We came home yesterday evening after it being 98 degrees outside and to our surprise ... our outside AC unit quit working and the temperature inside was approaching 80+ degrees. I immediately got on my phone and Googled The Bee Heat & AC (they came to our house in the past to do a cleaning and tune up of our HVAC system and we amazing). I was shocked to see that there was an available appointment today from 2-4 during the hottest week of the year so far. Today, two friendly techs arrived early at 12:45, quickly determined that the capacitor was shot, replaced it, and cold air is blowing once again! Total lifesavers - we were prepared to spend another night in a hotel. THANK YOU for being available, prompt/early, efficient, professional, and very reasonable cost! Recommending to all the neighbors.

Anthony and Malik were fantastic! They worked all day to fix our A/C unit during a heat wave. They were polite, helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend both this company and these individual employees.

The Bee installed a boiler and new thermostats for us. Howard (the owner of the company), Brian and Orlando were quick to answer all of our questions in a professional, patient, non-condescending manner. They gave us thorough explanations when we asked for them. They were honest and professional. We had received other bids; while The Bee's pricing wasn't the highest or lowest, it seemed fair for the boiler installation. We recommend The Bee without reservation.

The Bee's service impressed me from the start. Calling to setup an appointment was easy and Rebecca was super friendly and easy to work with. I was given a 2 hour window from 10-12 and i got a call at 10:04 saying Obed was on his way and would be there in 15 min. They even texted me with his picture so i would know who he was!

Obed was fantastic and professional. He answered all of my questions, taught me all about my furnace, worked with me to diagnose the problem, and walked thru all the possible options for the fix. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I definitely recommend Obed and the team at the Bee Heat & AC.

We live in the mountains in a house that had ducts for heating but no AC. I reached out to The Bee on a Friday afternoon, and by the next Tuesday we had working AC. They responded to my online inquiry the same day Friday, and Howard was out on Saturday to assess and give us a quote. He went through several options for us and we had the final quotes emailed to us on his way out the door. They were able to do the install Monday, and we got an electrician to do the final hook-up Tuesday (I think we got a little lucky with the timing, but it was pretty fantastic). Their quote was reasonable and everyone from their office crew to the installation team were great to work with, professional, and efficient. Being 8.5 months pregnant, it is amazing to be able to flip on the AC and not be sweating all night and not worry about our toddler being too hot. Would definitely recommend.

If your AC breaks, call them for a free consult!! No one else I found offered free consults which I really appreciated. Our AC is very old so we figured it was toast and we don't have money to replace it at the moment. I figured it couldn't hurt to have someone come look at it for free though. Within half an hour and for very little cost we are back to having a working AC again! Orlando was wonderful and very personable. We will definitely be return customers when we are ready to replace the AC!

Had a great visit for a system replacement estimate carried out by Orlando - a true pro! He helped characterize a 27-year old system on my house, and quickly came up with a detailed and competitive quote for an efficient, functional system replacement. Highly recommended!

Obed Santanna, from TheBee, just left our home, and we are completely satisfied with him and his company. We were pleasantly surprised when he entered our home as he was here doing maintenance on our air conditioner a couple of years ago. It says a lot about a company when they maintain their employees. We found their pricing very reasonable. The reason why we had them back is they have integrity and didn't overcharge and oversell us like one of their competitors. We will not hesitate to call them again, and we recommend them to anyone.

Every person that I worked with at The Bee was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Russell came out to do the estimate very promptly, and took the time to explain everything that was going into the project and answer any and all questions that I had. Zach and Adrian completed the installation of the new A/C unit, they both arrived exactly on time and completed the install very quickly. They were diligent in their work, and it is very evident that they take pride in their work and do a very good job. I will definitely be using them for any future HVAC needs that I have.

A new furnace installed in Nov. '22 and a new AC installed in July '23. Orlando was our technician both times, and we couldn't be more pleased with both experiences. From the diagnosis and estimates, through the communication and appointments, all the way up to completion - everything was great, and we would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need!

They are amazing, Dany took his time explaining what’s causing the heater to turn off. He found the issue and was able to fix it! This company is great! They are reasonable on pricing!

My wife called the Bee heating company out a few weeks ago when I was out of town. Our furnace was broken and they sent out a technician named Derek. He immediately had my wife at ease. He was friendly and funny. He quickly identified the problem and gave her many options for repairs and replacement. We just had our first child so things are a tad tight. He suggested that if we were not in a position at this time to buy new that he would do everything he could to get us a few more years out of the old heater. True to his word Derek got it running again. I felt compelled to write this because it means a lot to find a company that’s trustworthy and a mechanic who isn’t out to rob you blind. Thank you Mr. Jackson and thank you Busy Bee!!!!!

The service was great but charging $600 for a $60 capacitor and 15 minutes of diagnoses and install work in insane.

Our technician Orlando was the best HVAC person we’ve ever had. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable, and stayed until the job was finished. He went above and beyond what was expected and I couldn’t be any happier. From now on, I will only use Orlando when I have HVAC needs. Thanks for a pleasant experience and doing such a great job!!!

We had a rocky start after a furnace install in July, but, I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service! They were extremely prompt in addressing any issues I had. Service calls were implemented usually on the same day which is unheard of in most companies. Thank you Amanda, Howard and The Bee team!

The Bee was very responsive and quick to replace my furnace and AC unit. I received 2 quotes and their quote beat out the competition by a lot! I'm very satisfied with the job they did and the price.

I needed a company to come out and check my (old) furnace to make sure it was still operational and safe. I called The Bee Heat & AC and they came out within a couple of days! The person I was corresponding with on Thumbtack, where I found them, was so courteous and professional and answered my questions beforehand. He had mentioned that the visit would be free (first time customer checkup), but I fully expected to pay the trip charge! When the technician finished checking everything, and even replaced the filter, he gave us the "all good" news which I also wasn't expecting, and told us there was no charge at all! We were so surprised by how honest and thorough they were, and will have them back to our home should anything need fixing for our furnace or swamp cooler!

Rebeckah was friendly and personable and got us an appointment right away despite a busy schedule. We really appreciated the updates regarding ETA. The technician (and owner) Howard was very accommodating and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got our system up and running. Howard was also very thorough, working well after dark to finish the job by flashlight, as we were his last appointment after a very long day. Reasonable pricing, and they give a discount to Veterans. This company was recommended to us by a friend, and we also highly recommend them.

Mauricio serviced our hvac system and did an outstanding job! He was very informative, and gave us tips as to how to maintain the unit more effectively. Also very fairly priced. I was shocked! I figured I was going to pay double for that type of service! Awesome people, great service, great price!!

I have had two great experiences with Busy Bee. Howard installed my boiler several years ago. The price was fair, Howard’s work was excellent, and so was his customer service. Today, Orlando gave my boiler a tune up. He provided excellent work and customer service. In both cases, Howard and Orlando went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.
I will definitely call Busy Bee if I have any HVAC needs in the future. They are top notch!
