We have used DD for several years and felt they did a good job for a good price. However, we twice requested (at their suggestion) to be put on a six month routine schedule to clean and clear the drain. Both times they failed to get that set up. Yesterday I called four times needing service for a rental and never got a return call. I ended up calling someone else who answered the phone and quickly took care of it. Will be using THAT company for future needs!

Joel arrived on time, was very professional and easily took care of a problem at 1/3 the price that a plumber was unable to remedy. I could see he genuinely felt bad that I had been taken advantage of....If you have drain issues, use Drain Doctors the first time and avoid the cost and hassle I went through. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone...Thanks Joel!

We had a clogged drain in our guest bathroom, Christian came out to unclog. He spent about 15 minutes on the job & charged $100. That was fine considering it worked after, 1 week later the drain clogged up again. I called back to share this information with them & they sent out Joel who was the father of the boy who came out the previous week. I got charged another $100 for that same repair. If Christian would have put in the same effort as Joel, there should have been no reason to have another repair made or another $100 fee. The second fee should have been taken care - of no charge, considering the job was not done properly the first time. Would not recommend this company for future business needs.

Drain doctor is the best. I first met Joel when another company was trying to rip me off for thousands of dollars and I called drain doctor for a second opinion and Joel cleaned my line in the laundry room in minutes and charged me less than a 100 dollars. I have since done business multiple times with Riley and with the same honesty and skills and same affordability. I encourage anyone who has another plumbing company tell that their going to bring a backhoe in and charge you thousands of dollars, call drain doctor and get a second opinion these guys are the best.

I called Riley on Saturday because our kitchen sink drain was not working. He came out a few hours later and took care of our problem. He charged a very fair amount - especially for a Saturday call. Very happy with his service - nice guy too.

They said they would be out in 1 to 2 hours. They were at the house in 30 minutes! The guy quickly assessed the situation, knew what to do and had the proper equipment in his truck. He quickly got to work. Indeed, there were roots which he got out. Problem solved. Very reasonable charge. I am totally satisfied. I would certainly use them again and I highly recommend them

Joel was at our place within 15 minutes of a request and took care of our
plumbing backup root clog situation with professionalism and friendliness and at an extremely reasonable price. This was our 2nd time using Drain Doctor Joel and will always be our go to in the future. Highly recommend!

He came to Estes Park from Ft. Collins at 8 pm on a Saturday and didn't charge an after hours or weekend fees. He opened our totally clogged kitchen drain in 15 minutes. Their rates are very reasonable and competitive. We also liked that they answer their phone and you don't have to leave a message. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

Had made a call and literally 5 to 10 minutes Donnie was at my door....there's not enough good things to say it took about 45 minutes and he was professional quick knowledgeable and again just not enough good words to say about this guy.....highly highly recommend them ....I waited for Allen's for 3 weeks to do our services and am still waiting for a call back I've called several times a week for 3 weeks .....called these guys ONE TIME and they where there literally the fastest I've ever seen the guy had to be just a house or two down seriously it was THAT FAST.....Donnie can't thank you or praise you enough sir!! Drain doctors ....thank you for everything....maybe give that guy a fat raise or a bigger bonus when the time comes because seriously he deserves it!!

Seriously awesome company with honest and personable employees. They took care of a really bad mail line clog that Paul’s Anytime Plumbing failed to fix and Drain Docs charged a quarter of the price! They also gave simple and practical advice to make sure it didn’t happen again.

Had a clog in my bathroom sink I couldn't get to go away. Called Aspen Plumbing who recommended Drain Doctors and it was great advice.

Donnie called saying he could come earlier than anticipated and quickly identified the issue and unclogged the pipes. Was very pleased with the entire experience.

I had a kitchen sink that was clogged. The last time that happened, I called Roto Rooter and it was so expensive that I was determined to fix this myself. Tried snaking it (25ft). Tried a chemical approach. No luck. I had to find a professional to help me.

Researched service providers using Google Reviews (so thank you to all the folks who left reviews for Drain Doctors!). I called at 8:15am, they were out to my place by by 9am and fixed the sink within 15 min (and 45 feet of snake) all for a super reasonable cost (my point of comparison being Roto Rooter). They were quick, professional and affordable. I felt taken care of, not taken advantage of.

Drain Doctors came on a Sunday and solved our clogged pipe issue extremely quickly. The technician was professional and didn't leave a mess. The price was far below what another plumber quoted us for the same service. I highly recommend this company.

After getting a referral from a plumber, I called them this morning and they were here within an hour for a non-emergency drain cleaning situation. Loved the responsiveness and how quickly and easily they fixed our issue!

I had a clogged kitchen sink, I called a handyman neighbor and he recommended Drain Doctors. Great recommendation! Drain Doctors someone out the same day and quickly resolved the problem. The rate was very reasonable. I will certainly call them again if I need a good plumber.

Had an issue the night prior, they answered at 9:30pm, said they would be out there at 8am the next morning. Donnie showed up at 7:55, they covered the stairs, protected carpets and put blankets down for equipment. They did all the important small things right and got the job done. They were professional and happy to be doing work. I have used them for years and never disappointed.
