HVAC reviews in Littleton, Colorado

Excellent service, from the office/scheduling to the service call. Chris is so kind and takes the time to show/explain any issues and also reviews routine maintenance tasks to keep my heat and A/C running well.

Furnace installers Richard and Eric did a top-quality installation and were neat and professional. Overall, first class service with this company. Quality job at a fair price and I'm a happy customer!

Chris always provides expert diagnosis and repair of my twelve-year-old fairly complex four-zone Trane HVAC system. And I trust his reliable advice regarding future maintenance requirements. A true professional.

Chris came and serviced my unit today. He has incredible attention to detail and cares deeply about making sure the customer understands the full issue and possible resolutions. He tested the CO2 to ensure my safety. I really appreciate Chris and his work!

Chris and team from Emporia were fantastic to work with. They installed our whole house humidifier and purifier quickly, professionally, and were super kind and helpful throughout the whole process.

We called Emporia Home Services Tuesday morning about a humidifier issue. Chris showed up in less than an hour, and was able to resolve the issue is just a few minutes (fixed the 24 volt wiring to the humidifier's water valve solenoid). Chris was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Great customer service!

I can’t say enough good things about Emporia! We have been working with them, and specifically Chris for three years now, and it’s nice to have that great relationship. Today, our heater wasn’t blowing hot air, and Chris was able to get out here and fix it quickly!
They are kind and honest, and I’m always know that we are being taken care of!
Do yourself a favor and work with them! -
Chris was great! We have an old boiler and wanted a tune-up before winter starts. Chris was kind and helpful, especially as I didn't have much experience with the unit as we moved in the summer. Dispatch was also very communicative and all went well.
-
Great communication from the main office and the technician, Chris, knew his stuff and was very nice. He arrived on time and was able to fix the problem. The repair was reasonably priced. I'll likely use Emporia again for future repairs and tune-ups.

Chris from Emporia Home Service came by to look at our furnace that had been out of service for several days. We had others come by & one wanted to sell us a complete system without any attempt to repair our system. Another came by to repair the unit, was very pricey & was going to install a non OEM blower motor. Emporia is Trane certified & carries their line of equipment. Chris was totally courteous, professional, very informative & above all a great person. Repairs we completed in a timely manner & pricing was very competitive. Would highly recommend!

It has taken me a year to write this review. There was an issue on the initial install that I was concerned about. Turned out to be a non- issue that was immediately resolved.
All work from this company has been professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. We will definitely use Emporia Home Services from now on! Randy, Eric and Chris are awesome. They made us feel at ease and did a wonderful job not only with the install of the furnace and Air Conditioner but with the annual inspection as well!!!
I highly recommend this company!

Chris is such an awesome technician. He came to my home knowing I have many medical conditions and went above and beyond what he needed to do. This company is by far the best in Colorado. They meet the needs of their customers.

Our home is 7,600 feet in CO foothills normally 10 degrees colder than city - Searched for "Certified" Trane technicians and found Emporia. "Thomas" was our tech and he arrived on time and did great job! He cleaned our dual 8 year old Trane Furnaces and recommended replace a flame sensor/ignitor and capacitor (near end of life). He also discussed installing Condensate PH Neutralizers since they can damage the septic (we were not aware). Thomas explained everything well and provided comprehensive write up on services. A 2nd visit was scheduled for repairs and completed timely by Thomas (with another tech). I highly recommend Emporia for your needs!

Bryan was wonderful installing my new hot water heater…..very pleasant and efficient. Excellent at teaching as well, made sure everything was working well. I Would want him to come back for any plumbing needs I or my family would have

Bryan H did a great job replacing a leaking kitchen faucet. He gave great candid advice, called ahead of time, and was early for the service and got it done fast. I use Summit for hvac plumbing and electrical and am happy to recommend them.

