I would give fit-it 0 stars. This is the second hot water heater they have installed. The first one was all messed up and now this one is still not working correct after having one of their people out at lease times. Speaking on the phone with them today about our hot water being 145 degrees when the hot water heater is set to 120 degrees was told that's normal. That's a 25 degree difference. They come out and tell us different things. You have low gas pressure. Public service checked it and its not low. It took Fix- it at least 5 trips to find that they left the burner for propane and not natural gas. At lease 6 months. That its self is a safety and health issue. A water heater set at 120 should not give you water at 145. They lied about not having to pull a inspection for the install of the second water heater telling us its a warranty and doesn't need a permit. Checking every water heater install needs a permit a inspection. These people lie and don't have a clue as to what their doing. If you need a water heater looked ar or installed don't call them. Call someone else.

Abdullah M. was awesome. He came to do routine maintenence and discovered an issue with our whole home humidifier. He resolved the issue and took the time to make sure it worked and the mess was cleaned up. He was very personable and knowledgeable and a tremendous help.

Brian is an excellent and very knowledgeable technician who installed two furnaces in our home. The crew worked diligently for many hours and got it all done in one day.
They left our furnace room very clean! Very impressive!

He was direct/quick/honest and friendly. John made me feel at ease with someone in my house, and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to sell anything. He stated facts and consequences, and showed us options and presented multiple solutions. I would hope to get him again if we need service or when we get “tune ups”.

Cameron & Lucas came out to handle a plumbing issue for us recently. They were both great - professional, friendly, efficient. Cameron has been here before and we were as impressed this time as the first time. Fix-It 24/7 has been handling our plumbing, electrical, heating and air for the last 8 months or so and we couldn't be happier.

John W. was great! Had my water heater flushed and he was honest and upfront with suggestions for repairs and replacements from parts all the way to getting someone enroute to do water testing. John W. was friendly, highly competent and professional. I would recommend him to others and plan on using him again to do my future repairs and service on my water heater and any other plumbing issues I may have. My wife and I bought a brand new furnace and AC 5 years ago from a competitor of Fix It 24/7. Like many people we changed our furnace filters monthly. This past week during the coldest temps of the winter our furnace stopped working at 6pm on a Friday night. I called Fix It 24/7 after hours and they had an extremely qualified tech named Devin out to my home by 7pm. Devin was extremely professional and exceptionally qualified. Long story short he educated us on the fact that we need to have someone pull out our blower motor on the furnace annually to clean it. He also let me know that Fix It 24/7 is one of the only HVAC companies that pulls the blower motor out of the furnace and completely cleans it top to bottom as a part of their annual service program (which we immediately signed up for at a very reasonable price). He got our heat working again and the cost was very fair and reasonable. No hard sales or scare tactics. If you want a company you can trust, keep it simple and call Fix It 24/7 and ask for Devin if your HVAC system is acting up.

I used this company to upgrade my home water filtration system and replace my main water line. The water filtration system project went great. The crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up after the project was complete. The main water line had a few hiccups but the customer service at this company is outstanding! They fixed the issues I had without any hesitation. The manager I had the pleasure of dealing with these issues made everything right and left me as a happy customer. I would highly recommend this company for the simple fact they are one of the few companies I’ve dealt with that actually stand by their work. Thank you Fix-it 24/7!!

Service Tech Josh came out to do a free yearly furnace maintenance and cleaning. He was amazing, so nice and thorough. We had one small issue and he was able to take care of it without having to schedule another appointment.

I have been with 888 Heating for years, and was not aware they had merged with or had been bought by Fix-it 24/7 until I scheduled my yearly maintenance appointment. I was skeptical, because I have had excellent service from 888, and wasn't sure if this company could meet the quality of service I have received in the past. I am happy to say that Antonio B. not only met, but exceeded my expectations! He provided one of the most thorough maintenance tune-ups I have had. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do, and provided before and after pictures of his work. I told him that I hoped he was as good as 888, and he said that he hopes he can be better! He was right!

Our furnace stopped working one evening and Fix-It was incredibly responsive. They got a tech out the same night and let us know the evaluation cost upfront. Antonio quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a price for parts and labor. The next morning he brought the part and we paid the agreed price, which was fair and reasonable. He worked efficiently and even taught us how to prevent this in the future. We will definitely use this company again.

Nothing says surprise like finding out your furnace is failing right before Christmas. The defect was discovered (thankfully) during our yearly maintenance. The next day Fixit 24/7 was able to install a new furnace ON THE SAME DAY! The technicians arrived on time, covered my floors with protective covering, and removed the old and installed the new furnace within 4 hours. Everyone was professional and friendly. It was a very good outcome from a very bad diagnosis.
