Wow! Just wow! I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am! From the first phone call to the job getting done was the best experience a home owner could ask for. Polite, personable, on time, and honest! Even with me staring over his shoulder... Lol... Drywall cut, repair made, drywall replaced new water heater installed... Under two hours. Ray came over and replaced our kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He was running late, as most repair and service people do, and we got a heads up which was really appreciated. Ray got there, got the job done and I couldn't be happier. Great service and a really fair price.

Came out on short notice in spite of a heavier than normal workload. They assisted in tracking down and stopping a 175000 gallon per month leak. Great service from scheduling, work crew, and the head trouble shooter Chizum Mckinzie. He was especially helpful and patient with this puzzle.

There was some issues between the plumbing company and my property management company. Essentially All Property Services in FoCo. Was going to make me pay the invoice, but IPS stood their ground and with them saying it wasnt our fault. Thank you for that.

When two of my pipes burst on a Saturday night after 10, Casey drove from Fort Collins to Greeley. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and professional. I'd call IPS again, day or night.

Contacted them to install a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. One of their plumbers came out for a site review and after a week, I called to get an update. Called to ask status and was told I would be called back. Called back the next day to ask status and was told I would be called back. I did receive a call back shortly after the second call and was told the job would take 2 days and would need two plumbers and they could not schedule any time for the foreseeable future. I would have appreciated the truth up front that they did not want the work.

I put a screw through a pipe on a Saturday and they were responsive, professional, efficient and reasonably priced (especially for a weekend emergency fix). Thanks guys! You'll be my first call next time I need a plumber.

Timely, professional, friendly staff and a sexy new water tank! From the inital service quote to paying the invoice, IPS makes it easy. 10 out of 10, would hire again.

We've done a lot of plumbing projects this year-- had bids and/or work done by half a dozen plumbing companies. This is the only company I would recommend. Dave was knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. Price was fair. Will use them again.

So first of all they took out this huge juniper bush that my wife told me to dig up over a year ago, cut it up and loaded it for me.

We had that dammed blue poly water line running from the city shutoff to the basement meter shutoff. IPS arrived at 8 a.m., quickly formulated a plan with backup options and started the job.

It was a big one that required digging a trench because the builder left over 130 feet of that cursed line coiled deep beneath the foundation.

The city shut the water off at 10:15 a.m. and it was back on at 3.15 p.m.

Just a quick, very professional top notch job accomplished with no disruptions at a price that was $2000.00 less than the other firms quoted.

Plus that darn juniper is gone.

These guys are the absolute BEST!!!!

You cannot go wrong with IPS. On time, reasonably priced and nothing short of expert knowledge. These guys work fast and efficient and I have never had an issue with any of their work.

They never showed for a job estimate.
When I called they said they never got confirmation from me.
They said they called me 4 times and I only got one missing call from a different number.
Terrible logistics.
This criticism is not for their job, is for their logistics and customer service.
The person that answered the phone when I called very rude person.
I don't believe that's how you treat potential clients.

These guys just replaced our cast iron drain pipe that was underneath a concrete slab in the basement. Talked to Chism about our situation and he came out to take a look at the basement to see if there was a way to come up with another more cost effective solution that didn’t require ripping out concrete. Turns out that we needed to. We decided to do the concrete work ourselves and have them come in to do the pipe replacement. So we got the plan together and set a date. Tyler came by and swapped the pipe out in no time. He told me how he was going to do it and got it done! In and out. Both guys were on time and answered my questions with confidence and professionalism. On time and delivered. Will use IPS again.

They DIDN’T ask for or offer any incentives for this 5 star like some companies do.

I contacted this company to assess a gas leak that is noted in our backyard underground. I had made an appointment with them for a Tuesday, while waiting for them to show up, I contacted them to find that I was not even put on their schedule. They did find someone to come out that afternoon, and when he arrived, he didn’t really even know why he was here nor did he do anything. I asked if he was going to do a pressure testing on our gas line and he said no. He said I’m going to turn on the gas to see if I can smell a leak anywhere. After doing so, he didn’t inform me of his findings nor have I heard back from the company and it has been over a week. I am sadly disappointed!
