I just found these guys and the service was great! From Lori who coordinated an initial service/inspection call for my 18 year old furnace & AC, to David who was the technician. There were a few issues that were found and David explained everything - whether it was something to just keep an eye on, to actually replacing a part - he also offered several options with no pressure at all. Always a good feeling to find a business like this that you can trust!

Jordan at IMS really took of our heating situation. Our 35 year furnace went out. Fortunately, we had a fireplace and could use electric heaters until the new one was installed. IMS acted fact to make sure our heating needs were met within 2 days. Really professional, helpful, and made sure we didn't go any longer than we had to in the cold. Great service and worked with our budget! :)

Swiftly scheduled appointment to determine why A/C was over cooling lower level. Melvin inspected the furnace and located main cause and gave instructions on how to better control air flow around the house. Explained everything as he made some repairs to the newly installed furnace!!

Earl from Wern Air came out and hooked up a large lochinvar heater for a lazy river with our pool guys. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped our guys out a lot. Will definitely use again. Thanks for the help!
