Once replacement became the only option, Brian moved quickly to procure the parts required and completed the job in a professional , timely manner. His 38 years of experience was evident in the accomplishment of his task.

October 2025: Marius came this morning to shut down my swamp cooler for the season - as well as inspect my tankless water heater and furnace. He's a very knowledgeable and experienced technician who definitely knows his trade - very nice that he took the time to thoroughly explain the results of the inspections he did - something that doesn't happen very often with contractors these days. Also need to say that Marius is a super nice guy, and I'm glad he's part of the Mac-Vik team!

July 2025: Dylan showed up right on time, and quickly resolved the issue with my swamp cooler - he's a very knowledgeable, competent and polite service technician. Also need to say that Mac-Vik is a great company to work with - they answer their phone, and do their best to get you scheduled asap.

Camden is a great tech. He is one of the few I'd refer. Having worked in the trade I know how hard it is to find and keep good techs. Keep him happy.

What an honest and outstanding individual!
He took the time to carefully explain how a heat pump works to me, what my options were for our home for heating and cooling and really made sure that my questions were answered. I was very grateful for his honesty and knowledge base!

Originally assigned tech was delayed due to traffic; Mac-Vik assigned someone else to arrive close to the original time window. They called ahead to advise of change. Technician Tristan was knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and answered all my questions. This was just the assessment phase, but I have estimates for a couple options on the toilet repair and can assess which direction I want to go. Visit cost will be incorporated into cost of toilet repair or replace (cited below) Also got a thorough description of what is required to install an exterior faucet; awaiting estimate.

Hannah at the office is wonderful! And Tristan was so great also, assessing the issues and doing the repairs. Very impressed with Mac-Vik. Camden came by to give me a quote. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He worked with me on the design of a home power system to get us through power outages as well as some other problems. He contributed great ideas and gently corrected my misconceptions. Perhaps most important , he freely communicated when we strayed away from his expertise. His price quote was reasonable. I’m excited to work with him on this project.

I run a tire shop in Golden called Gills Point S. We recently had some service done on our furnace unit that was over 45 years old by Marius and Jorge. They were wonderful to deal with and they eventually got me a quote for a new furnace which we had replaced by Erin and another employee this past Wednesday. I couldn't be more thankful and I absolutely recommend this company for all your heating needs. Hopefully I won't need them any time soon, but I'll happily be a return customer. I had a new water heater installed by Will. Brian did the diagnosis of old heater a month ago, and he was on target: old tank had a lot of debris, way too much to flush out. It was time to replace it.

Alex called early to advise of delay in Will’s arrival, about 40-50 minutes behind scheduled window. Not a problem and I appreciated the early call.

Will was helped by Fernando during the heavy lifting parts. Otherwise worked efficiently on his own. He was courteous, answered my questions willingly, and cleaned up neatly. He showed me what to expect as air bubbles (from water shut-off) worked through the system. All seems in good order.
