The place is not local Golden, CО Business. You call and it sounds like a call center on the background. They charge $50 trip fee , but will not quote the services prices . Technician supposedly will quote on-site. Meaning if you do not like the price or they do not want to do the job , they will collect $ 50 nonetheless. Sounds like a scam to me.

This has got to be one of those air duct scams I learned about on YouTube. When I called the price was too good to be true and it seemed like I had called a call center from overseas.

My water heater started leaking and the valve to turn it off broke (see picture). Mac-Vik sent out a plumber named Gabe within a couple of hours. He was very professional and helped me determine the most economical way to resolve the issue. There was no pressure to purchase and their price was very fair. Will use again!
