This company does all the hvac work at my apartment complex. Earl, Tom, rich, and chuck are great ive worked with all of them and I would recommend all of them to anyone who needed their expertise. They’re the best out there!

I had a residential hydronic heating system with domestic hot water side arm tank installed as part of our home renovation. The boiler contractor I used for the install went AWOL and I was really worried about the quality of his work. I had Wern Air come out and do a start-up test for the system to be sure everything was installed safely and for optimal operation. When I had the DHW tank brought online, I again had issues and my contractor was again MIA. Wern Air was able to come out within an hour of my call to fix the issues and get my system fully running. If I could give them a 6th star I would because the first tech I contacted even answered my phone call when he was home sick with the flu! Unbelievable service and really easy folks to work with and talk to. Their service charges are very reasonable, and their team is top notch. Would highly recommend for boiler system commissioning and maintenance. THANK YOU WERN AIR FOR GIVING US CONFIDENCE IN OUR SYSTEM!

Sid Sanchez an incredible honest and genuinely nice person and professional. We thought we needed to replace our older furnace but Sid said there was just carbon built up on the sensor that needed cleaning. He did not charge us a penny and would not accept a service call fee. Nice to know good, honest and dependable service men still out there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sid!!!!!!!

Great honest company!! Sid is amazing! My furnace at my home was blowing cold air on a night where the temps were going to dip below zero. Sid, came over on a Saturday morning to help me out with a thermostat that would not turn on. Not only did he come over right away he helped us install a brand new nest we planned to install ourselves. Sid was a great help and very professional! I will be using Sanchez Mechanical for all my future furnace and AC needs.

Late last year, I had two water heaters go out in two different rentals. I quickly searched for reliable HVAC repair, and came across Sid Sanchez from Sanchez Mechanical. Boy, am I glad I did. Sid and team were at my properties the very following day and replaced both in a matter of hours. Two weeks ago, we encountered an AC issue at the same rental. Sanchez Mechanical to the rescue! Sid called during the visit, supplied pictures, and explained his concerns. A week later, we had a new furnace and AC condenser. Sid is trustworthy, dependable and doesn't beat around the bush. I wish there were more Sid's out in the world.

8-18-2023 – Five years ago Sid came over to see why my air conditioner wasn’t working. Turned out I had a dirty filter. I had a supply of them and he replaced it and didn’t charge me. I felt bad after he left for not giving him any compensation. Now, my air conditioner has been acting up again. I called Sid this morning and he was able to work me in after lunch. This time there was a reset switch/timer that he reset and it is working well. Again, he didn’t charge me. I'll say what I said last time. You may not get a freebie, but I believe you’ll get a square deal with Sanchez Mechanical. I offered him some compensation but he refused, but this time I forced him to take a tip for his help.

Sid and his team came out for a furnace blower issue (major rattling and eventual loss of power to the thermostat). I had called multiple times over the course of two days and he appeared to have forgotten we had spoken the day before. Upon seeing the furnace, he proceeds to totally ignore my description of the problem and the troubleshooting I had done already, tries to tell me my thermostat is broken (it wasn't), and then smugly says "I know you don't believe me" (I didn't, because he was wrong). And when I say "regardless of the thermostat, there is something wrong with the blower, the whole thing is rattling like crazy," he tries to start it up, fails to do so, and says the whole thing is dead (it wasn't), and I need to buy a $16k system from him and tries to pressure me on the spot to make that decision, and then leaves the control board in a disconnected state.

Very dissatisfied with the interaction, I reconnected the thermostat and discover that some of the wires had broken loose from the rattling (which explains the loss of power to the thermostat), and let the furnace start up cycle commence. Lo and behold, the blower came on and rattled violently as it had before (so neither thermostat nor motor were dead as Sid diagnosed). Before trying to call someone else who might listen and actually make a correct diagnosis and repair, I decided to take the blower assembly out to clean and check for something loose and found the blower wheel fins had come detached from the hub so it was free spinning and causing the violent vibration. I replaced it for $90 with a part delivered three days later and installed in an hour, and now everything is working smoothly again.

