I was not happy that L&L had just come out during the process of us purchasing our new home and performed a tune up on our HVAC system and then we had issues a month into living in our home. They said they would send someone right out which was nice because we had no heat during the first freeze of the fall, but they didn’t tell me they charge $100 just to come out so I was not happy when the technician said that’s how much I owed after he was at our house for about fifteen minutes and said our motor must have just been frozen during the cold weather he turned it off and turned it back on and it started working.

Very friendly, intelligent, and helpful. They helped me resolve multiple issues very efficiently and effectively, and without pressure. Will recommend and use again.

Jordan (Todd) and team did a very professional job replacing our hot water heater. It was a last minute call and they were able to come the same day. My husband built our home and was very pleased that they knew exactly what they were doing with little guidance on the design of the system. They were in and out very quickly. Job well done!

I called L&L for a second opinion on a furnace replacement and they were amazing and honest! They could have easily said replace the furnace but instead told me to watch it every six months. Love their honesty and they won me over!

As i was completing my part of the setup, Dave went to the basement to start on the furnace maintenance. Nick assisted me with the technology part of the setup. They were done within an hour. Blake came out for a routine maintenance check of our furnace and AC couple months ago. He came across as very knowledgeable and also efficient. In that I felt he put the time and effort needed in this but didn’t spend more than was necessary. Plus he was just easy going and answered any questions I had. If I need to contact L&L for anything hopefully Blake is available.

Blake communicated well and walked us through our options of repair vs. Replace. We choose replace and he provided quality furnace options. Install was in three business days which was huge because we got it in before Thanksgiving and temperatures were going to go down to 20 degrees. L & L has earned our business previously through honest expertise and reasonable prices.

Well, I can stop looking for my preferred HVAC service provider because I just found the company that I will use from now on. L&L Heating & Air were amazing with their integrity, fair pricing and urgency with installing a new furnace. I’ve used L&L in the past to service our furnace, so when our 17-year-old Carrier furnace died and was not repairable, I gave them a call.

After getting bids from three different companies, decided to go with L&L as they were not only able to get it installed quickly, their pricing was really good.

The install crew removed the old furnace and installed a Bryant 986TD in 3 hours flat. They were friendly, respectful and the new furnace is working great.

I needed to replace my furnace as it was 20+ years old and called around for quotes. L&L came to the house and did a great job of explaining the options available to me. They emailed me a couple of quotes. When we made our decision they were very good at working around my schedule for installation. After installation Blake came out and did the final adjustments. He was very polite and knowledgable and did an amazing job. After his setup the new furnace worked much better than the old one.
