Christian came to my apartment because there was water coming out of the bottom of the toilet. I live in a six-plex and he thoroughly checked the building. He discovered the issue in the room that holds the water heater. He alerted the property manager to get a plumber here ASAP. He snaked my toilet, and cleaned up the bathroom floor afterwards. He was so kind and helpful! I will definitely recommend him and Drain Doctors! Thank you again Christian!!

Donnie came out same day to fix a tough clogged drain, he was very friendly, professional, and did a great job. We have used several other plumbing companies in town and this is by far the best value and the most trustworthy/quality service we have gotten. highly recommend!!

Just had a root clog send black water backing up into the basement. I called Drain Doctor and a nice dude named Christian showed up in pretty short order. He was very personable and professional, seems like he did a really thorough job, and he was also mindful about not tracking the mess around at all. Christian made me feel like Drain Doctor was a good choice.

Donnie to the rescue! As a self employed property manager I have been using Drain Doctors for at least 25 years. I have never left a review (shame on me). On my personal residence (I have an old house with an old tree), I have to have regular drain cleanings due to the roots. Yesterday the sewer backed up... gross. Donnie came out very quickly and worked his magic. Great pricing as always. Donnie was engaging, personable, skilled and very respectful of my property. I have been calling Drain Doctors for our very old/special needs plumbing since we bought our 100 year old home 4 years ago. They come out for yearly maintenance as well as the occasional rescue. Christian is always professional, friendly, and informative. Their prices are really reasonable and I never feel like they are trying to get one over on me. I called Drain Doctors to fix a sewer backup problem in my basement. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I had originally called out another company (rhymes with Brion) who not only charged me 3 times the amount, they failed to solve the problem! Drain Doctors is highly recommended!!

Would give them 6 stars if possible. Called and told them our situation, they said they’d get back to me shortly, instead they showed up and got our very challenging situation fixed. This was at 4:45 pm and Christian was persistent and determined to get it done. Thank you! We are grateful!

My wife and I have multiple rental properties and have used multiple roto rooting companies. Drain Doctors of Fort Collins has gone beyond what I feel other companies would have done and saved us thousands of dollars by resolving problems that I am confident other companies would have pronounced impossible and therefore require digging up. I had them clear out a drain in June and it’s already flooded again less than 2 months later. My plumber said that it never got fully snaked. I gave them this feedback and they said they warranty their work but I already have a plumber there dealing with it. Pretty disappointed that they didn’t offer a discount instead. Also at this point my crawl space is full of water again so I need this handled correctly now.

Called about a septic issue, was told he would be out the next day. We followed up the next day and was told he’d be out the following morning. That never happened and we got ghosted without an explanation. You’re busy, I get it, but this is not good business practice and you wasted two days on a time sensitive issue. We had a great experience with a competitor.

We had a sewer line backup on a Sunday afternoon. Drain Doctors were out early that evening and had it cleared in less than an hour. Great work, would use them again!

These guys returned my call almost before I'd finished leaving a voicemail about my clogged main sewer line! A friendly, professional technician arrived within half an hour and cleared out the sewer line within minutes. Joel came out and put a ton of hard work in snaking my seriously clogged main line. Took some doing but he got it. Very impressed by his tenacity. Don’t know if I would have had the patience he did. Fair price too. Would recommend!

I used Origin to install a heat pump hot water heater (which means I also used them to handle a bunch of the state and local rebates, as the rebates run through the contractor). They did a careful job (kudos to Nick, my plumber) and handled the rebates promptly. Also, unlike some other bidders, they didn't inflate their estimate to try to capture some of the rebate (I had bidders inflate the cost of the hot water pump).
