Nate and his team at Grayson were amazing! We sustained severe hail damage on our cedar siding from a storm and were being given the run around by our insurance company. Several contractors boasted that they could get the claim approved but disappeared at the first sign of push back. Nate and Will inspected our home and walked us through the insurance process step by step. Long story short, they didn't take no for an answer and got our claim approved! We now have a new roof and siding and they look great. Their communication and follow up have been amazing. They even came out a year later to fix some minor touch ups after job completion. I can't recommend them enough to anyone needing a new roof or siding.

Contacted Nate for cedar siding repair on my house. He was able to visit and provide a quote same day. He also ensured his crew did an amazing job, even going so far as to have them remove some of the work they had done and re do it with out my asking to ensure everything was perfect. We received some pretty major storm damage to our house. Exterior wise we needed all siding replaced, trim etc, along with a new roof and gutters. We were really happy with the PM (Will) who guided us through the process. Even providing his cell # we could text on. When replacing the siding they found a couple of internal issues with the exterior that they all sorted included in the price. My new Hardy siding looks absolutely fantastic now - better than my house did when I initially bought it! Very happy with their work, attention to detail and going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. When our family visited soon after we received many compliments about the siding the color. And to top it off! No more woodpeckers pecking anymore as it’s hardy siding! Very happy with it and highly recommend Grayson for any siding issues in Parker- they managed everything from my hoa, to even knowing the local wildlife and what worked well color wise in the neighborhood. Our Castle Rock townhome community had originally signed a contract with a predatory local roofing company. We got our fireplace remodeled last year. A couple weeks ago, after a ridiculous amount of hail and rain, we started hearing a drip in the fireplace and saw water on the insert. Extremely impressed with Daniel and 5280. Previous contractor wanted me to file a claim for an entire new roof - which was denied. Daniel came out next day, did a thorough inspection, a few minor repairs, and didn’t even charge me because it was a short visit. Refreshingly honest and competent.

Daniel was referred to me by a person I have done business with for years. He told me that Daniel was honest and trustworthy, and that he was the only person he would ever let work on his roof. All of this was true.
He came out did the inspection, found that our pipe jacks were old and had never been replaced when another company replaced my roof. He replaced them and redirected one of our gutters.
