L&L recently installed (2 1/2 years ago) a new furnace for us. The blower motor died and they came out and replaced it per warranty. Great experience with techs overall as well

I have been using using L&L for 16 years. I have had outstanding service and pricing from this honest company since the beginning. They have replaced four complete furnace and air conditioner units either for my family members or my friends. They often times are able to repair the unit without the customer needing to replace it. In fact this is the case most often. In one case my elderly friend was struggling financially and they were very compassionate and fixed it for her at almost cost. I am not a relative nor an employee of L&L. I am just an extremely happy customer who wants others to be treated just as well. So please call this company. My favorite technician is Blake.

Very pleased with L &L, they were timely, courteous, communicated well and had our heat up and running in a day. They now forever saved in my phone as my go to heating and air team.

I submitted a call request form on their website around 9pm on a Sunday, hoping to get a call back the next day. To my very pleasant surprise, I got a text message right away that a tech would be available to assist me the next day. The tech came to our rental unit and was able to diagnose our issue and order the necessary parts the same day. He even checked our AC warranty to make sure we wouldn't be purchasing parts that were covered. I was grateful for their above-and-beyond service! Our current tenant has a difficult work-from-home schedule, and when the part arrived, they graciously worked around her timeline to complete the repair. L&L is honest, kind, and responsive! We will always call them first for future HVAC needs!

My furnace has been out a week now and these guys came out and were quick to get their 135 dollars diagnostic fee and then never heard back from them with a quote or any sort of further communication to fix the furnace. They had my phone number and email address and nothing, save your money go somewhere else

I would highly Recommend L & L! I was actually referred to them by another heating company about a swamp cooler. They came out immediately. Nick was incredibly helpful. Found out I could get air conditioning rather than a swamp cooler for a very reasonable price! They came within a few days, three very nice, professional , knowledgeable gentleman came and installed it in less than three hours, and it’s been running amazing. I can’t thank them enough for such a pleasant experience! Great company!

I'm SO glad I chose L&L for my new air conditioner! My old one was 27 years old and to the point where the tech said not to even run it. I called 5 different companies for estimates (for a 2-ton unit for my small bungalow.) They ranged from $6800 (the L&L one) to almost $15,000 for the same unit. I like that L&L is family owned, they really do want to give you the best service and advice, it's not just a sales pitch. I was extremely comfortable with the rep from the start and the installation guys were incredible. They were on time, very polite, took great care to keep my house clean as they worked and left the area spotless when they were finished. The follow up is impressive too. I got a nice packet in the mail the following week with clear instructions for my new AC and how to register it and the coils. So the service after the installation continued. I will call L&L again for any heating or AC needs in the future and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs this type of service. Top notch, 5 stars!!

Taylor came to have my AC tuned up and cleaned the next morning after my call. And not only was the price very reasonable, but Taylor provided the best services I could ask for, and even gave me info of the AC I didn’t even know myself, without trying to upsell me anything. Highly recommended.

L & L was my go to company when I lived in Parker. They were always prompt and honest with their diagnoses. This was the first time I had them do work on my house in Thornton. They have not disappointed me . I had a damaged furnace exhaust cap on my roof. Blake came on time to give me an estimate on the job . He went into my attic to make sure the piping was secure. The job was completed correctly . Great job Blake. I would recommend this company for any of your heating and air jobs . They treat your house like it's their own.

Everyone at L & L Heating and Air Conditioning was responsive and timely. From the original phone call through installation and inspection, each person we dealt with was knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. We highly recommend them and their services!

Great people, great team, they were nice, professional, laid down mats to keep the floor clean, etc.

Best of all, it was the best deal after 6-7 quotes!

The furnace went out as the weather was turning cold. Nick came out and quickly assessed that the heat exchanger had failed, and promptly ordered a replacement. Once it arrived, he came out and installed the new heat exchanger. Thanks to Nick, our house is nice and warm again!

I had the privilege to have Blake Taylor as my electrician. He was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Blake tuned up and looked over my furnace and humidifier. He did a great job. No complaints.

From start to finish, hands down the most honest and professional service. No "SALES", or "My manager says you can have this discount". Gave me a complete and accurate bids with no nonsense. Installation crew was on time. Installation went quickly and we were up and running in no time. They will be my go to from now on.

David and Nick were great and did a great job in replacing the harder to reach of my two hot water heaters, plus getting the plumbing to code. The problem was the front office. When I first called, they left me the impression that the work would be completed on Monday (the day I called). So they sent David. Although David was great, he was not a water heater expert and needed to call in reinforcements for the next day (Nick). I was at first misquoted because David was not qualified to assess the work that needed to be done (not David's fault), so it took a lot longer than it should have. The front office SHOULD NOT be sending out unqualified people to do a job.
