Can’t say enough wonderful things about Better Built! We got a quote for a new ac unit from a different company and I felt we were being taken advantage of immediately. Called Better Built for a second opinion and we were pleasantly surprised by Ken’s quote. We chose them for the job and couldn’t be more pleased with our technician Luke! They did an amazing job and fit us in their schedule very quickly knowing how miserable we were in our 85 degree house! Hire Ken and his team with confidence!!

Heater went out, called during the evening and they showed up the next day by noon, diagnosed the problem, Ned drove to CO Springs to pick up the parts and installed the same day. Gerald was excellent. Would work with them again!
