Hector Flores is the best electrician I could've asked for. He's extremely hardworking, attentive to detail, responsive, and always available to answer any number of questions you can throw his way. He's always positive and thoughtful and I really appreciate how he genuinely cares about his work and the customer. Michael, who works with him, is equally as amazing and also deserves recognition for his diligence and professionalism. I couldn't more highly recommend them and Summit for any of your Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing needs, as they've been extremely accommodating in all of those facets. They made me, as a new homeowner, feel heard and valued and I will continue to work with them on future projects.

This was my first time calling Summit. I chose them because of their BBB status and Yelp reviews. I'm so grateful I found them. The office staff and Bryan, the plumber, were extremely professional and kind. They were able to send someone out today, which I couldn't believe on such short notice. Bryan quickly identified and resolved the issue and provided me a quote for resolving the issue over the long term. Bryan took the time to explain what was happening in a way that was easy for me to understand. The quote he provided seemed reasonable and fair for what the job would entail. I was incredibly impressed with Bryan and the service this company provides, especially at a time where prices everywhere are sky rocketing. Looking forward to having him back and will keep this company's info in my back pocket! My tenants and I can now happily enjoy our weekend because of Bryan and Summit's quick response. Outstanding.

Jacob (Advisor) and Bryan (Technician) were both incredibly nice and super helpful. Jacob was responsive and able to provide multiple quotes for different combinations of services (compressor, furnace, water heater, etc.) and able to answer any and all questions that I had along the way. Bryan was incredibly kind, funny, and did a great job of installing my new system without any issues -- luckily we replaced my old unit just in time before it burst at the seams!

A great experience and I would absolutely would recommend them to others.

Addition to this: two different times and months apart after the fact, we encountered a manufacturer parts problem. I called Summit and requested Bryan by name. He and Brian were out here and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. Really impressed - so glad I called and have someone trusted to ask for. Thanks again!

Have used Summit Hearing for several years on multiple projects. Office staff is very responsive and friendly. Most recently Deanna, service technician, completed HVAC service work and repairs. Deanna was timely, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, and effective ! Very happy with Summit Heating and Deanna!

I do NOT recommend this company for HVAC Services. We have lived in our home 3 years and had no issues with any of our furnaces or A/C units, but I called Summit to do some general maintenance on them as they are older units. They sent an employee (Will) that charged me over $4k to service and clean our units, as well as adding hard starts to each one, and he told me we should be good for another few years. One week later, we had a rattling noise in our vent, two weeks later, one system froze up, three weeks later a compressor coil was leaking. When I called them back for service, a new technician named Sky showed up and told me the other employee that had come out was no longer with the company, and he shouldn’t have charged me to maintain the units as they were too old and that Summit would make this right and credit back the money spent. He told me my units needed refrigerant but since that would cost $1,000/lb I’d be better off installing new units (NOTE: I had 3 other companies come out and they charge $150-175/lb). Later that day, they sent out their sales lead (Jacob Kirby) and he told me I needed to replace all 4 units at our home. It turns out, the only way they were “making it right” was to apply the $4k credit if I agreed to pay $85k to replace all 4 units (only 1 was not working). When I called Jacob to let him know that was unacceptable, he punted and said his manager Bill would call end of day. No call. I followed up three times over email, no call. I finally emailed Jacob to tell him know he’d lost a customer, at which point a Project Manager named Jeremy Leach left me a voicemail explaining that all the techs they sent were young and inexperienced. I decided it wasn’t worth my time or energy to deal with them anymore. I had already received three other quotes from competitors on like-for-like models (same brand), and Summit was over 20% more expensive than everyone else. Even with the $4k “credit” and being a member, I’d still be spending way more by working with them. They are overpriced, have inexperienced technicians, and their management is terrible at customer communication.

All I can say is, never in my 62 years have I ever met such a professional, kind, honest, caring individual! Bryan was so wonderful. Explained everything he was doing, showed us parts and pieces etc. I will definitely be using your company for all my plumbing needs. I have already shared your company with family and friends. Eloy Trujillo III installed an electrical outlet needed for an appliance, which was more than a normal outlet. He was professional and personable. Plus he installed so there was no need for drywall repair! Highly recommend Summit and Eloy.

