Paul squeezed us in in a week where every place was a week out. Of course Denver was in the high 90's. He came the next day and replaced the blower motor for us he was very friendly he kept us posted on when he would be there . We were so pleased. Thank you guys!

I'm also surprised by the review below. Paul has helped us for years and always makes an effort to keep costs reasonable. I always get a call back within 24 hours and he makes an effort to fit us in in an emergency.

I was just looking this up to recommend to a friend and I saw the review. I could hardly believe it. Paul has come to help us immediately when it was going to be very cold. He squeezed us in before the storm hit. He always returns phone calls within 24 hours, even on weekend evenings, and trouble shoots on the phone before he comes over. He has NEVER over charged us, and has the philosophy of fixing what you've got if it can help get you through one more year. Everyone else we've ever used immediately tries to sell us something new. I'm OK with getting new when I need it, just not when a small repair can keep me up and running. NICEST GUY EVER. And very competent.

I always call Paul if I want something done right. I trust him completely and know that he will never waste my time or money. He's knowledgeable, professional, and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend.

I am a property manager in charge of 18 condo communities in the Denver area, and I have used Aspen Air for many of my buildings for over 2 years. I cannot speak highly enough about my positive experience working with them. John, Lynn and Cassandra are amazing. I am in contact with them almost every day. They are so responsive and have incredible attention to detail. They make my job so easy compared to other HVAC contractors where I get vague one word answers or it takes more than a day to get a response. I've worked with them for all kinds of projects including major projects like boiler/chiller replacements, investigation and resolution of complicated steam boiler water hammer issues, ongoing maintenance/inspection contracts, all the way down to more minor requests inside units like thermostat and radiator repairs. They're always there whenever I have needed them in an emergency situation. They really know their stuff and know how to clearly explain complicated issues and systems in simple terms that non-experts can understand. I've learned so much about HVAC since working with them. Their communications and billing are very clear and fair. They show up on time and I never get complaints from residents about their level of service - unlike some other HVAC contractors! We are working with them for bids on a few boiler replacements and they take the time to do their research, provide drawings and conduct heat studies to make sure that we are getting the most appropriate equipment for the building's needs - none of the other bidding contractors have taken the time to do that! Overall, 11/10 in my book.

My AC went out and had to be replaced, I live in a condo on the second floor, they had to bring in a crane to remove and replace the AC unit! Paul and staff were amazing, fast efficient and courteous, job well done!!

Paul installed the duct work for a new vent hood for us. Very reasonable price for solid work. I highly recommend him. Also, since he did the duct for us, I have called him for advice, and he has always been very helpful.

Paul is the best! A couple of years ago he fixed my furnace, and he even showed me what to do if the same problem comes up again. I am sure most HVAC guys wouldn't have done this.
Last week my AC broke, got the same great help from Paul. He is on the top of my list for HVAC repair!

Called on a Friday afternoon with a problem with my furnace. Paul immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone and offered to walk me through the fix. Paul coached me through removing, cleaning, and reinstalling a sensor. It fixed the problem, which saved a service trip(and some $$). Will definitely be calling him when a bigger issue arises in the future. Thanks, Paul!

My house was on the market when the air conditioner went out. Paul came out that same day and replaced the unit . He also checked the furnace and water heater at no additional charge. He was prompt, fair and excellent at his job. He also provided paperwork and warranty information for new owners.I call Paul for all my heating and air conditionings needs.

What amazing service!!Furnace wasn't working gave Aspen a call and Paul answered. Had me try something over the phone to fix it, when that didn't work came out same day and fixed it. Had had someone else out last year who said I needed new Furnace, Paul said I didn't need a new one yet but probably in a couple of years. Just an all around Great experience, I highly recommend!!

Paul was recommended by a neighbor and I am glad he stopped by to give me a fair and honest assessment. He was able to repair my blower fan in a reasonable time and price. I highly recommend him!

I have used Paul to check on and repair my furnace for several years. He is always courteous, and honest. He told me that it would be worth having my furnace repaired, rather than buying a new one, and the furnace has worked great since. I highly recommend him.

Never met these guys or done real business with them before today. We've been in this home for a little over 2 years and the furnace was acting up a little. The previous owners put in the new furnace as part of the sale and had Aspen Air take care of the install. I know enough about my furnace to do very basic items but that's about it. I called to schedule a service call thinking a best case scenario would be that they would do a repair call on warranty. Well, Paul did one better. He walked me through the troubleshooting steps over the phone. This whole experience caught me off guard because I can't remember the last time any contractor was willing to help me try to fix something over the phone. Furnace is up and running after a couple of quick switch resets that I wouldn't have known to do. Issue was caused by furnace filter put in incorrectly(make sure yours is installed correctly so you don't feel as stupid as I did!). This whole experience saved me a mess of time waiting for a contractor and a very happy , never purchased anything, customer! I will call them in the future for anything I need as a result of this experience

Paul is HONEST! Our furnace has not been keeping up this winter. During the last cold snap we had two "popular" local companies come to inspect it and both said it couldn't be repaired and we needed a whole new system. We called Paul for a third opinion and he was finished in 30 minutes. Moths had blocked the drain line over the summer which as causing the furnace to run intermittently. A simple solution and only $100 vs. $10,000. He even texted the next morning to see how it was running. Aspen Air is the only heating and air company I will be using from now on.

When I noticed my water heater wasn’t working I made a appointment online and got a schedule at second day , Phil and his coworker got all the works done at the same day ! Replaced a brand new water heater and fixed my broken pipe! Very nice , friendly, professional,knowledgeable! Definitely will be my 1st Choice when things happen ! Very happy and satisfied! I've had Daniel, Nicolas and Trevor all come to my house for different reasons (HVAC, Plumbing) and all were super helpful and able to fix things quickly and well! I had to call at nearly 11 at night and they were super helpful and patient with me. Definitely five stars

Rapid response to my voicemail concerning leaking water heater. They explained suggested repair scenario and we set up a repair appointment for that same afternoon (Really appreciated that). Technician showed up at scheduled time. During his evaluation of the problem, he pointed out several features of the hot water system that were shortcuts taken during past repairs and how they could be corrected. I appreciated his clear explanations and his pointing out that changes to correct the shortcuts would not result in additional costs since their quote had included replacing the original system. The work was performed and completed in sort order. We appreciated the technicians knowledge and honest evaluation - a welcome change from past experiences. We will be using 1st Choice Pro Services for future needs and recommend to others.
