Harry was amazing – the best customer service! He explained all the details of HVAC cleaning and showed me the before and after results. He took his time and did a very thorough job. I really liked the flat pricing with no add-ons or confusion. I know the job will be done right. I strongly recommend him and will definitely be coming back.

We had a clog in our dryer vent another company couldn’t get free. Gary had it cleaned in minutes. On top of that he came next day for no extra charge and promised to only charge if he was successful. A far better experience than we’ve had in the past. Hire him!

I had such a great experience with Choice Air Duct—I honestly wish I’d called them sooner. From the first phone call to the day of cleansing, they were super professional and easy to work with. He showed up on time (huge win), explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.

We recently moved into our new home and noticed our dryer wasn’t drying our clothes well. Our laundry room is located on the second floor, so the vent exits on the roof, which made it complicated for me to check myself. Exact Choice was able to get me scheduled promptly and did a fantastic job clearing out the blockage. Our technician said it was likely the prior owners never cleaned the vent before, as you can see by the pictures. Our vent is now squeaky clean and our dryer is operating efficiently! I am paranoid about house fires, and am so glad we got this handled and nothing happened prior to the clean. Going forward, I will be doing this annually!

I reached out to them for dryer vent cleaning after my dryer indicated there was a blockage and wouldn’t operate properly. They arrived on time and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. He took the time to show me photos and clearly explain what caused the problem, which I really appreciated. Gary cleaned out our entire duct system and also did a disinfectant spray afterwards. He was incredibly professional, on time, and did an amazing job. He took before and after videos, which was awesome to get a visual on things. His pricing was wonderful, beating out all other companies that we contacted for the same exact services. It was all over a wonderful job, and I’m so happy to have better air quality in my home!!

My dryer stopped working because of a clogged vent. I called Gary, told him it was urgent, and he was able to come to my home within an hour. He discovered and removed the unnecessary mesh covering on the roof vent and did a thorough cleaning. The service was professional and the response time was incredible. Great pros for duct cleaning!

Great experience with L&L! We needed AC installed, got quotes from multiple companies and L&L matched the quote from another company. They came on time installed our brand new AC the next day. Glad I found them!

Lightning quick response on a service call on a unit they installed. There was a question on whether it would have been a manufacturer warranty issue. L&L chose to honor it and fight with the manufacturer. Well done L&L.

This was the second purchase from L & L. We previously purchased a home heating furnace last year. It worked great this past winter season. So seeing how the heating unit work so well for us, we decided to go for the AC this summer. Nick wrote us a new quote for this AC and after a few Q and A sessions we gave him the go ahead. We made our install appointment for the next week. The install guys came about 8:30am and were done in less than 3 hours. They were courteous and answered all my questions about the install and how the system worked. They cleaned up the work areas and explained some things I could do to help the system worked to it’s maximum potential. The unit is exposed to the afternoon sun in the Summer. So that was my concern. They assured me that the sun will not be a problem. These guys done a great job for both systems. Now that I have AC, bring on the summer.

Our heat went out overnight and our house was freezing! Of course things like this happen when temps are in the single digits. I called L&L and they immediately dispatched a tech to come and take a look at our furnace. I think I only waited an hour before someone arrived. The tech, Nick, was courteous and knowledgeable. Luckily it was an easy fix and he was done in less than an hour. The price was reasonable. We will continue to use L&L for the future if needed based on the great experience we had. Things did not work out for initial appointment as the technician was running past the window I was given, and I had to leave for work.

We rescheduled and the technician was communicative and on time, and I was satisfied with the inspection and repair that was needed.

I am going out of my way to leave this review based on how great L&L has been to us! They installed both a furnace and AC for us shortly after purchasing our home. The price was competitive in comparison to other companies and their service was awesome. Our A/C suddenly stopped blowing cold air after 4 years and L&L had it fixed in a day under their 5 year warranty. The tech, Nick, was friendly and informative — he explained the issue and gave me some good pointers for maintaining both of our systems. I won’t use anyone else for heating and cooling!
