I've been using Heatwave Heating & Cooling for couple years now, for personal and rentals. Dimitri's quality of work is just outstanding, and customer service beyond highers exceptions. I highly recommend to use Dimitri.

After being told we need to replace A.C., Dimitri came and in 5 min. diagnosed problem as a faulty capacitor, replaced it and charged us just for the part. That was 2 yrs ago. This year AC was making loud noises again. We called Dmitri, he came in just a couple of days, after normal working hours, with trainee (nephew), and again quickly replaced the same part. He said it should have lasted longer and charged us nothing, no trip charge, no overtime, $0.00!! He's the man!!

Had a new thermostat installed incorrectly and furnace wouldn't stay on. House was 46 degrees last night. Dimitri came to the rescue within 2 hours. It's an airbnb with guests arriving in one day. I went from a dire situation to everything corrected and system working and sigh of relief! I would recommend Heatwave whole heartedly!

Dimitri was very professional and was not up selling me on anything. He gave me honest opinions and told me not to buy anything today until I thought about it. He even didn't charge me for coming out because he felt it wasn't a big enough job to accept money. Even if he's a little pricier than the competition, I'll most likely use him for the big job I need done, simply because he has integrity.

Dimitri was honest right off the rip. I feel like in todays day and age, HVAC companies try to upsell you on everything. Dimitri initially tried to help me figure out what the issue was on the phone, to presumably save me a buck if it was a small issue. That resonated with me and I will be a forever customer.

Dimitri (owner) is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our AC unit broke down in the heat of summer. He came out late in the evening and worked until 11 pm to finish the job. His price was way better than any of the competition & he did a quality job! He got new life out of our old system. I would recommend HeatWave to anyone! True Professionals

I HIGHLY recommend HEAT WAVE HEATING AND COOLING. The owner Dimitri is honest, kind, and is an expert! They are local and so much better than bigger companies! My AC stopped working, he came out a few hours later, quickly fixed the problem and now my house is nice and cool again!

Dimitri is definitely the guy to go to for all your HVAC needs. I discovered my furnace wasn't working at 6:30 at night, gave him a call and he was here 25 minutes later. We discovered the ignitor was broken, he swapped it out and got the furnace back up and running by 7:15 with a year warranty on the new ignitor. Overall it was a really great experience. He's definitely going to be my go to guy from now on.

We've used Heatwave for over 7-years. Their owner Dimitri is extremely professional in everything he does. We’ve use him on several occasions and consider him the best-of-the-best for all HVAC related services. He explains things exceptionally well and his workmanship is far better than any other HVAC company that We’ve ever used. He also uses better replacement parts than the competition. We recently replaced an 11-year old whole-house steam humidifier. It was a far more professional installation than the previous highly rated installer who installed it about 10 to 11 years ago. All in all, his prices are very competitive. Periodically, neighbors will thank my wife or me for referring Heatwave to them.

On 9 September 2022 Dimitri's HVAC technicians replaced one of my Rheem air conditioners and its condensing coils after the compressor stopped working after 17+ years. On 14 October 2023 my gas furnace malfunctioned due to water dripping onto the furnace's metal grill (atop the heat exchanger/draft inducer motor), then onto and below the in-shot burners. This morning Dimitri stopped by to diagnose and resolve the issue. Within 25 minutes he replaced a clogged P-trap that precipitated the leak. After 18 years it had accumulated gunk (dirty water and mineral deposits) from the attached home humidifier and no longer properly drained (instead water backed up through the PVC pipe and somehow leaked down into the furnace). After the P-trap was replaced the furnace is working well again. Thanks Heatwave Heating & Cooling!

I highly recommend Heatwave. Dimitri came out to check our system. Very responsive and on time. He checked the system, took measurements, etc. Turns out the only problem was an overly restrictive air filter. He recommended a different filter and did not even charge us one penny! VERY IMPRESSIVE! Will be calling Dimitri the next time when I really do have a problem!

I called Heatwave this morning when the ac in my condo stopped working. They were out in a few hours to do the repair. This is now my go to hvac company. Dimitri was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and most important ethical! Do yourself a favor and give them a call you will be glad you did and your bank account won’t suffer.

Dimitri is a true professional. Very competitive pricing and outstanding work. I did HVAC for a living years ago - and I'm incredibly picky about the details - so is Heatwave. Cleaned up even better than it was when they did the duct and humidifier work for me. Would not hesitate calling them again or recommending.

Dimitri was extraordinary. Responded quickly, came by promptly, did a full inspection of the issue I was having with the heating, and gave me really excellent advice that ended up saving me a ton of money even though it meant less business for him on that visit.
