Great company! Been using them for years. Had them over today for main sewer line clean out, Technician Dennis G was knowledgeable and completed the clean out for preventative maintenance within 30 minutes. Great price and would highly recommend them!

From start to finish, Fix it 24/7 has been fantastic! Scheduling was simple. On the service side, John was super nice and respectful. Never was pushy to sell me anything and answered all my questions and took care of business. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Exceptional service! Completed maintenance on both furnaces and recommended timely and effective options for replacement parts with safety in mind. Also fixed an issue that was reoccurring throughout the week with one furnace the same day as part replacement. Highly recommend would ask for again!

I have a unique heater that he took the time to educate me on and make sure I was aware of possible issues to look for before they became a problem and did a full inspection to ensure everything was working as it’s supposed to.

Such an emotional day and a huge expense to replace a 25 year old furnace and AC but these guys made it a little easier! I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Fix It 24/7. I recently had a brand-new AC unit, water heater, and furnace installed, which has not worked properly since day one. I’ve had to reach out to them multiple times, but the furnace still isn’t functioning as it should.

On top of that, they installed the water heater and, in the process, cut the furnace drip line, leading to water leaking into two neighboring units. Despite knowing about this issue, they still haven’t inspected the other units for hidden water damage or completed repairs to restore the integrity of the concrete that was damaged by the leak.

This has been an ongoing, stressful experience with ZERO accountability on their part. I’m highly concerned about the potential long-term damage caused by their carelessness. I would not recommend FIX IT 24/7 based on my experience.

Austin and Cory said Alex was really good and they were correct. He and his partner were very good to explain everything and very good in doing the job. Thanks for having such excellent service people.

Nick, the great guy with a cat named Corn Dog, just finished up a fall tune up to my HVAC unit. He was on time for our appointment, and was very professional but with a great smile that puts you at ease right away. Once the unit was adjusted and sparkling clean for this season he changed 3 filters for me. During the post work report he advised me about a part that should be replaced so that it won't cause any problems over the heating season. I opted to do the repair and after obtaining the part he came back the next business day to put it in my unit. Same great smile and with my club membership I got a fair price on this small peace of mind repair. Thank you Fix It 24/7 for covering all the bases with my HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing needs. I really like the great service you all give me when I need help. It is a real pleasure doing business with Fix It 24/7.

"Fix-It 24/7 installed a new 4-Ton AC unit for me on June 16, 25. Initially the AC worked great, but wasn’t cooling the house during a heat wave this past week, 9/29 - 10/03/25. Stephen B. arrived and was able to identify the problem within 15 minutes. He found that the system had frozen (ice on the coils) due to poor return air ventilation (partially blocked return vent), and not changing the filter for 2 months. While the ice thawed, he checked for coolant leaks and other mechanical issues. He was thorough and was able to get the AC working without any extra costs. The best part, Stephen took the time to educate me on potential causes, the importance of changing the filter monthly, and what simple steps as a home owner I could do to observe the unit and prevent this from occurring again. Stephen was professional, courteous, and cleaned up his work areas better than he found them. I appreciate his honesty, work ethic, attention to detail, and taking the extra time to educate me. Fix-it 24/7 is a great company with great employees. We have had repairs done for plumbing issues and most recently electrical issues. The 3 electricians who worked on our house today were very knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond and provided excellent work. Alex, Adrian and Elijah all worked together and got everything done and even did extra things for us. We would definitely recommend this company. Their prices are good, they come out the same day and are very professional.

Gavin and James were great! They came for a furnace cleaning. They were quick, efficient, and even made sure to be extra quiet during our child’s nap time! They were super polite and explained everything thoroughly. Definitely recommend!

Great company to work with. They let you know when they will be here and actually show up on time. The tech Abdullah, was friendly and thorough in his inspection and cleaning. He even gave us an option to review for a better airflow product. Definitely better than some other companies out there.

Imagine the frustration when you accidently cut a water line on a Sunday afternoon. Thankfully, Martin and Jackson showed up within a couple of hours to fix my idiot mistake. They didn't even judge me or laugh at me for doing something so dumb. Martin quoted me a (reasonable) price before starting work, and that's exactly what I ended up paying. They were quick and courteous. Very respectful of my house.

We loved this company the first couple times we used them. But we had to get a new water heater and there was an issue with the finance company they put us with and the paperwork did not get sent through properly. We had Morgan the sales rep we started with pound on our door demanding money. He was very in appropriate and has turned us off from using fix it 24/7 ever again..... yes the financing got straightened out after talking to a couple other helpful people.
No company should come pounding on a door demanding anything.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The technician was extremely rude, impatient, and dismissive, and acted like my questions were an inconvenience. There was zero professionalism and absolutely no respect for the customer.

The pricing was outrageous and completely unjustified. I was quoted one thing verbally, then hit with a ridiculous invoice for minimal work. No clear explanation, no breakdown that made sense — just pressure to pay. The whole experience felt deceptive and predatory, especially for something that took very little time and effort.

When I tried to question the charges, I was treated poorly and brushed off. This company seems more interested in overcharging customers than actually helping them.

Save yourself the stress and money. Do NOT use Fix It 24/7 Home Services. Get multiple quotes and avoid this company at all costs.

On 12/4/25 I had a furnace cleaning performed on my 3 year old LENNOX HVAC. During this visit the technician (Brandon I believe) that was performing the work informed me that my heat exchanger was cracked. On a 3yo system. He then went into an explanation of how my system was installed incorrectly and that some bolt was not backed out to regulate temperature and that led to the heat exchanger overheating. That turned out to be BS! He showed me a photo of a cracked heat exchanger but didn't allow me to see my heat exchanger. That turned out to NOT be my heat exchanger! LENNOX heat exchangers have a 20 year warranty. Important to know because then they had their closer, Sheel, come out try to sell me a sub-par BRYANT furnace. They threw an arbitrary number of $6000 to replace my heat exchanger out at me but wouldn't provide any context of how they got to that number telling me "I'd be better off replacing the furnace". I later found out that if I needed a heat exchanger replacement it would cost about $2500. I believe that Sheel knew my heat exchanger was not cracked. I had a HERO Service Plan with this company. This is a free plan that is offered to veterans. I had them come out and service my A/C, perform an electrical checkup, and plumbing checkup with nothing but great service. So, I sent them away and called out other service companies to look at my furnace. They took photos and videos of my heat exchanger while I watched, performed air flow and gas exhaust tests on my unit as well. They pulled up the installation instructions for my unit to prove to me that there was no such bolt/screw that needed to be backed out during installation. Bottom line, NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY FURNACE!! There are many stories on multiple social media outlets/sources complaining of elderly customers being take advantage of by this company. I am 63. I used to work for an HVAC company in Atlanta. I know the practices and techniques used and that is why I got out of the business. I am filing a complaint with the BBB (though they're a joke as well), state licensing entities and the Colorado AG's office as well. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Call Elkhorn.

Eddie and Kevin were very knowledgeable and professional. They worked well together. Eddie answered all of our questions and even came back a second time when an adjustment needed to be made because we changed our mind. Ezekiel from Fix-it 24/7 came out to do a scheduled maintenance/cleaning of my furnace and was awesome. On time, prepared, courteous, and communicated clearly to me what he was doing at every step. He showed me the inside of my dual system, cleaned all the parts, put it all back together, and even installed a new smart-thermostat in my family room.
