I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. 5280 CCS was recommended to me by my insurance company. I called and within a day or two, Daniel (the owner) was at my house inspecting wind damage to our roof. He immediately knew our shingle was discontinued (among other issues), thus increasing the likelihood insurance would cover a full replacement. When insurance only issued a partial replacement, he successfully went to bat for us to get the full roof covered. From that first day, Daniel and team handled all comms with the insurance co and kept me up to date on progress. The whole process couldn’t have been smoother. He also upgraded our shingle at no cost to us. I hope I don’t need a new roof any time soon but if I do I’ll be calling them back for sure.

Daniel was recommended by my homeowners insurance agent to determine if my existing roof would qualify for an impact-resistant discount. He arrived on time the very next morning, inspected the roof and, since I had no paperwork on the original construction, investigated the material to verify that it did qualify. Within a day he he filled out the certification paperwork and sent it directly to my agency which qualifies me for a significant discount. I have met a number of roofing contractors over the past year for quotes to prevent ice dams from forming and found Daniel to be the most straightforward and professional. I plan on using him for roof maintenance going forward.

Great experience. We had a leak in our roof, received several estimates. Dan was the only one to point out that our shingles were no longer made and couldn’t be matched. As a result he spoke with our insurance company and got them to replace our entire roof
The instal went great and he was able to do a custom edge for us too!

We had a heavy hail storm recently that wiped out our green house roof (not part of insurance) and damaged a window.
With all of that damage and the shingle “sand” that was coming off the roof, we asked our insurance agent to recommend someone to come out a look at the roof.
After a thorough assessment of our roof, we received the good news that our roof survived very well and does not need to be replaced.
Going above and beyond, Daniel saw two (2) missing shingles and replaced them right away.

You’ve got to use 5280 CCS. Daniel is fantastic! He helped push the roof replacement after we’ve been fighting with the insurance company. He helped us get it approved by showing up with the inspector and walked the roof with them. The installation went smoothly. He promised to get it done in a day and he did. We were very happy with how 5280 CCS took care of our roof. They were very good with communication on the days they were working on our house and showed us the difference in materials that were taken off and the new being put on. We have been a customer for years now. As our roof has aged, Daniel has helped keep it in great shape. As I mentioned in a previous review, “I plan on using Daniel’s 5280 CCS services when it’s time for a new roof.” Well, this year it was time, and as expected, Daniel’s crew did an incredible job. We couldn’t be happier. Also, while replacing the roof, his crew identified some areas of water damage on our siding, and a couple pieces needed to be replaced. Daniel personally came and replaced those pieces of siding at no additional cost, and did some exterior touch up paint for us while he was up there! Awesome service! I also have to give a shout out to his project coordinator Mollie. She is awesome too! Great communicator, very responsive and super nice! We bought our house a year ago and the sellers had the roof completely redone with 5280! We noticed a couple things that we weren’t sure if they were normal or in need of repairs. We called Daniel and he immediately scheduled an appointment to come out and take a look within a few days! He deemed a couple things to be completely normal and one thing in need of some minor repairs. He was able to fix it immediately with the supplies he had with him. He was super personable, friendly, and professional in all our interactions. And he reassured us that they stand by their work for the 6 year warranty and anytime we see something we’re not sure of, that we are more than welcome to call and he’ll come take a look! We are very lucky our sellers picked such a great roofing company to do their replacement and we got very lucky being under warranty with such a great company!
