Being without a furnace in November is difficult. We had a great experience with Elkhorn. The installation team was efficient and very professional and finished in less than the estimated time. And the overall cost was almost 20% less than we were quoted by another major company in the area. We are very happy.

I recently had a ventilation fan installed in my bathroom, which was a complete system since my house was built in the 50s and did not have a previous fan in that room. Andrew came over to provide a quote, which included clear specifucations on what was included, as well as the otems I needed to address before the work could be done. Andrew was very knowledgeable and walked me through the options avaiable, and the decisions that I needed to make such as location in the room. Once I was ready, the job was scheduled quickly and Andrew showed up on time, completed the work quickly, cleaned up the debris in the space, and walked me through all the details of the system. This was all completed within the details and the price that was previously quoted. Andrew was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I am very glad he was the individual that completed my job, and I will glad to call him/Elkhorn back for any future work at my house.

Our experience with Elkhorn has been fantastic. Will was our diagnosis technician, Daniel was our comfort advisor, and Cody & Brendan were our furnace installers. All 4 of them were friendly, on-time, professional, and very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable choosing Elkhorn for our furnace replacement. I would recommend this company to anyone reading this and to family and friends.

Kevin was outstanding. He explained what he was going to do, did it and then showed me what he did. He asked several times if I had questions or concerns. He was neat and tidy and very personable. He was professional, efficient, and very informative, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to answer questions. Mark, Matt and team did a great job of installing a new heat pump/furnace. I thought they professional and seemed to anticipate any questions I had. They were also able to reintegrate my existing humidifier and even setup its control through the new thermostat. So far, I’m happy with both the new heat pump and Elkhorn’s service.

Outstanding service from start to finish from Bryan Lefever and Jay! Major furnace issue due to water backflow, tricky issue to diagnose. Bryan was thorough and patient, brought Jay on day 2 and they figured out the issue, repaired the furnace, and mitigation any potential future issues. Awesome work!!!

Cody and Mark did a wonderful job on installing our Trane furnace. They arrived early, worked efficiently and completed the job in no time. A new ‘smart’ thermostat was also installed. They even did a few extra things like caulking the intake exhaust which should have been done previously. We appreciated the thorough estimate given by Daniel. We appreciated Blake, the electrician supervising the electrical aspect.

Eric came to our new home from Elkhorn a few weeks ago to service our furnace and AC. As new homeowners we weren’t really sure how our systems operated - he really went above and beyond to show us how everything works, what condition it’s in, and gave us some great advice all while doing the service. We really had a great experience with Eric! Also you get a great deal for the membership program and I would recommend joining.

I really appreciated Elkhorn fitting me in for a last minute faucet issue at a time that worked for my schedule. Ryan was great, fixed the issue quickly and explained everything well. We will definitely use them again!

Alec was back to do hot water heater flush and plumbing check up as part of our maintenance plan. He advised me that flushing a 15 year old water heater that had probably never been flushed could backfire on us and cause the tank to leak. So I decided not to risk it and have a new one installed. Alec came back on Saturday to install the new one. He did it with minimal disruption to us. During the inspection he also informed me that our water pressure was too high due to an aging pressure valve. He replaced that as well. Also 2 bathroom faucet lines were outdated and should be replaced as well as filter in the humidifier. He did thst at no cost. He left our utility room spic and span. Alec and Elkhorn plumbing really take care of their customers! Thanks for everything!

Just had a new range hood installed by Elkhorn and could not be happier. From start to finish, Kevin, Bryan, and Andrew worked incredibly hard to complete the duct work and electrical work required for the installation. They were communicative, timely, and the pricing was very fair. We’re relieved to have found a company we trust to take care of these very important parts of our house moving forward!

Added 1/16/26, just took advantage of our membership and had Ryan, John (plumbing) and John (electrician) come and do our annual maintenance and had such a great experience. They were timely and efficient, and gave us informative feedback about how our systems were working, without making us feel pressured to schedule any other work. Still very happy with Elkhorn.

We love Elkhorn and highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. We have been using them for eight or so years for a variety of projects: upgrading electrical panels for a hot tub and car charger, new AC/Furnace/Steam Humidifier ~4 years ago, etc. They are always easy to schedule, arrive within a 2 hour window, super friendly, great about following up. Just had Bryan Lefever in to do our yearly maintenance today and he represents everything about the company that we hold in high regards. Super friendly and cheerful guy. Thank you!
