I was very impressed by Daniel's responsiveness and ability to work with my insurance company during this roof replacement. His team was courteous and cleaned up everything. My roof went on in 1 day! Looks great. I chose the Onyx Black shingles. The county inspector was also impressed by the quality of the installation. As a Realtor, I need contractors like Daniel on my team. Doing a bang up job on my house is proof enough that Daniel is good enough for my team and comes highly recommended in the Evergreen area.

Daniel, Quint and Mollie are phenomenal at what they do! We had to have our roof replaced in preparation of closing the sale of our house. We needed a quick turnaround as we were moving out of the state and buyer waited until the last minute for inspection. I called Daniel and explained the situation and he got the ball rolling immediately after we got off the phone. The coordination with insurance, the communication from the whole team, the organization and execution were top tier and the best experience I’ve ever had with a contracted service.

What a great group to work with!! Phenomenal communication.I met with Daniel in, I think, August of 2023 for an estimate. He was honest and told me he wouldn't get to my roof til spring 2024. I decided to go with another big company that told me they could get it done before years end 2023. What a mistake!! I got excuse after excuse and they wouldn’t return calls in a timely matter. After months of getting the run-a-round, I terminates that contract and called Daniel. Again, he was very responsive and honest. He got me in the cue and finished within the timeframe he told me. Daniel and his team were fantastic throughout the claims process and his work is outstanding. He took care of everything and made things very easy for us. He does what he says he’ll do and the communication is the best. If you ever need your roof replaced, do not hesitate to hire these guys!

Working with 5280 was a good experience. They replaced our roof within a day and our gutters in about half a day. Daniel was great to work with and quick to answer any questions we had. It doesn’t warrant any less of a rating, but the crew could have cleaned up a little better (we had some nails left all over our front porch) and next steps could have been a little clearer (had to ask when the gutters were getting done and they ended up coming a day earlier than I was told). Either way, I am glad I took the time to talk to several contractors and decided on 5280. Our new roof and gutters look amazing and I would recommend them!

Scheduling was quick and easy. He always showed up on time when scheduled and would call if he was able to come earlier, which was so helpful with my chaotic schedule. The cost for roof repairs were reasonable. And he offered a 5 year certification on our roof for an awesome price. I could have went with another company to save myself some money but Daniel's work ethic and ability to connect with the customer helped make the decision of hiring him that much easier. Daniel did great work on the roof and paint for both properties. He was able to verify all damaged parts made it in the insurance estimate. He was easy to work with and was able to get the repairs done when it worked with my schedule.

We are very happy with the new roof we received. Dan, Mollie and the team kept us well informed throughout the installation and county inspection processes.