Bryan and Chris gave us several cost effective options to get more hot water in our house compared to several other companies! Bryan just wrapped up installing a hot water tank booster on our tank and an expansion tank to meet code. He was very professional, polite, and communicative with the quotes and install. He made sure everything was in great shape before leaving. I would highly recommend Summit and Bryan in particular for plumbing projects in Lakewood, CO!

I just had Christian come check on my HVAC system. He was very professional and ran tests, and fixed a cosmetic issue caused by my builder. I'm appreciative for his expertise and quick fix and reassured me everything else is in great working condition. Thankful.

I’ve been using Summit for a number of services and they’ve always been very good. Today, however, I had an extra great experience with Jacob. I needed ductwork installed so my stove vent hood would vent outside the house, and Jacob came out for an estimate.

At first it was looking brutal, attic access is really tight and Jacob wasn’t sure if the job could even be done, even at a higher price point.

Then he looked at my vent hood some more and researched the model, and realized it’s actually a ventless model! Just need to buy a filter and that’s it. I didn’t know ventless hoods existed, but Jacob showed me how to install the filter and even sent me links to buy the right one.

And while he was tooling around in the vent hood he noticed it was a little loose and even fixed that.

All for free, by the way. Estimates are always free, and he determined no work should be done so…that’s that! Much thanks, Jacob!

I had an issue with my flame sensor, so I called hoping to get a service appointment this week- but thankfully they were able to do a same day service call! Christian was great and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue and get parts on the same day! He was thorough and communicative! While this extra-warm Denver winter didn’t put me in dire straits- it is nice to know everything is fixed and I’ll be ready for the cold weather when it decides to come;)

I had to today new furnace installed. The technicians Josh and Jack called me with ETA and they came exact on time. They were super professional and kind as well as efficient. Complete job was finished before noon and they cleaned after themselves. As a nice touch they even cleaned rusty part of the duct that was damaged from water leak into our old furnace. I am happy to recommend this company and will stay with them for any future maintenance of our heating and cooling system.

Summit saved me over a winter holiday weekend! MY furnace decided it would be in charge of when it wanted to turn on and off. Luckily, Christian from Summit came to the rescue. He was quickly able to assess which parts needed to be replaced (luckily not the whole thing!) and returned first thing the next morning to repair and replace! Definitely a rockstar technician and company. I can't Thank Christian enough!

I was experiencing some water dripping from my upstairs bathroom in my condo. Bryan was able to diagnose and fix the issue in under an hour! I'm so happy with his service. Summit is always straight forward and knowledgeable with their recommendations.

I LOVE Summit! Summit installed my AC, new furnace, electrical panel, duct work, and more a couple years ago, and they were absolutely fantastic. Today Chris (plumber) came out because AAA left me with no hot water pressure in my kitchen sink, after repairing my hot water heater a couple months ago.I had AAA fix my hot water heater because they installed it originally. When I called them to repair my kitchen faucet water pressure, (and install a garbage disposal) they said it would cost $2,800!!!! Today Chris from Summit came to my house, and fixed my kitchen water pressure for free, and gave me a one year warranty on parts/labor! I was so happy I almost hugged him! I will never call anyone but Summit, ever. I am a customer for life! I find all their technicians to be professional, friendly, knowledge, and straight forward. I really can't say enough great things about them, give them a call, and give yourself peace of mind.

Summit Heating did a great job in replacing my furnace humidifier. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the service techs arrived on time. One person deserves special recognition - Christian Castaneda. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about furnaces and humidifiers, but he had the ability to explain things so that I, as a layman, could understand them. He is also extraordinarily personable, and professional. Summit was the lowest bid of three bids I obtained, yet I couldn't have asked for better service.

And the gentleman who serviced our furnace and A/C unit, Christian, was wonderful!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made sure I understood all of our readings and feedback.
