trap of the toilet during the second visit. Problems seemed fixed at the end of their second visit. But not long after their service, the p-trap stopped working effectively. Toilet drain has become very slow. Sometimes I have to use my hand to lift the p-trap in order to get enough water to flush the toilet. I called them earlier this year trying to see if their "two year warranty on labor and provided materials" would cover this issue, but I was told no. I am not going to hire them anymore.

Very impressed! Mike was professional, diligent and personable, and did a great job accessing and tapping into an existing gas line in the floor. Turned out to be a larger job then either of us had anticipated, but he was able to complete it in 1 afternoon. Will not use anybody else in the future.

Dripping ~50 year old exterior faucet was the problem. I replaced the o-ring or whatever a couple years ago myself, so since it was dripping again already I figured I better have a pro look at it. Aggie showed up right on time, said we could try the repair again but replacing it was only $50 more, so I had him replace it. Had him look at a couple other things while there, no big deal since I'm already paying for the hour, but I've had other techs balk at this kind of "add on" advice. On his way out, he put a screw or two into the loose gate latch on the fence because it bothered him. Who else in town just randomly fixes something? Their estimate was cheaper than a couple other places, and the invoice was cheaper than the estimate. I will be using Aggie again.

Aggie Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have worked with in over 50 years. Craig Unter runs a terrific company which provides high quality and responsive service. The customer service is outstanding. Mike Garofola is an expert technician.

I called Aggie plumbing to get a consultation/quote on the plumbing rough-in in my basement. First Tim was on-time and very friendly. As we went through the rough-in it became clear that there wasn't much work to quote. Tim refused payment for such a small amount of time. It is clear that they care about their customers. I won't hesitate to call back Aggie Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

What is a dual check valve?? I didn't know until Mike Garofalo, Licensed Service Technician with Aggie Plumbing & Services replaced that valve today. The whining and the screeching from that valve was annoying. So thanks to Mike and Aggie Plumbing the whining and screeching has been terminated.
Mike's professionalism and consideration were immediately evident the moment he rang the doorbell. He introduced himself, and stated that he understood that there were unusual noises coming from the plumbing. And get this...before he set foot in the house he put on those blue shoe covers to keep from damaging my very new solid wood floors. The work was efficient, fast, and Mike very clearly explained the work he did and the cause of the problem! Thank you, Aggie Plumbing & Services and Mike.

They were able to coordinate with our schedule. The invoice for the work was only $10 more than the amount they quoted. We did not have the set up they were expecting but the gentleman that did the work was able to come up with a quick solution. Although it was a relatively small and simple project, I have had a good experience working with this company.

I would give 10 stars if I could. On a very cold February morning we woke up to a freezing house because our boiler was not working. The first well-established company that we called said we needed a new one and within about 30 minutes one of their salesmen showed up and just reinforced how much we needed a new one. The estimated price was $21,000 dollars. That’s when we decided to get 2 more estimates. The second estimate once again came from a very well-establed business in the Ft Collins area. They sent out a salesman who said he used to be a technician. Once again, without much if any investigation he said we needed a new boiler. This time the price came out to almost $19,000. At this point we were very discouraged but went ahead and got one more estimate. And thank goodness. Mike G. was the technician that came from Aggies and he immediately set to work to investigate whether the boiler just needed cleaning. And sure enough that is what he decided it needed. He not only got it working but it is actually heating better than ever! Mike was extremely professional and pleasant in addition to being honest and hardworking. Don’t settle for less than Aggies...They are the most ethical and knowledgeable plumbing/heating and air conditioning company in the FOCO area!

Worked with Mike and the office on a gas leak at my house. They were fast, courteous, professional, and comprehensive in the repairs. Will definitely be my go-to for Northern Colorado plumbing from here on out.

I would highly recommend Aggie Plumbing. I had initially called another plumbing service in Fort Collins and switched to Aggie after the experience with them. Aggie's plumber Mike arrived and after telling him what the other plumber had found and thought, Mike informed me reasons why he didn't agree with the initial plumber. He then told me what he thought on the situation and how he would like to approach it. Mike's educated guess turned out to be correct, he found the leak quickly, fixed it and cleaned up well afterwards. Will call Aggie again if I needed any plumbing work in the future.

Mike came up with a great solution to a tough problem that involved replacing some cracked old iron piping in a tight spot, and it was all done at a very fair price. On top of that, Mike has to be about the nicest guy on the planet and was a pleasure to have in our house. If there was a 10 star rating, I'd give it to Mike and the rest of the crew at Aggie Plumbing. Alas, 5 stars will have to do.

Aggie Plumbing was called to our home to repair a leak in our guest bathroom. Their technician, Ethan, was exceptional! He replaced a faulty line to the toilet tank, then replaced the lines in our other two bathrooms as well! He was quick, efficient, and professional in all he did. On a side note, I found out he was a fellow Air Force veteran, and he went through basic training in 1984 when I was a Military Training Instructor - small world! I would definitely use this company again - and probably ask for Ethan by name!

Called 3 times over a 2 week period to schedule someone to give me an estimate on work to replace a tub. Each time was told that someone would get back to me soon. I never received a return call. I can't comment on the quality of this company's work because I was never able to get a return call for getting the estimate done. I can comment on their professionalism and ability to follow through on simple tasks. Since this company is not capable of returning calls after repeated attempts, I cannot recommend them for any work, regardless of what it is.

This is a top rate organization starting with Natasha who answers the phone. She is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Jason who came to my house not only fixed the plumbing, but he took the time to explain to me how to troubleshoot some minor plumbing problems and how to fix them. The price was industry standard and I could not be more pleased. I would not hesitate referring my friends to Aggie!
