They did a great job. They checked AC and furnace. This is a new installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Emporia. I have worked with all of their staff and they really believe in customer care.

Randy was very professional, courteous and made sure that the unit was working properly and kept us informed of the installation process. in conclusion, I am very impressed with Emporia Home Services and their employees. An amazing company. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They were on top of every detail and made us feel comfortable with our decision to purchase a Trane Heat Pump. I highly recommend Emporia if you are looking for a company to assist and go beyond with every step. They even made sure everything was done for the county inspection. Chris came and did an inspection of our furnace/ac unit. He was very thorough and checked all the necessary parts of the units while explaining their purpose in simple to follow terms. He was able to give me clear actionable suggestions for maintaining the units myself. Very helpful! Another fine job from Emporia Home Services!

Chris had a thorough understanding of the system and explained some issues with the original installation. Work was completed and area was left tidy.

A year ago, our 20-year-old furnace died during the winter. Dale at Emporia answered our call at 11pm and was out the next morning with his tech, Chris, to diagnose the issue. We decided it was time for a new furnace and A/C unit. Dale's system design and efficiency options were sound and reasonably priced (we had quotes from two previous local vendors six months earlier). The new system was installed the following day by Terrance and his team. They were efficient and knowledgeable.

Our new furnace and A/C has run flawlessly over the past year. We've needed a few minor tweaks, each of which Emporia responded quickly to without a charge. I highly recommend Emporia for furnace and A/C repair and new system installation.

Thomas my tech was professional and courteous. He checked out my system in no time and gave it a tune-up. Great service for a fair price.

Jake was super helpful and the fix was super fast! He also helped me carry in a huge box I had just had delivered. All around great experience!

When our communication thermostat stopped working following the power was turned out and then on again after an hours time, I contacted Emporia who originally installed my heat pump/gas forced air furnace. Tom with Emporia was at our house within an hour and was trouble shooting the system and up and running within 2 hours. Emporia is always extremely responsive if we have any issues and quickly correct any heating or cooling issues..

Typically expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. They show up quickly and are very efficient in determining the issue(s). This is my third call to them and will call next time as I can trust they will provide good service.
