I have worked with Taufiq for over 10 years on multiple property projects. He is incredibly knowledgeable with anything HVAC - boilers, hot water heaters, furnaces, air conditioning units, central air, duct work, you name it! I trust him implicitly with all of my personal home and rental properties systems, and know that he always is looking out for me. He will take the time to explain in detail what is going on with your project, provide detailed quotes, and get the job done. If I could rate him and his company at 10 stars, I absolutely would.

Taufiq and Raji were extremely responsive when we recently had a problem with our gas fireplace. Taufiq scheduled a service call within a reasonable amount of time and handled all billing for us. Raji came to our home, took great care to cover his work space with a drop cloth, answered all of our questions in a courteous manner, and fixed the problem for us. Also, Raji followed up with us for a week to ensure the problem was completely fixed before completing an invoice for us. I would highly recommend Royal Bengal to anyone needing similar services.

Being a Real Estate Agent, I have met many HVAC Technicians and certainly have my pick to refer to my clients or use at my personal residence. Without a doubt, the most reliable, trust worthy and responsive is Taufiq and his team. They are always reasonably priced, on-time and extremely professional to all of my clients and deliver excellent results.

As always, the technician was prompt and courteous. He is thorough on making sure my heaters are clean and ready to use for the winter. Check out their VIP program they offer, it's a great deal and ensures your heater and ac units are clean and ready for the season.

When our home A/C system failed we initially contacted the HVAC company that installed our system, and were disappointed with the high charge for their service call.

We contacted Ken Reeves at Better Built for a second opinion and we are very glad we did. Thanks to their techs our system is working again, and they will follow up within the week to confirm the repair was successful.

The other company charged 20% more than Better Built for their initial service call, and their quote to repair our issue was 4x greater than Better Built.

Ken and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and personable and we will definitely rely upon Better Built for our future HVAC needs.

We had our AC system serviced last year by Better Built, and we were advised that our Goodman system was potentially at the end of its life. When it failed again this year, I was happy to contact Ken Reeves to replace it with a new high efficiency unit. I am very satisfied with the total cost of our service calls. The technicians were professional, courteous, and personable. They completed the installation quickly and even disposed of the old unit. Thank you Levi! Ken and Levi were both terrific, fair prices, quick to schedule with, and knowledgeable. Ken went out of his way to answer all my questions and check out our furnace to see if any foreseen down-the-road issues when diagnosing our A/C issues. He went out of his way to get an older A/C model that we wanted, to see if in stock still, as was compatible with our furnace. All around, great company, who was a reference from family who also used them.

Levi and Casey were professional, kind, and efficient. They found a crack and leak in our furnace. Thankfully it was found early during our routine maintenance so not a big issue at all. They were able to repair with a new part the same day. Thank you both for your hard work and timely response!