I have an old furnace and I know I will need a replacement for it eventually, but after my experience with Sanchez Mechanical, it certainly won't be from them.

Very rarely nowadays do you find a reliable and honest business. We were interested in getting a new furnace installed so I called Sanchez Mechanical to get an estimate. I talked to Sid the owner and told him what I wanted and he said he would be over with in the hour. He arrived and after introductions I showed him where the furnace was in the attic. After his inspection he came down and told us we didn’t need a new furnace and that ours should last another 10 years. As a retired couple living on SS that was the best news we could of got. Thank you so much Sid for being a super nice guy and above all an honest businessman.

This is the second time we have had Sid help us with our AC unit. He is awesome! The first time he was out, last summer it was 101 degrees outside, it was a simple quick fix we were completely unaware of, he did not charge us. The second time, was a Sunday morning! Again, a simple fix, that we couldn't seem to figure out and no fee. We are so impressed with his efficiency and honesty we will continue to use Sid whether it's a simple or major repair. Quite honestly, I cannot say enough good about Sid and Sanchez Mechanics. Sid bent over backwards to help me when my furnace blower motor (and therefore my AC) went out during 90+ degree days over Father’s Day weekend. Not only that, but he saved me $$ big time.

I was having problems with my furnace in a house I just bought in December. Sid brought his experience and professionalism to my home and got me going very quickly. He gave me solid advice on how to move forward. I had been in the HVAC industry to some extent in Iowa as a gas inspector for the city in the early 80's so not new to these kinds of issues. Last week I had Sanchez Mechanical install a humidifier on my furnace. My experience with Sid was great. He always returned my calls promptly. The following words explain how I feel about Sid and his company. Courteous,prompt,dependable,knowledgeable,HONEST,top rate customer service and customer satisfaction at the top of his list. I highly recommend Sanchez Mechanical (Sid).

Our furnace died in mid-January 2024. I received recommendations for Sanchez Mechanical and got in touch with Sid. He was very busy, but was still responsive and was able to get to my place that day to poke around. He found the problem almost immediately. The almost 30 year old furnace was on its last leg - we discussed options, and I decided to go with replacing the unit. About four hours later I had a new, fully (armed) and operational furnace and a new HVAC guy. He was focused, knowledgeable and very efficient. This guy knows what he's doing.

Sid saved us $10k. Our AC stopped working in the midst of a summer heat wave. We had two other companies come out, and both said we needed a new AC, and one said we also needed a new furnace. The price tag was $14k with $4k in rebates. My husband called Sanchez Mechanical for a third opinion. Sid came out completely last minute on a Saturday. He said our units were absolutely fine and just needed to be cleaned and serviced (Brothers came out and supposably did that two weeks prior, and charged $457. Clearly they didn't do a great job). He said he could do it, or we could save another $500 and do it ourselves. He actually showed my husband what to do, and gave thorough instructions. He left and didn't charge a dime for his time. My husband did what he was told, and the AC started working brilliantly. I am beyond happy that we called Sid. It's so hard to find honest companies and technicians, but we lucked out with him. Sanchez Mechanical will always be our first and only phone call when these issues arise—he has a customer for life.

Sid rewired my HVAC system to make it compatible with my new smart thermostat. The system works better than ever now. I called in the evening and he came to my house next day and finished the work in no time at all. He followed up with me later in the day to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy and satisfied. Sid drop by today to check on my HVAC, it had stopped running. We have had prior companies in that immediately said that our system had to be replaced - Sid spent just a few minutes and found that our hot surface igniter was bad. He even showed me how to replace and how to get from Amazon ($20). So refreshing to find a service professional who feels honest and isn’t trying to take advantage!

He quickly diagnosed the issue, and instead of trying to get $300 from me for a new part, he suggested an easy fix!

The fix was so easy he didn't even charge me since he was only here for a couple of minutes.
