This level of customer care is rarely seen anymore. In the first 24 hours of contacting Peak Innovation, I spoke with three courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful individuals (Luis, Josh, and Mariah). They were able to accommodate my schedule and the work was completed as promised. It's comforting to know I can call Peak Innovations with any future plumbing/heating/AC problems and the issue will be resolved to my satisfaction.

11/7/2024 - A year later and i continue using Peak Innovations. I've had large jobs and small jobs but received the same, consistent level of customer service and reliability.

I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience in hiring Peak Innovations to perform 2 plumbing jobs in my home. Every step of the way they were responsive, professional and so nice to work with. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and thorough in assessing my needs and making sure the job was done correctly the first time and that the installation would be trouble free for many years. They were upfront and reasonable in their pricing for both parts and labor. One of the projects was replacing my kitchen faucet. I told them the style and color I was looking for and they sent me a picture of the one they thought met my needs. It was exactly what I was looking for. They charged me exactly the same amount as it would have cost me if I ordered it directly from the manufacturer. No additional markup was added which was extremely fair and much appreciated. I am so happy with their incredible service that I am already hiring them to perform another job in my kitchen. My sincere thanks to them for the great service.

Joshua is friendly, competent and very thorough. Answered numerous questions I had about water heater replacements. He was here to simply change out a kitchen faucet and the job was done quickly and efficiently at a very fair price. Plan on calling him in the next couple months to replace an older water heater. I highly recommend Peak.

It’s been about two months since Josh and Shane installed two furnaces, two ACs, and a new hot water heater. I couldn’t be happier! They were competitively priced, super flexible with scheduling, and did a great job. They went above and beyond with the install, changing/adjusting piping, replacing existing fixtures with sturdier materials, and tweaked some vents to improve airflow. I found my new HVAC company.

When I bought my place, I knew that I would replace my HVAC and hot water heater sooner than later. This unusually toasty summer the HVAC went to HVAC heaven. I had also decided to replace the hot water heater as well. Being the dutiful, and cautious person that I am, I got a LOT of estimates. My system is a Majic Pak, which many vendors don't service or install, so I 1st had to find the vendors that do. I met Josh Todd from Peak Innovation Plumbing Heating & AC during one of the estimates. I liked him and he was very calm and knew his stuff. All of my estimates came in, and his bid was the most reasonable, as I did a lot of homework regarding cost of the replacements. On install day, everything went very smooth. Josh and his crew showed up, organized, neat, professional. (This was not my 1st rodeo) Not one problem or hiccup. The other thing I noticed was Josh's communication skills with his crew. He was the lead and spoke to his team with a calm respect. (I have had other vendors treat their crews like crap.) A day most of us sorta dread, replacement of some big-ticket things, went perfect. Mariah, at the office was also awesome, patient even when I was asking a billion questions during the vetting process while choosing my vendor. In summary, I am happy with my choice, and will be using Peak Innovation Plumbing Heating & AC for all future needs.

A year has gone by. Not a single problem.
I will continue to use this business.

I recently had Josh and Justin install an ecoBee thermostat in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed. I was upgrading for energy efficiency, and from start to finish, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

They were extremely punctual and professional, and they took the time to walk me through not just how to use the ecoBee, but even explained the wiring so I could follow along with the installation. It was a fast, efficient job — and that’s saying something, because I talked their ears off the entire time.

What really stood out was how humble and capable Josh (the owner) was. It’s rare to see that combination. Both he and Justin were kind, thorough, and left the space spotless afterward. Pricing was transparent and fair, with no surprises.

I 100% recommend Peak Innovation and would gladly call on them again for any plumbing, heating, or AC work in the future. Outstanding service.

I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Justine who did a great job installing a new water heater on super-short notice when our old water heater gave out the evening before the 4th of July. They were timely, efficient, professional, polite and well deserving of this recommendation!

Peak was very responsive in helping us through our difficult home warranty policy and were able to easily diagnose our issues after two previous techs misdiagnosed our unit. They are professional, courteous, punctual, and we felt they had our best interest at hand. We plan to continue to work with them for maintenance and future repairs.

We hired Peak Innovation for a vanity install and they were great! Mariah was quick to respond in the booking process. On the day of install Josh, Justin and Jayce were all very personable and their attention to detail was incredible. We will recommend them to anyone we know and definitely use them in the future for any plumbing or HVAC needs we have.

Mr. Todd and his assistant were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and persevered until my drainage issue was resolved. I am greatly appreciative and will keep Peak Innovation in my contact list for future home systems' issues and/or projects. Super nice folks!

Justin was amazing. He replaced my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. Throughout this process he and Josh explained me about all the parts of the water heater and how they function. Really recommend Peak innovation for any of your plumbing, heating and HVAC services.

Josh & Justin are fantastic. They replaced our well pressure tank and did some extra work with the plumbing to make sure they left us in great shape. They’re pleasant, punctual, and clearly communicate at every step. This company can be trusted. We won’t hesitate to use them again.

I cannot emphasize enough how incredible Josh and Justin were to us. This review is long overdue (because life), but I will never forget what they did for us. In September we had a cold snap and found a gas leak. Josh and Justin came the next morning after all of our gas was turned off and immediately got to work. They were diligent, timely, and so efficient (and they had to work in a small space and did an incredible job). When the gas company gave us a window of Friday evening to Tuesday to turn our gas back on, Josh and Justin told me to call if they came after hours (they had to turn the remainder of the gas on and double check everything). Sure enough, they came after hours and Josh and Justin came immediately. After they left, the heat wouldn’t turn off (our thermostat died, but we didn’t know) and they even came back (late on a Friday night!!!) to help us. All of this to say this was one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with, and I cannot emphasize enough how incredible Josh and Justin were, and how incredible of an experience we had. Highly highly recommend!

My heater went out right as the weather turned extremely cold, and my warranty company scheduled an appointment with Peak Innovation Plumbing, Heating & AC. I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but they truly deserve this one. Even though they were fully booked, they had a cancellation and made the effort to fit me in on a Friday evening, so I didn’t have to wait through the weekend in freezing temperatures. That level of consideration and customer care really stood out.

The service was prompt by Justin, professional, and reassuring during a stressful situation. Even if I didn’t have a warranty company, I would absolutely choose Peak Innovation on my own. If I ever have heating or AC issues again, I will definitely request that my warranty company assign them to do the work. Highly recommend!

Peak did a great job for me. They were able to get my furnace replacement into their schedule right away, which was very important with cold weather on they way. I had received several bids on this project, and they gave me the best price. It was a challenging project as the furnace is in the attic, but Josh and Benji worked hard and got it done quickly. They also took the time to show me what was wrong with the old furnace, and how to use the new thermostat.

The technician arrived swiftly, diagnosing the issue within 30 minutes and efficiently restoring our cool comfort. Highly recommend!
