I can't say enough great things about the good folks at Goodrich Chimney! They are experts who are prompt, professional, and friendly, all for a great price! We've been working with them for 20 years, and wouldn't trust anyone else.

Tyler was very efficient, left no mess, and was friendly. He informed me about the difference between aesthetic wear and structural damage and gave me an idea of how often I should check my chimney for buildup. The education forward approach felt really useful; a professional who just worked with my chimney gave me practical information specific to my chimney. The service and info certainly beats me trying to sweep my chimney myself with a hand broom every spring, and hoping the place doesn’t fire later on. Now I’m excited and relieved that my fireplace is ready for the season and safe to use! I would highly recommend.

Tyler was very focused and had a relatively easy time getting the issue fixed. Luckily, it was only some loose wiring and not a part that he needed. He did a cleaning (it had been 4 years) which was definitely appreciated. The only thing that wasn't positive was the scheduling, which was a pretty long wait (1-week) and certainly not his fault. I will always keep them as my primary vendor.

We have had a lot of companies come to clean our fireplace. I’ve never found one that we knew we would continue to hire each year. I have been so impressed by this company. They ran into an issue and did what they could charged us for half the amount, got us rescheduled quickly, they were able to remove the striped screw, replace it and then charged us the second half. Professional all the way! They wore foot coverings and covered surfaces nearby. They will definitely be cleaning our wood burning fireplace again next year.

We live in the mountains outside of Conifer and needless to say we live by our wood stove in the winter, and as a result get it serviced each year. We have had a variety of folks in the area service our fireplaces and chimneys. Goodrich Chimney has by far outshined the rest. They were prompt to schedule an appointment. The technician was on time, communicative and courteous. But ABOVE all else they were the only company over a 10 year period (and 3 other companies) to have pointed out many of the features of our system and the chimney filter pad in the wood stove! Top notch people who TRULY KNOW how to inspect and service a chimney and stove. Goodrich Chimney has definitely delivered and we won’t be using any one else for our fireplace needs! Bonus as they are a local family owned business.

I noticed pieces of debris falling from my chimney and got worried. This team inspected it carefully and found internal damage. They repaired everything properly and reinforced weak areas. The chimney is now stable and secure. I feel much safer now.
