Showed up promptly at the given window and diagnosed my furnace issue as well as walked me through problems with the original installation by a different company, including an ignored code violation. Was very helpful in giving me the ammo needed to have the original installer make it right. No attempt to sell me anything or make money from my emergency - just honest and helpful. Would trust in future.

Absolutely a joy to work with. Very knowledgable people who don’t try to take advantage of you. They are very pragmatic about what is the best way to take care of a problem at the lowest cost to you. They act like they are doing the job on their own house.

They were able to completely replace my boiler in one day - and advised me towards a standard boiler vs a high efficiency unit that would have cost more and had more maintenance.

Jon was our tech and he was great. Steven (the owner) actually helped with the install. It’s pretty hard to find companies like this anymore who are professional, punctual, and don’t try to take advantage of you. You won’t regret working with these guys!!!

John and Tyler showed up promptly as promised. Took out my 40 year old behemoth and installed a new Trane Hi efficiency HVAC unit.
Both very friendly, courteous, competent and fast. By days end, unit was completely installed. Tyler came back next day (on his day off) to walk us thru operation and maintenance. Chatted for a few minuted about his background and said he loves working for Simply Mechanical as he has an amazing boss- best ever. Happy employees make for excellent work. Very true in this case. Word to future potential buyers- don't be afraid to negotiate a better price....Simply was very open about matching my lowest bid. Highly recommend to call them for a bid.

I have been using simply mechanical for years. They always take care of me for my personal house and multiple businesses. One thing I love about their service is they never try and sell me more than I need. They assess the problem and give me options to get it fixed.

Simply the Best! I found Simply Mechanical a few years back when the company that installed my system couldn’t seem to show up for a warranty repair. Jon did an excellent fix using my warranty for required parts. I’ve had them out to address issues with my heating system two or three times since then but had fallen into maintenance Offers from other companies that seemed convenient and Inexpensive. Now I finally “get it” that the problems I’ve had would have been avoided by having excellent maintenance! So happy to find out that Simple mechanical has a membership program that makes their maintenance competitively priced and gives a discount on any necessary repairs if they should be needed.

Simply Mechanical has excellent reviews for a reason. We considered two companies both of which had excellent reviews. Met with representatives from both companies and chose to purchase our new Trane A/C on Wednesday through Simply Electrical. The company originally had us scheduled for installation on Monday, but our old A/C had finally gone out after 25 years and Simply Electrical was able to coordinate and schedule a next day delivery for us.

Tyler was our primary installation tech and we were very pleased with the job that he did. He is very personable and professional. The carpeting in our finished basement was well protected and clean up was excellent.

Everyone that I interacted with at Simply Electrical including the owner were simply exceptional representatives for the company. A+++.

i encountered some issues with my hvac system, specifically my air conditioning unit, having difficulties maintaining a cool temperature of 76 degrees fahrenheit. hunter, the first technician, arrived after 9:00 p.m. and identified the problem as a dirty filter, which he promptly cleaned. he also addressed the noise issue i had reported. the following day, trenton, another skilled technician, pinpointed the problem to a faulty motor needing replacement. despite it being labor day weekend, he came on friday and ordered the necessary part. by tuesday, jude, an incredibly competent technician, arrived to install the part. he demonstrated and clarified the process, ensuring i understood what was happening. i am really pleased that the issue was effectively resolved. i appreciate the wonderful and efficient work performed by these technicians in littleton. thanks for the excellent service!

trenton was early, professional, and very communicative. he would make sure to call in advance to confirm if arriving early was convenient. he took the time to clearly explain many of the technical aspects of my hvac system, educating me on what to look out for in the future if necessary. i would recommend comfortFlow Heating, Air & Electric to anyone in Littleton in need of a professional heating and air service.

I wasn't entirely certain about what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The team of technicians did an outstanding job in Littleton, removing an impressive amount of dust from my HVAC system while maintaining the cleanliness of my home. It was as if they were never there. I've already started to observe a significant reduction in my allergy symptoms. Jude and Trenton performed a remarkable job.

Hunter, the 'Guru', and his team were experts in their field and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They assisted me in fixing a problem with my AC unit, which had been bothering me for quite some time. They also spotted a few safety-related issues and took care of them as well. I was so impressed with their service that I decided to subscribe to their annual maintenance contract. Long live the AC repair masters in Littleton!

Called ComfortFlow the morning of 6/28/24 for HVAC repair, was told they’d have a tech out between 8-10am, great.

A tech showed up in an unmarked truck, did an estimate, said a repair would be like $2000, took my credit card info and said they’d be back between 1-5.

5PM rolls around, no call, no service. Turns out the tech that showed up was from a different company altogether, Action Appliance? In Aurora?

I call Action to ask about it, a woman answers the phone and tells me no one will be out until Monday. I explain that I contacted ComfortFlow for service and not sure why I’m now working with Action Appliance, but since they no call no showed I’d like to cancel service and find someone else who can fix it sooner. The woman proceeds to LAUGH AT ME and says they will be charging me for the full service even though they did NOTHING. Then the owner of the company comes later that night and knocks on my door, unannounced, with no one home. Proceeds to get aggressive with me over my Ring cam (all recorded on camera). I asked him to leave several times, he just kept asking if anyone is home and looking in my windows. It was super creepy. They charged the credit card $1,200 and performed zero work.

I called ComfortFlow after all this to ask what is happening and why they sent another company out. Their customer service lady said I’ll need to talk to a manager on Monday and hung up on me.

I eventually had JC Mechanical help me out, they had my AC running almost immediately, and the fix was not the issue originally quoted by Action and was much, much more affordable.

I tried ComfortFlow because they’re a mile away from me with good reviews. Turns out they will refer your calls out to other companies without telling you.

7/1/24, still haven’t heard back from Comfort about all this.

I dialed up at 7:45am, just a quarter of an hour before their opening time. The friendly lady who picked up assured me that someone would be dispatched by 9am. Incredible! The HVAC technician, Jude, arrived with a wealth of knowledge and a helpful attitude. He managed to get my air conditioning system up and running again. I highly recommend them as their pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work was flawless. Thanks again!

They don't inflate their prices to accommodate a massive sales team - instead, Trenton, the head of the business, personally came out to provide me with a no-pressure quote. i'm really surprised at the sheer number of 5-star ratings, as i've filled out the contact form on numerous occasions without receiving the promised phone call. i had only spoken to one person from the company before, despite leaving messages and sending emails without getting any response. it seemed really challenging to offer my money to a business. however, after speaking with hunter today and resolving our communication issues, i mentioned my interest in purchasing a new hvac system. he presented me with my options, promising to discuss my situation with his team and get back to me. as promised, he did just that. rather than immediately replacing my system, the team at comfortflow heating, air & electric suggested conducting a thorough inspection of my current system and ductwork to identify any potential issues causing my problems. they even scheduled an appointment for me. instead of just throwing money at a new system and possibly facing the same issues, which is a common practice among many other companies, i appreciate hunter and his team's honesty.

we recently had trenton over at our littleton residence to service 2 9-year-old furnaces, which we absolutely adore. these were previously installed by the same team. trenton is arguably the kindest and most patient repairman we've ever encountered. we were curious about the cleaning process and had a plethora of questions. trenton patiently detailed every step of the repair and cleaning, never once showing signs of irritation due to our constant interruptions. the result of the in-depth cleaning left us absolutely delighted. we wish trenton all the best in his upcoming wedding. we will always turn to this team for our furnace repair needs!
