Always satisfied with 1st Choice Plumbing and Services. I have used this company for over 9 years and had some challenging situations and this company allows came through for me. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend this company.

Jared worked and worked to get our furnace working. It is only two years old and needed a new fan blower which was under warranty. He took care of all of it for me. He is SO polite and a pleasure to have in your home.

Had Frank come out to fix a hot water issue. He removed a mixer that was not related to the problem ($500). Then he had someone come and replace a part ($1,500), that again had nothing to do with the issue. So $2,000 in and no better than when we started. When I called Frank to complain, he did send an experienced person who correctly identified a venting problem but provided no recourse on the two misdiagnosed issues or the $2,000 charged. I am still waiting to get someone in to correct the venting issue.

I worked with 3 different people, all were very nice. But Frank as the manager was unwilling to make any concession on the unnecessary charges. Not willing to acknowledge that he and his team had made mistakes that resulted in real costs ($2,000) he took his money and ran. I would not use them again.

Sean replaced the faucets and hoses that supply the washing machine. All work was professionally done and Sean was a pleasure to work with. 1st Choice is always a wonderful option for any plumbing job.

Same day service replaced garbage disposal, very polite & professional. Shaun & Danny did a terrific & fast job. 2nd time I’ve used 1st Choice for installation of appliances & natural gas hook up, highly recommend this company

Frank was great! He showed up on time on the earlier part of the window and he was able to identify the problem very quickly on my water tank. He explained things very thoroughly and provided options. I really appreciated his time and customer service.

They were great! I appreciate them being thorough and reassuring. Will hit them up again if/when I need them again.

Daniel was early.. listened to my primary concern..review cost service.. finished original drain cleaning but 2 sinks still was not draining.. he trouble shoot those able to repair one and informed other needs hardware replaced

Frank did good work but seemed to have left in a hurry. Left his an electric drill. Didn’t screw a vent back on and took the screw. Left trash on the property including part of the outdoor faucet he replaced and his shoe covers. Makes me feel he wasn’t honest about what happened to my wood/electric line that he replaced via soldering.

Edit: electrician came out after the plumbing visit and verified Frank fried our wiring that now needs replaced due to fire hazard.

They were able to come out right away. The technician was really nice and accommodating. When he needed to return the next day to try with different equipment, he didn’t charge me for the first attempt. He was also SUPER nice to our Stage 5 Clinger of a dog. 100% will be calling them for future needs.

1stChoiceProServs came out in less than 2 hours to fix my leaking faucet. I had called 2 other companies and neither could make it the same day, plus both quoted almost double. The price with 1stChoice was way better than I expected and a huge relief. They also helped me out with ins paperwork and even did an online assessment without any pushback, especially on such short notice. Really glad I went with them.

I had a great experience from the beginning with Frank all the way through with Nick and Chase. They identified the issue and came right out to fix and did an amazing job.

We had an emergency leak and they were out in a few hours. Danny our tech was awesome! He did a great job and had it fixed within a few hours. Will recommend and use again.

Jared showed up promptly in the early part of the arrival window, which I really appreciated. He also did a great job of explaining what the problem was with my furnace, and what repairs were needed.

Nicholas also did a good job flushing the water heater with his associate.
