We have worked with Simply Mechanical for a couple of years now. Most recently, our furnace needed some work; their technicians did a nice job of tracking the issue down and resolving it. Their customer service team is a pleasure to work with, we also signed up for their annual maintenance plan. All in all, super positive experience working with them.

We had Simply Mechanical out to fix one of our AC systems. I've had great service from them before on other rental properties. Turned out the compressor fan motor was blown. They were able to able get the part (even with supplier issues) and get it installed. It's been 90+ degrees, so really appreciated the quick turn. Very fair pricing and great service by Jon and team. Huge thank you for strong business integrity, quick and quality service. Much appreciated, and definitely recommended!

You want the BEST? That is what they are!!! Old School values, a thing of the past, but not with this company. Honesty, integrity, professional! The installers were fantastic! Knowledgeable, polite, not in a rush, just wanted to ensure customer was completely satisfied. I have dealt with many different companies over the years and have never received such great service. I am adding to my original review from 3 years ago. Google only allows one active review per business. In April 2024 I had Simply Mechanical come out and replace two roof vent caps. I called them on a Monday, they came out on Tuesday and gave me an estimate and then installed the vent caps the same day. Jon and Tyler did a great job. This is the third time I have used this company and have been very pleased each time. Their pricing is fair and I have found them to be trustworthy. Part 2: I had Simply Mechanical re-pipe my home boiler system that was having numerous problems and leaking water in my crawl space. That was 4 months ago in July 2021. The boiler has worked perfectly since their repairs. I have used them twice and both times were excellent experiences. I would recommend this company based on my experiences with them. I thought their pricing was competitive and fair.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Simply Mechanical. Our technician, Stephen was very thorough and explained the results of his inspection of our air conditioner and furnace. Everything made perfect sense and we weren’t pressured in any way. Stephen, Tyler, and the rest of the crew at Simply Mechanical are rock stars. Our furnace went out right before the extreme cold this week. A manufacturer's quirk with the furnace made fixing it not very straightforward, but they came back each day, committed to finishing the job, and restoring heat for my family... They even brought some space heaters to make the situation more bearable. They also brought us ice cold A/C in the hot summer, when we had an upstairs that stayed 80 degs into the evening, and a newborn baby to keep cool. In all, we trust simply mechanical to take care of our heating and cooling, and appreciate the thoughtful approach they take to managing their customers' needs. Thank you!!!

Simply Mechanical takes care of our business on a quarterly basis. They arrange and remind us of the service needed, clean our intake vents, replace filters and check that all seems to be functioning. I do not ever need to call to remind them. They have also installed and serviced our 3 units when we have issues. We rarely need additional help but when needed, they are on it timely and fast. The guys are friendly and respectful and are personable to talk to. We enjoy their fun spirit and positive attitude while here. I would recommend them to any small business for routine and replacement services. Michael

Of the bids that we got, Simply Mechanical was the most knowledgable, honest and reasonably priced. Options were presented and we decided to replace our furnace. A temporary fix was done until the replacement could be scheduled. Our new furnace got us through the cold snap!

I chose Simply Mechanical to service my furnace, knowing it would need some replacement parts. It was not an emergency, and they easily scheduled me a few days after I contacted them. Their technicians were great! They came and looked at the furnace, decided what parts were needed, gave us a very reasonable estimate, picked up the parts and installed them. All in the same day! We also signed up for their very affordable maintenance plan. I highly recommend Simply Mechanical! Their technicians and their office staff are wonderful.

This company did a great job for me. Followed through with all details and in a timely manner. They had to go through my home and took extra steps for cleanliness. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Prompt, Courtesy, I had very good experience with Simply Mechanical. Quick diagnostics, Repaired the job fast. I will use them again. I would give 5 stars but I wasn't on site when they arrived. But they kept me posted.
