As a women-run business, we’ve unfortunately had experiences with service providers in the past who were dismissive or condescending. Nick was the complete opposite. He was kind, communicative, and treated our team with respect from start to finish, which meant a lot to us.

The tech was very personable, professional, and kind. He showed me before and after videos after cleaning the ducts, and he moved a bed as well as disassembling and reassembling our sectional to get to one of the vents. Very happy with the service provided. We opted to use the spray disinfectant and the smell lingers for about a half-day, but it lightens up significantly after the first 10 minutes.
