They replaced our old system and installed a new heating system in just one long day, despite the tight deadline. Mauricio and Gabe installed our new furnace + AC. What professionals! Both were friendly, courteous, and kind! Not to mention they did a bang up job putting in our new unit and fixing some decayed tubing in our humidifier. If all techs and The Bee are like them, I can't recommend this place enough!

Very happy with the price, work and subsequent service work these guys have done. We upgraded to a Daikin heat pump system and it’s been excellent. The guys also came out to move a refrigerant pipe that was in the way of the door to our crawl space promptly and at no cost. This is what good customer service should be like. Thanks!

Absolutely thrilled with our new AC installation! Mauricio and Jonathan from The Bee were the dream team. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We have a super tight crawl space, but they navigated it like pros and installed our new system flawlessly. They even went the extra mile and helped us remove our old swamp cooler. The entire job was done in just one day! I can't recommend them enough!

Brian and Gabe installed a whole-home humidifier for us today. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. They were very upfront about the pricing, which was very reasonable, especially compared to the other three companies I had quote the project. They took their time with initially inspecting the electrical to ensure there were no surprises in the end. All around great guys and great company! (Initially found them through some very helpful and informative YouTube videos!)

Over the weekend I had replaced a thermostat. Once I was done the furnace wouldn't come on. On Monday morning I used the The Bee's online booking (super easy!) to schedule a service call for late afternoon that same day. A little later I got a call from David who said he was nearby and asked if he could go ahead and come by and I said sure. David and Spencer came by, were super professional, immediately found that I had simply blown a fuse on the panel inside the furnace and replaced it... for FREE!!! No charge whatsoever! No travel fee, no anything! I know who I'll be calling the next time I need HVAC service!

This is a fantastic company - reliable, fair pricing and techs provide great customer service. You really couldn't ask for more!

Can I just say WOW!! Ponderosa’s service is amazing. I was away for a couple of hours and came back to a very warm condo. I was able to get a next day appointment to get my AC looked at, which was even better with the weather being in the high 80s. Moe was the best! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it quickly but also gave me some tips as my AC is old and might need replacing soon. Can’t recommend them enough!

We have used Ponderosa Heating and Air-Conditioning for many years.This year it was time to replace our old furnace and Moe helped educate us throughout the process. It’s never a fun experience to hear “you need a new boiler,” but Moe and his team made the experience positive and better than anticipated. As a small business, Moe takes pride in the work he and his team does. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, detail-oriented and wants to get it right. Moe and his team are responsive and came back out after installation several times to make tweaks and check on things. I would highly recommend Ponderosa for your HVAC needs - you will be taken care of, no doubt about it!

Furnace went out on a weekend. Found this company after reading a lot of positive reviews. They were prompt and communicated very well. Sent out technician Chris, who arrived on time. He was able to quickly fix the issue. Great experience from start to finish. Would 100% recommend.

I called Ponderosa based on great reviews on NextDoor. I reached someone after hours who was super helpful. The appointment was scheduled for a Wednesday, but the tech was able to come 2 days early to take care of our issue (no hot water). Great service at a fair price.

Moe was fantastic! He not only cleaned up a mess of wiring from a previous company's visit the day prior, he also identified an issue they caused and fixed it up. Pricing was very reasonable, and their membership has a ton of great perks! I'll be using them for all HVAC, plumbing, and electric needs moving forward!

Moe from Ponderosa has fantastic customer service. He communicates frequently and the work was done timely and efficiently. They went above and beyond to help with some ducting issues caused by a prior company not installing the furnace correctly, and air was blowing into the crawlspace. The team at Ponderosa corrected this when they installed the new air conditioner, and the house is cooling beautifully. Great people, great work. Highly recommend them.

Chris Soon Fah was the technician who did the preventative maintenance for my A/C. He was on time, professional, kind, and very skilled and knowledgeable. He found a part that was installed at the time of the new A/C replacement which should not be there, and explained why. I will have it removed in the near future. He got my appointment done in good time, was very efficient, ran my debit card for the service, and I got a receipt emailed to me. I will be paying for their membership into the future for both A/C and heating preventative maintenance. I highly recommend Ponderosa Heating and Air. Chris Soon Fah was excellent.
