We had a big heating and AC replacement job that needed to be done now, or at least soon. Dimitri provided every bit of information needed to make the decision to go with no pressure at all. The evaporator coil for our AC started leaking water, so after doing my research on Yelp and Google, Heatwave was my first call. Dimitri arrived the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. Sadly, our 19 year old AC system couldn't be repaired, so it was time for a replacement. Dimitri quickly provided a free estimate and didn't charge for the diagnostics. Dimitri was kind, fair, and honest, so we hired Heatwave to install both a new AC system and furnace. Within 48 hours of Dimitri diagnosing the problem, our new system was installed. The installers were polite, hard working, efficient, and considerate of us, our house, and our pets. I'm VERY happy with the new system and I'd hire Heatwave again in a heartbeat.

Dimitri came over and helped determine an issue with my AC that no one else could figure out. He spent a long time figuring out the issue, including multiple trips in our attic (which is very difficult to navigate) and outside. He finally found the issue and was able to repair it. Highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

I had issues with an air conditioning and furnace unit recently. Of course during the hottest days of the year. I am fairly handy and hit a wall diagnosing things. I thought I was probably hosed and in the market for a new system. I called for help and Dimitri was out to my house next day, even though I called after hours.

Dimitri took the time to go through all the symptoms I was having with the unit and worked with me to narrow things down. Ultimately this issue was caused by a faulty nest thermostat which he stated is a common problem. He could've told me it was the entire system and I wouldn't have known any better, but this shows how honest and upfront he is.

I have spent 24 years in the construction business and can definitely say I've seen a lot of bad tradesman, you will not find that here. Very happy to have called them and will for sure be putting their number in my phone.

First time we used this service and they were great. Called a 2nd time, they agreed to come between 1-3, so I took the afternoon off, they were a no show AND no call. When we finally got ahold of someone they apologized and said they would be there the next afternoon, again NO show and no call. The owner of Royal Bengal, Taufiq Raihan, places honesty above profit. I called At Parker Service Company to provide me an estimate of installing an additional heater vent in our master bedroom as the room is colder than the rest of the house. Taufiq came out to my house and after surveying the situation said that there may be a better solution than an additional vent. Our bedroom is on the north west corner of the house, has a cathedral ceiling (i.e. not much room for insulation) there is no return vent, it is quite far from the furnace and there are two turns in the duct work to get to the bedroom (which Taufiq explained causes a 30% loss in air flow with each turn). Given these factors Taufiq said an additional vent would probably not provide sufficient additional heat to the room. Instead, he recommended that we hire an electrician to run a dedicated line to a wall mounted electric heater - and use our ceiling fan to push down some of the warmer air gathering in the high ceiling. I thanked Tuafiq for his recommendation and offered to pay him for coming out for the estimate and his advice. He thanked me but politely declined my offer. This company has been out to my home at least twice in the past five years, and they have come out the day I called. Once in the winter I woke up to no heat, Royal Bengal was out to fix the problem in two hours and found a circuit board malfunction. Although my heater is quite old they didn't try to sell me the latest, they just fixed it and there's been no problem with it since. Another time they were out when my water heater was on the fritz, I do need another one because its filled at the bottom and the capacity is diminished, I will call them when I decide sto make a replacement.

When we moved into a new home, we found Taufiq's contact information. What a blessing it has been to have him in our life! He responds promptly, professionally and does not add unnecessary cost to the job. He is honest, hard working and goes above and beyond every time!
