I was traveling and our heater died, instead of putting money into an older central air heater. We were recommended to put a new one in. So we spent $6200 on a heater and humidifier. Here are the install pics. What a mess…. The air filter does not even fit, has line was not tied up, trash left in our basement, messy wires, and more to list. I am so sad we spent that kind of money with this company.

Update- I was able to get a hold of the owner they came back over for almost 5 hours with a different technician. The owner and the tech completely fixed everything. I really did appreciate that!!!!

The service tech Donny, was one times, friendly, organized and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed and what could happen if it was not addressed.
He checked the water pressure, and checked other water outputs in the house.

Daniel was so helpful and was on time within the arrival window. He performed a thorough plumbing inspection of my home. He identified and provided details, repaired and made recommendations for future improvements. He replaced our toilet, and fixed our water heater the same day!

The tech, Daniel, is an ALL-STAR. Truly exceptional. I’ve had 2 exemplary plumbers in the last 40+ years, and Daniel is one of them. Friendly, competent, VERY FAIR pricing. 1st Choice was over $4,500 LESS (!) than another bid I received the day before from another company—same exact issue. Hard to fathom how many scammers there are in this profession. Horror stories are legion, but you can lay those fears and anxieties to rest. Go with Daniel and 1st Choice Plumbing!!!

Someone who do not know anything about heating and plumbing came to just collect the travel money, this company is not for service but for collect easy money as travel fee, the guy came and took wiring pictures from my wiring panel instructions board and sent it to someone. He just claimed down and started explaining the problems he found and repaire cost, he said that I have to replace 2 boards and transformer, but a real hero from another company came and fixed it for $300. The scammer guy from 1st choice gave me the estimated cost to repair was $ 2600 this people thought that we don’t know anything and pay whatever they ask us. Imagine how much money they would have collected from customers without service and lying their ordinary customer. Please don’t use this company and never suggest anyone else you know.

This is the second time we have used 1st Choice Pro Services and we are very pleased with the service and installation. Sean and Jesus did great work. We are glad to have a new hot water heater.

The service is always great! Every technician is knowledgeable and always fully explains what is wrong and how it can be fixed. I had a leaking hot water heater at the beginning of the day and of course when I have out of town company but by evening I have no leaking and hot water again.

I had them come out because I had no heat. They didn't have the part I needed and couldn’t get it right away. They said they would try to locate it over the weekend, but I received no communication — and was told it would cost an extra $150 to source the part on the weekend.

On Monday I finally got a call and they came back out. After installing the part, the heat still didn’t work because they said the thermostat had failed at the same time. They wanted another $300 to replace the thermostat and didn’t have that on the truck either.

So after paying nearly $1,000, I still didn’t have heat. I went to Home Depot, bought a thermostat for $90, and replaced it myself in about 15 minutes.

Zach was professional and answered my questions — that’s the only reason I’m not giving fewer than 3 stars.

Additionally, they will not itemize your bill to account for parts vs labor. This was also a red flag. As they lack transparency.

I’m a repeat customer. They came out right away after a leak in my home. The plumber, Sean S., quickly figured out the issue was with the line (not the valve) and got it fixed. They also handled the insurance paperwork fast, which made everything easy. Great service all around.

Today Jared came to our home to service our furnace. His customer service and knowledge of the furnace was outstanding! He was extremely professional and courteous as well. We highly recommend First Choice Pro Services for all of your HVAC needs!

The team at 1st Choice Pro Services was responsive, professional, great communicators. I had a burst pipe and had to shut water off to my home. Chase N (who came on-site) overcame a number of obstacles to locate the broken pipe and then get the job done. 10/10 for this Company. Thank you!

They did a great job from the beginning with Frank he identified the issue. They had Nick and Chase come out the following day and fixed the issue. They were friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. Job well done

I don't know what I would do without this company. I have used them over the last few years and they are always my first call. Rea in scheduling worked really hard to get me a technician quickly and Steven, the technician was awesome. He found the issue and fix the furnace in minutes. He also showed me the bad part and was happy to explain everything to me. Excellent job done by the whole crew at first choice. And it should be your first choice as well.

Nic did three plumbing jobs for us over the past two weeks. He was very polite and thorough in completing these jobs to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Nic and 1st Choice for any plumbing needs that you may have!

Nicholas was very courteous by introducing himself and putting shoe covers on his shoes. My husband wanted to get an estimate of how much it would cost to install a new water softener.
He explained what he recommended for installing/ replacing a water softener. He answered my questions and concerns.
Nick was extremely patient and friendly while writing up an estimate for a new water softener.
I highly recommend Nick to complete any job you may need done in your house with effective and professional service!

Our experience with Sean at 1st Choice Pro Service was great. We had him fix our sprinkler valve and when done he asked if there was anything else…which made me think and yes I did have another item.
Had he not asked, it would have been a problem down the road and I would have had to call for another appointment.
I really appreciated that he asked and he was quick and efficient with both jobs.
It’s great to know he was looking out for us and wanted to make sure everything was ok throughout the house.
All experiences with this company have been great for many years.

Steve Perea came out to check my heater and he was great. He was really thorough and ended up finding a carbon monoxide leak, which I'm obviously glad he found. He took the time to explain how my furnace works in a way that was easy to understand, and even shared some insight into what it’s like being an HVAC technician, which I was super interested in. Steve was genuinely nice, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend 1st Choice and Steve!

Chase and Sam were amazing today. Great to work with, had lots of expertise and were very friendly. They showed me my options and were not pressuring me on making the right service selection. They were fast, and thorough. I highly recommend using 1st Choice Pro! And keep putting on those yellow stickers after you leave a job, it was the way I found you again to call and do the work I needed!

!st Choice Services has worked on a couple of big jobs in my home. From the friendly booking staff to the workers who have perforned better than expected. Nick came out the first day to go over all the repairs. Some kitchen drain work to a full main water stack rebuild. On the scheduled day of repair Nick and Jesus arriver promptly. We went over everything one more time and they went to work. Much faster than I expected, they were finished. Would Highly recommend 1st Choices Services for any household needs.
