There is no one else I would trust with furnace issues! I called Sid on a Sunday morning after finding our furnace quit working. He arrived at my house within 30 minutes of speaking to him. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Sid is honest, reliable and takes the time to explain exactly what is involved in the repair. I first called Sanchez Mechanical because my furnace died and I was trying to DIY a fix and was trying to source a spark igniter - Sid was super helpful over the phone and told me to just overnight one on Amazon since most contractors won't sell parts and if they do they'll overcharge by a lot for them.

So I did, and turns out that wasn't the issue. Sid was so helpful on the phone he was the first person I called. He was able to come that morning, and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the actual problem. He was in and out in 15 minutes, and patiently answered my curious questions.

Sid was friendly, on-time, and efficient in the estimation and installation of a new water heater in my crawl space. He was in and out and made the process so easy. It was incredibly seamless to work with him and I'd absolutely use Sanchez Mechanical again!

What a great experience working with Sid Sanchez of Sanchez Mechanical. Others wanted us to replace both the AC and Heat even though the Heater is only 5 years old and zero issues. Sid came in and replaced our AC unit within a week of agreement and only took 2 hour from start to finish. House is cooler than its been in years. Cheers and well done.

This is the 2nd time I've used Sid Sanchez. Our AC unit stopped working again, Sid came out quickly, and determined it needed to be replaced. I did some research and Sid was not the lowest price, but I went with him anyway, as he was very responsive, communicated very well, was always there when he said he'd be, and the quality of his work is excellent. He even followed up after the installation to make sure everything was "cool". I highly recommend Sid.

Simply put, I cannot be more pleased with the service provided by Sid. I have been in the construction industry for 20 years and appreciate a honest, hardworking and more importantly professional business owner. Our issue was with a rental property and Sid put all of those traits on display when dealing with the tenant. Excellent experience with these guys. They picked up the phone right away, came by for a quote the same day, and completed the work the following day. They installed a section of ducting that was missing in less than an hour. Pricing was reasonable, and they were really nice guys. Would hire again.

My furnace stopped working on Friday, mid-January 2024: the main blower came on but that was it. I checked NextDoor and saw good reviews for Sanchez Mechanical. I called and explained the situation. Sid Sanchez said he'd be over later that day. He came and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes with no poking around and no web browsing for information. The man's a true expert. I decided to replace the 28 year-old furnace and A/C. Sid went back to his office and returned with two portable electric heaters to tide us through the very cold night (no charge). He returned the next day at 0800, removed the old furnace and A/C, and installed a new, Trane, 850,000 BTU, 2-stage furnace and new thermostat (the A/C installation will be later). He was completely done by 11. The furnace has a 15 year warranty. The total cost for the furnace, A/C, and labor was $16,500.

I called them at 6:45 am on a Saturday, they personally answered the phone. Arrived 45 minutes later, spent an hour trouble shooting and repairing my furnace. Very professional and polite. I will use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone. Bob Sramek

Oh man- intake valve on the dishwasher blew and the shut off valve was no bueno. Called these guys in a pinch and they came out next day, part in hand, and saved my hardwood floors. They are hoping to expand their boulder business and I will definitely use again

Furnace stopped working at 7:00 pm and I scrambled to find some one, called and they were at the house in an hour. Checked out the furnace and cleaned the blower motor and it worked! I'll be calling for regular service upkeep from now on.
