I contacted Goodrich Chimney to get quotes for a wood burning insert. They were friendly and prompt in scheduling the visit to measure my fireplace. But then things went downhill. It took a few days longer than they said to get the estimate, but the estimate was for a unit we didn't discuss. I asked for an estimate with the correct unit, and it took 10 days to get a new estimate despite calling a couple times asking for it. In the meantime, I had received two other estimates and had made my decision. I was disappointed in the lack of communication and how long it took to get a correct estimate.

Goodrich Chimney Services did a great job for us. We had a complicated installation, and they absolutely crushed it. We couldn't be happier with their installation crew and the office made everything easy for us. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

Goodrich installed my woodstove insert in 2019 and I have had them service it as needed. They work very efficiently and clean up well from any work. They are very punctual even when given a window of time knowing that anything can happen on other jobs before my time slot.

This is round three for us (2 other companies before this) of exploring putting a fireplace insert in our 1980s fireplace and surround. I appreciate that Chris Arrived on time and communicated very clearly what would and would not work in our home, and what would be the most cost-effective but still look great. Very professional.

I have about a 20 year old gas fireplace. I have hired Goodrich Chimney to clean my fireplace several times and most receintly had them put a blower with a thermostat that automatically turns on the blower once the firebox reaches a certain temperature. Really happy, in fact so much that they have done at least 2 of my neighboors. A top notch company with great customer service.
