He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and why, gave suggestions to help keep electric bill more affordable, and when to call for my summer service. This was some of the best service I have ever received. My furnace gave out yesterday and Bo and Evan came out first thing this morning and replaced the entire furnace as well as the thermostat. They walked me through everything and took time to make sure I understood everything. I will definitely be using them for all my future needs. Thank you Bo and Evan for such amazing work.

They guys are the best. Had to troubleshoot an issue this morning with the furnace. A technician was at the house within 30 minutes, on a Saturday. Bo was professional, courteous, and thorough. It's what we've come to expect from AimHigh. There was no charge for his visit since we're on the elite plan and he didn't have to replace any parts.

Always a great experience with Aim High! Rex was involved in my new install about a 1.5 yrs ago, returned to educate me on the system, and now performs the annual maintenance. Consistent, professional and courteous; can’t ask for much more.

Bo from Aim High came to help us yesterday when our heating broke, and was at our house in under an hour - on a Saturday no less! He immediately found the source of the issue and fixed it, and was so kind and easy to understand in his explanation. Would recommend Bo or anyone from this team for any HVAC issues you have!

Brought them out to take a look at my very old HVAC. We decided to get a new one and so excited about how it is working. Everything was done in a day and works great. The team was very responsive and wud recommend them to everyone

Had a great experience until I was quoted. YouTubed it, ordered part at tiny fraction of price they quoted. Installed in ten minutes. Saved myself hundreds of dollars.

I told the tech I was aware how easy it was to DIY and asked if he’d like to lower the price to get paid but there was no meaningful change and thus sent him away. Can appreciate the costs of running a business but turning down money because it doesn’t fit your desired margins…even when it’s as difficult as changing a light bulb…idk doesn’t sit right. When I’m ready for HVAC replacement not sure I’ll consider aim high.

Evan and Colby were absolutely great. They installed a whole house humidifier and water softener system in about 4 hours as they predicted. Very professional and informative. I would highly recommend this team to anyone interested. Nice job guys!

Aim High HVAC is AWESOME! Our AC was over 20 years old and was not keeping up with the heat. Chris from Aim High came out quickly to assess the situation and make recommendations. We thought we could just get away with replacing the AC unit, but he explained that the furnace that was put into our tri-level home was oversized and was not getting air properly around the cooling coils.
He explained that was why our upstairs was nearly 10 degrees hotter than everywhere else in our house. Long story short we opted for a new energy efficient heat pump system that will also lower our bills in the winter. Our house is so much cooler than before. The upstairs is now only 2 degrees warmer than the downstairs without any changes to our ductwork. Chris has been super helpful with rebates and tax credits for our new high efficiency system. It was not a cheap endeavor, but it was worth it to have them do it the right way. I am excited to see the monthly savings on our future energy bills.

Aim High HVAC installed a new Heat Pump system for me yesterday. Scotty Loan was the lead tech on the install and he and the whole team were punctual, courteous, and completely dedicated to customer satisfaction. I believe I paid a fair price and that Aim High and Damien my sales contact was honest and fully explained what I was purchasing and the entire process. Toasty warm in Roxbourgh!

Contacted Aim High for a furnace replacement. Andrew did a thorough evaluation of our current system and gave a competitive quote. We were able to schedule the installation faster than I could have hoped for. Cody and Jonathan arrived on time and were extremely polite during the whole process. New furnace is working like a champ. Highly recommend this team!

Bo came to address an issue with our thermostat. He was very friendly and extremely thorough. He made a special trip for a replacement control board and triple checked everything before leaving. He made sure to discuss all options and answer all of my questions.

AIM High was fantastic. We called them on a late Friday night when we had a water leak above our water heater and no hot water. AIM came out first thing Saturday morning. We already had a contract with them for HVAC maintenance and we felt we could trust them to repair our pipes to and from the water heater even though they weren’t the original installer who no longer was in business.
Their cost was very reasonable especially compared to some of the bigger outfits. We had Rex as our service provider and he was great- very professional, explained everything and was very efficient. We will continue to use them!

After using another “well known” plumbing and HVAC company in the Denver metro area for years, we switched to Aim High for major furnace and AC replacement. A fraction of the cost for much higher quality equipment and service. Honest, reliable, professional, and communicate their suggested repairs very well.

Not only did he fix the problem within minutes, he went to Home Depot and bought an extra part "just in case" I'd like it installed prior to getting a quote for a new water heater. Elkhorn recently installed a new heater in my home. I’d never used Elkhorn before but I decided to use them based on the estimator’s thorough assessment of my situation and their price was very competitive. They arrived on time, the team was professional and very proficient. There was a minor problem after installation and the team leader and main installation specialist stayed until it was resolved and working properly. There was also a minor problem that cropped up the next day but a technician fixed it immediately and there was no charge. I’m very satisfied with their work and will recommend them in the future.

Andrew definitely knows his stuff. While very friendly, he was very thorough with my electrical inspection. He explained everything in understandable terms about my electrical box, grounding wires, etc., and made suggestions about improvements I might want to consider without any pressure. He also made sure I had ample opportunities to ask questions. Great customer service.
