Recently we used Pickles to service our AC unit. Jeff came out in a reasonable time and was very courteous. He explained up front what he was going to do and approximately what the normal charges would be. When finished he explained what he did and what the charges would be. I would recommend Pickle Heating and AC to anyone.

Jeff arrived on time, explained and completed the repair needed and was out door in about an hour. He advised us about some potential issues for our old system but did not tru to upsell anything. I highly recommend Jeff and Pickle Heating and Air LLC.

This is the second time Jeff Apple has fixed something for me. First time was my AC in the high of summer saving me thousands with his remarkable knowledge on how systems work (vs another company who would have indeed cost me that much if not more by replacing and item that didn’t need to be). This time the furnace and thermostat went out in the dead of winter this morning on a very cold day and Jeff was out within hours and had my furnace fixed within 30 mins of arriving and my house heating back up quickly. He’s personable, friendly, and most of all trustworthy— I have no doubt regarding his skill or the guarantee with which he backs his work. Three years running now he’s the only person I trust with my HVAC and that isn’t changing any time soon!

We contacted Pickle in October 2023 when we were having issues with both heating and A/C (25-30 year old systems). Pickle was one of 5 companies that provided a quote for replacement of A/C and furnace, and Pickle was among the most competitive.

Pickle was the only one of the 5 companies that actually looked at our systems before summarily recommending replacement. Pickle got our A/C up and running, refused payment, and quoted replacement because the systems were old and prone to keep failing.

We ended up deciding to move forward with replacement of A/C and furnace this summer. We called Pickle and one of the other competitive bidders from first time around. The other company inflated their bid by 35%, citing increased materials prices. Pickle had a modest increase that made sense with inflation, and we went with Pickle.

They got us on the calendar within a week and did an incredibly thorough job, explaining the process along the way. We are very satisfied.

Jeff was the most professional, upfront and thorough tech I’ve ever met. He came highly recommended on Nextdoor and by a neighbor. It was a very cold, snowy day. My furnace wasn’t working at all. I’m a new mom and was skeptical bringing a stranger in my home, but Jeff went above his rave reviews! Very clean, wore shoe coverings and didn’t track any snow in my home. He was very upfront with all my options and pricing and I never once felt pressured. My family thanks you, Jeff!!

Jeff was fantastic, called on a Saturday and he was able to come out the next day. I have worked with a number of heating and AC services and it’s hard to trust that you’re getting a fair price. It means a lot to me that I was able to trust Jeff and after conducting research was able to clearly see that I was given a fair price. Besides fixing my AC and getting it running the best it has in years, Jeff was also very knowledgeable on our specific unit and was able to guide me on other important things I needed to know. Can't say enough good things about Pickle Heating and Air. If you've got HVAC needs look no further. Integrity is a critical trait I look for in the companies I hire, specifically in areas where I lack knowledge and expertise. Pickle has Integrity!!! They have fair pricing, won't fix what doesn't need to be fixed, and take the time to teach you if you're willing to learn. I am so relieved that I finally found a company I can trust; I've used many big names in the past, but after my recent experience getting my AC unit serviced by Pickle I can now stop my search. If there were a higher star rating I'd give it; just above and beyond service, knowledge/expertise, and above all honesty and integrity.

I've used a lot of HVAC companies over the years and I'll never have to find another. So glad that I found Jeff @Pickle. He is one of the hardest working and honest people I've met. I've had him out several times over the last couple years to help me keep my 25 year old furnace and AC limping along. He's saved me thousands. AC needed repair in Highlands Ranch on a 100 degree day. Jeff moved things around and came after hours so we didn’t have to sleep with no AC. Great service and professional. Also had him come back and install two humidifiers on our furnaces. Highly recommend if you’re in a Pickle. Haha.

We had Pickle come out yesterday to fix our AC. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem and had a chart with all his prices listed, which I really appreciated. He did a great job and the price was very fair and reasonable.

He seemed like a nice and trustworthy person, which is important when you have someone coming into your home. We will definitely be calling again in the future when we have HVAC needs, and highly recommend this company to everyone.

Colton arrived quickly and made sure to check everything to make sure he found all problems. Extremely thorough!! We don’t want anymore problems but if we do we would love to have Colton come back.

Extremely disappointed with the service. We called to have a leaking vanity drain fixed, but after paying both a trip fee and a minimum repair fee, the leak remained. The same technician returned the next day, claimed it was fixed, and yet the drain is still leaking. To make matters worse, we were double-charged for the repair despite being told we wouldn't be. Unprofessional and ineffective.

Joe and his trainee (sorry I don’t want to spell it wrong!) were so extremely professional during my service. Going the extra step to make sure I understood all that they were doing and what needed to be done and repairing it right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs hvac services! Thanks gentlemen for taking good care of my furnaces!

Trey came to our home to clean our furnace as we have Fix-it 24/7 do every fall. He was extremely personable and explained his concerns regarding our 11 year old furnace. We ultimately decided that a new furnace was necessary and met with Brian, arranged financing and got our new furnace installed the very same day. Charles and Diangelo installed the new unit in 3 1/2 hours. Again, both were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Yes, their pricing is higher than some/most but if it is done right and quickly, I'm willing to pay a bit more.

Needed shower repair Fixit 24/7 sent out Colton he was outstanding matching old pipes with new parts. He did everything right I can't say enough about how he did! I would recommend him for any plumbing job. Thanks Colton.

Jake was sent to my house to fix my furnace issue. He found the issue and provided a quote, not what I was hoping for but heat is important. He left to get the part, returned 45 minutes later, and told me he was able to get the part replaced under warranty! Maybe back in the 1900’s I’d expect someone to share this news with me, but unfortunately not today! Jake, incredible integrity on your part and representing Rock, you are quite a Rockstar, thank you!
