Great company. I used them when I finished my basement, remolded my kitchen and for other smaller projects. They were very customer friendly and responsive to my plumbing needs. They were also reasonably priced while still providing quality service. I highly recommend them.

I was removing a solar preheat loop from my DHW line, and I couldn't get my solder joints to stop leaking. It was nearly noon on a Friday & we faced a weekend with no hot water. IPS was able to have a technician (Kevin) come over after another job and repair my mistake. He was fast, and figured out why my soldering job had leaked. Super, timely service, and I learned something. THANK YOU, Kevin & IPS!!!

Love these guys. Had a water heater go out in my tenant's condo and they were able to replace it within a few days and came in $200 under what they quoted me. It's great to see a company actually charge you what the job required vice try to gouge you for every dollar. My tenant's garbage disposal went out and they were able to get out the very next morning so I highly recommend them for both schedule and price.

IPS was AMAZING in helping to move our plumbing and install a new bathroom vanity. The two plumbers that worked on our plumbing issue communicated in a professional manner the numerous solutions and estimated costs of how the job could be done. The worked efficiently and finished the job in an ultra high quality way.

We've used IPS twice now, and I highly recommend them. The first time was more routine plumbing and the second time was an emergency. Great service, great price, and will certainly be the first company we call when we need a plumber again!

Thought about contacting this company for my plumbing needs, but then interestingly found myself behind one of their vehicles going under the speed limit in the express lane on I-25 as other cars passed them in the regular lane. Decided I could never trust a company that employs such selfish, inconsiderate people.

I was helping a friend do a straightforward InstantHot installation and then things went haywire. The shutoff valves under the kitchen sink no longer shut off the water and I had a serious leak. It was 3:30 on a Friday and IPS saved the day. Very responsive, very professional and just good people.

Total crisis at night - I was referred to IPS in the AM - called 7am and Chizum had someone at my house within half an hour. We have a boiler and Dave is amazing! He even had the part needed to fix it! There was an improvement that he noticed he could make to ensure we never had a flood in our garage again and he came back within a couple of hours and had that done too! We have effectively changed plumbers to IPS!

IPS is a very professional and efficient company with employees that are kind and respectful to our tenants here at Locust Park Apartments. Recently worked with Dave and Chizum and my tenant almost couldn't stop listing reasons they were so happy with Dave's customer relations and efficiency in fixing the issue. Definitely recommend them.

I recently called IPS to address a bathroom leak and sprinkler valve leak at a commercial property. They got us scheduled promptly and our service person, Dave, was great. After fixing both the leaks he checked the entire system and identified another problem, communicated, and also fixed that same day. Derrick completed his previous appointment and called to come early. He removed the old disposal and installed a new one expertly and efficiently. I am very pleased with his work and the responsiveness of IPS Plumbing to my situation. I highly recommend IPS.

I had used Independent Plumbing once before in 2019 to replace toilet hardware in my rental in Ft. Collins. At the time I found them to be priced fair, did a good job and had good communication. Fast forward to early 2022 and the water heater went out, so I called them again as my go to plumber. I was shocked at the $2500 charge to replace the water heater, there was nothing out of the ordinary about the job, but they told me prices increased 80% in the last year. I decided to call around and their rate was $500 more than their closest competitor, I ended up hiring someone else for $800 less who used the same model water heater and filed all the county permits. Independent Plumbing was unwilling to match competitors and I felt they were taking advantage of me as an out of town landlord. I will not use them again and would advise others to shop around.

We had a hot water heater leaking and Casey came out and fixed the problem that afternoon. We thought we needed a new hot water heater but he came out and found the problem and saved us lots of money. He did fantastic work and was very professional. He did not try and upsell us for something we didn’t need. Would highly recommend using IPS. They are awesome!

I am a property manager and have to deal with crazy plumbing problems all the time. IPS is phenomenal. Fair pricing. Great service. Talented plumbers. Tammy is wonderful. I can't tell you how many times they've saved our bacon!

Derek with IPS did a excellent job helping swap a PRV in our shop. The service would disrupt our production and he was willing to come in early to minimize our machine downtime. Would recommend!

I woke up on Thursday morning to find that my master bedroom toilet was broken. I am an 81 year old man who lives alone with severe heart disease and it is not safe for me to leave my bedroom at night due to medications. I called several larger plumbing companies in Fort Collins first and was told by each one that there were no available appointments and that I would have to wait until the next week to be seen. I explained my situation and still no one was able to make a exception based on the severity of my need. Out of frustration I called my daughter to have her help me find someone. She found Independent Plumbing Solutions, Inc. on the internet, gave them a call and they were able to send someone within the hour. The owner Chizum, who she (and I) spoke with on the phone and the master plumber Mike who repaired my broken toilet were extremely personable, nice, professional and were able to get it fixed in a very short amount time. I couldn't have been more happy and relieved. IPS is a great company and is my new to go for any plumbing needs I have in the future. I will be using them and referring these guys for as long as possible. Big thanks to your team!

Awesome Company and Incredible Customer Service! We had a pretty big plumbing issue at our house. Chizum and John were who we worked with and they were fantastic! Professional, helpful, takes pride in their work, timely and wonderful to work with. I would recommend IPS in a heartbeat and will definitely use them again! Thank you so much!

I hired IPS to replace all of our aging and leaky copper pipes with PEX as well as replace an old hot water heater. I got bids from 4 different plumbers. IPS's bid was very competitively priced but more importantly, they took the time to walk through and explain comprehensively what work they would be performing- and what they would't be doing. There were a few minor issues that came up after the job, and each time they came out and rectified the problem quickly and without charge.

Over one year later (technically out of warranty), we experienced a leak that wasn't even related to their PEX retrofit, but they still came out and fixed it- immediately without charge.

I highly recommend them. Chizum and the rest of the folks at IPS are incredibly fair and responsive.

Whether maintenance, a remodel, or an emergency, they always deliver excellent work and service at a reasonable price!! Most recently, they went way above and beyond and just took care of something for me! I have used another service in the past , but for the past 14 years and forward, I will never go anywhere else.

These guys are great.

I called IPS in January of 2023 for help repairing a leaking faucet fixture. They were responsive and easy to schedule with. When Derek arrived (precisely at the scheduled time), he made quick work of the repair, having arrived with the required parts already on hand.

Professional, courteous and efficient. I’ll be calling them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