I wish every home maintenance experience could be like my experience with Summit. I called around for over an hour looking for a quote on basic AC/furnace service. Most companies wanted to charge a dispatch fee ($60+) and send a tech to my house to give me an estimate, but Summit gave me a quote over the phone and got me on the schedule for the following day. Paul, our tech, was friendly, helpful, and no-nonsense. He worked with me to interpret some of the line items on our home inspection and offered basic, straightforward solutions rather than trying to sell me on more complicated services that might run up the tab. And he was in and out in less than an hour. Refreshing to work with a tech who talks to you like a human rather than a salesperson. Highly recommend Summit!

Brian and Chris were Great. Brian is very knowledgeable and quickly replaced my leaking garbage disposal for a fair price. Chris is new with the company and is their water filter expert. I am looking forward to getting an estimate for a whole house water filter and having it installed. while he was assessing the area for the water filter installation,Chris noticed that I had a sagging drain line and quickly added some extra support. Thank you, Brian and Chris for a great professional job!

Great initial experience with Jason and Vincent. Jason came out to review my current system and was very thorough and detailed. Vincent installed a new furnace and AC system. However, after installation, the AC began leaking through my bathroom ceiling from its location in the attic. Apparently, it had not been properly leveled. They came out and fixed the issue and said someone would be in contact to fix the water damage. I haven't heard from anyone and that was weeks ago. I essentially paid to have water damage. Today, I heard a loud noise from the attic and the cover has fallen off. There seem to seem to be unplugged connections, which may or may not be normal/intended. I don't know, and I'm waiting for someone to come out and look and replace the cover, which I can't get back on myself. Anyway, the AC works great when it's on, but the experience has not been optimal. I would say Summit is OK. If I could go back and do this over again, I'm sure I could have chosen better and I'm sure I could have chosen worse.

I can't recommend staying away from this company enough. It started fine at first, my initial diagnostic was thorough, although my service technician tried to upsell me the entire time—in his mind, every single potential issue was because my system was too cheap, not powerful enough, or not high-end enough and all of those issues would certainly, obviously, of course, be fixed by paying Summit to install an entire new HVAC system even though my house, and system is only 5 years old (he also told me his boss recently told him to start charging customers more, which surely makes any homeowner feel like they're working with a fine, upstanding company). The bigger issues appeared after they performed work on my system. The work entailed adjusting some duct work, and, of course, they sent a service technician (why not right? why do anything right? who cares!) instead of having an installer to do it—which, to his credit, the service technician mentioned again and again, pointing out that he didn't really know what he was doing. And he didn't. The work was shoddy all the way around—installing a 20x20 return register over a hole that's only 6x6 which looks, in a word, insane—suddenly deciding to change the duct work from what we agreed upon without telling us until after he already finished, and generally, poorly sealing the new duct work and leaving blood on our walls. On, and to top it all off the fixes didn't change what Summit promised they would change. At all. So, I basically paid $1500 for someone to cut a hole in my wall and mess up my ducts. I raised these concerns to Summit (much more politely than this), and was told the owner would follow up with me. He never did, and still hasn't, and Summit never answered a single response from me from that point forward. I literally got one "you bet, we'll make this right" response and then was immediately ghosted. It has now been 2 months and I still haven't heard a peep. Truly an insane lack of customer service, I have no idea how these people are still in business.

Last week we had a whole house humidifier installed in our home by Summit Heating and A/C. Vince and Frank were the technicians and they did a fantastic job. They were very polite, respectful of my home, and completed the job in a thorough, timely manner. They were on time and completed the work within the time frame they told me. They also educated my husband and myself on how to work the unit, as well as how to service it.
I would highly recommend Summit for any of your heating and A/C needs. We will definitely be calling them again. -
I needed annual maintenance for my water heater and furnace, and Summit exceeded my expectations. Bryan handled the water heater, and Shane took care of the furnace—both did an exceptional job. They thoroughly inspected and resolved all maintenance issues while taking the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring my home systems are running smoothly. Highly recommend Bryan and Shane from Summit for their outstanding service!
