Bryan came out to fix a plumbing issue and Chris came out to work on our A/C all in the same day. Both were super helpful, friendly, and got the jobs done quickly. I've always had great service with Summit. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Summit! The staff is very professional and hard working. Paul was the technician who came out initially to look at our broken AC. He gave us his professional advice and a fair estimate. He was very patient and made sure to hook us up with the best deal. Frank and Vincent came to install our new HVAC system within a matter of 2 days and they went above and beyond making sure everything is working properly and installed correctly. Hector the electrician came and was so wonderful and helpful and made sure everything was up and running and up to code. Overall, such a great group of workers. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and professional and made the experience easy. I highly recommend the Summit crew and their services!

I hired Summit to install a 6 head mini split system in my 1930’s historic brick house by downtown Denver. Vince and Frank, my installers, did a fantastic job with their craftsmanship integrating the head units and line work in a manner that really fits with my home. They were also great guys and hard workers. I am looking forward to using these electric units and the energy efficiency they will bring to reducing my heating costs and the environmental benefits too! I would highly recommend Summit and especially Vince and Frank.

The pilot on my hot water heater wouldn’t light anymore, so I made an appointment for service and they sent Bryan out to take a look. He called me two hours before the appointment and wanted to come to my home early, which I could not accommodate. He called repeatedly and eventually just showed up at my house without ever speaking to me or getting my permission. When I was finally able to let him in, I told him my pilot wouldn’t light and my guess was that the ignitor was bad. He tried lighting it a few times, checked that the gas was on, and then threw up his hands saying my wiring was probably fried and I would need a whole new system. I had many questions that he was in too much of a rush to answer, and he walked out leaving me with a quote for $3.5K. I was so disturbed by this experience that I called the office and requested a different quote for an ignitor replacement, as my water heater was only 6 years old and did not need replacing. I then received a quote for $1K to replace the entire gas valve instead of just the ignitor portion. This plumber couldn’t be bothered to actually diagnose the problem and just wanted to upsell me into an expensive solution based on his "best guess". I ended up buying the part for the ignitor myself for $20, and after installation my water heater is now back up and running perfectly. I would never contact this company again after this experience. Lazy, careless work, and only after your money.

5 Reasons to Say No. Used them for a rental. Worked with them from 2023 to 2024 under a club membership. Issues: 1) replaced a part on our AC unit that didn't need to be replaced, took us weeks to be reimbursed; 2) dropped a water heater down stairs, causing damage to the new unit WHICH WAS INSTALLED WITHOUT TELLING US (our tenants told us about the drop/damage); 3) initial permit inspection on this water heater did not pass with the city and it was over a year before they resolved it; and 4) annual AC unit tune-up didn't include a cleaning of the unit (which is advertised on their site AND standard protocol with most other companies). Yes: ultimately these things were resolved, but 5) each time we called to rectify the above took WAY too much of our time/energy. Multiple members of their staff (office staff to technicians to the GM to the owner, yes... the owner) were unwilling to work with us and at times downright belligerent. During the water heater reinstall fiasco (yes, they did ultimately replace it) the GM (his name is JT) threatened a lawsuit when we told them we didn't feel right about paying the labor on the job due to all of the back-and-forth and lack of accountability. Many many many many MANY emails and calls to resolve issues. every. single. time. Regular work such as annual service didn't have great communication either; a few times they didn't show up and more often than not without notification to us or the tenants. Bottom line: these people are ridiculous. We have since sold this home and are out from under the annual contract and warranties we had with them. My advice... just pass on by unless you just enjoy wrangling chaos. It was just too hard when it shouldn't be.

Recent update to two star, since they did finally rectify things.

Jacob Kirby came to cold house. He did a work around to start the furnace and warm up my home while did some trouble shooting. He found the problem, went and got the part, returned and installed it. I’m so grateful to him for getting my furnace running.

We have had Bryan from Summit out to help us twice so far and would highly recommend his services. He is prompt, super friendly, kind to our dog and efficient and clean in his work! He explained everything he was doing and how to work our new water heater. We will continue to call summit and ask for Bryan when we need more work done in the future!

June 2025. I purchased a new HVAC system from Summit Heating and A/C and worked with Sky and Nate; they exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the way they conducted themselves professionally and I’m happy with the new system. They were patient with my questions, thorough with their explanations, and punctual. I’m looking forward to a continuing relationship with the company and their plumbing and electrical work as well. August 2025. The water pressure in my house seemed to be running high. Bryan H. did a thorough job of first checking the situation and then installing a part to regulate the flow. I appreciated his patience answering my questions and his thoroughness with the work he completed today. I will be calling Summit and requesting Bryan with any future plumbing needs.

Have used Summit over the last few years for a variety of things like our A/C replacement, HVAC maintenance, and some plumbing repairs, and they’ve always done great work.

We recently were having air issues in our bedroom, and Jake came out to take a look and provide a quote. He could not have been more professional and diligent, and genuinely just wanted to come up with the best solution for us, not just sell us something. This builds an incredible amount of trust in Summit in that when I do need work done, they will always be my first call, and I can trust that they will do the job efficiently and cost effectively.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I had Summit do an inspection on my AC and furnace. Jason, the tech they sent, went above and beyond. He talked with my Home Warranty company directly and sent an estimate immediately. The repairs and replacement of the AC were absolutely necessary - it's 33 years old and the condenser was shot! - he was very patient explaining why and showing me everything. I'm so glad I decided to use Summit. Their stellar reviews are well deserved. Oh, and they responded after hours when I scheduled the service, so 24/7 response.

Chris from Summit came out to troubleshoot a leaky faucet and ended up replacing when the old faucet wasn't salvageable. He ran me through all the alternatives along with the costs and completed the replacement quickly. Chris was very personable and professional. I would definitely use Summit again for by plumbing needs.

Bryan at Summit Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Electric is outstanding! He recently replaced a broken pipe in my home and did an absolutely amazing job. He was incredibly professional, super informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We have been using Summit to service our HVAC system for a few years and have always been pleased with Jason's work. When it was time to replace our AC and heating units, we were extremely happy we chose Summit as well. Sky and Mikael were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job throughout the entire project. Sky took the time at the end of the project to walk through everything and answer our questions.
