They did it again! I've been using BB Heating and Cooling for the past couple of years for my personal HVAC needs along with my real estate clients! Always very timely, great customer service and reasonably priced.

Heat went out upstairs and they were super quick to get someone out to us. The two techs that came out were on time, polite, knowledgeable, and kept me informed the whole time as they were working. Would definitely recommend Better Built! Love their text message system as well to let you know when they’re on the way.

Levi and Casey were awesome. Heat stopped working and they came within a few hours. We had a clog- was fixed within 20 mins and heat came back on. Great customer service!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I needed to have a new, whole-house humidifier installed and a trusted friend recommended Better Built. The technicians were on-time, polite and professional. And even before they got here I received a text message with pictures and profiles of both of them. That's a really nice feature. Before they got started, they explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. Then they finished on time too, and left no mess behind -- that's huge! I would absolutely call Better Built again, and highly recommend!

From a friend’s recommendation, we called Better Built Heating & Cooling as a 2nd opinion to why our AC fan wouldn’t turn on. So incredibly grateful we did! Levi & Luke took excellent care of us & saved us $22k after another “reputable company” told us we needed a new furnace & AC earlier this week (AAA said our furnace had excessive damage due to poor installation + our AC needed new sensor & fan motor). Today, Luke did a quick inspection & found the furnace electrical had a disconnected wire. Once reconnected, the AC fan started right up & the HVAC system is running great. We are so grateful for Luke & Levi’s integrity, team work, HVAC knowledge, problem solving & communication style; we signed on with their maintenance plan as a result! Glad to learn about this family-owned business and look forward to working with them here on out!

If I could give 10 stars I would. They worked on my furnace for 3hrs cleaning out moisture and debris that clogged it up. $179. Any other company would have told me I needed a new furnace!

I cant say enough good about how professional this company is. Ken the owner went out of his way to handle the permitting and inspection process with the city. Besides some additional venting that the city requested (and Ken completed) the job inspected without flaw. Levi and Luke were the initial installers. This is a great example of Parker local family business- on time, on budget!
