I had a noon appointment today and the tech was right on time. The dryer vent was definitely in need of a cleaning and everything went as planned. He took the time to show me the cleaning attachments used to clean out the vent as well as the huge air compressor in the truck. He worked efficiently and was very personable.

Gary was amazing. Very transparent and professional. I had another company come for a $199 special and then tell me it was going to be $850 to do the whole system. They had some negative reviews for their service and lots about their bait and switch approach.
