Donald was incredibly helpful getting our furnace fixed in our moment of need. He came out in the middle of the night in the freezing cold and got everything squared away. I cannot recommend him more.

Donald was great. Came to fix our Kenmore Elite refrigerator within 36 hours after trying to get Sears/a&e to do it for two weeks. For the record, Sears/a&e are the. worst. Don't even bother. Call Thin Air if you need your Kenmore/LG appliance serviced.

My LG washer was not working so I contacted this company for repair. I spoke with Don and he said he would set an appoint to service my washer that same day between 12 and 4 was my window. At 4 Don never showed after I took off work and waited 4 hours for him to show. When I called him to ask why he did not show or call he did not have much to say. THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. For anyone who needs service for an immediate repair I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Update June 2021: I was having an issue with my HVAC, and they came out quickly to assess it and took good care of me with fixing it. These guys are good and stand by their work. High praise for Thin Air Appliance.

Donald and Dominik were great. I would highly recommend them for anything related to HVAC. They were professional and did the job for a great price.

During the hottest of this week Donald response was quick and set up an appointment to see if he could repair the A/C but once he advised he couldn’t do he worked with me to get a furnace and A/C that I could afford and was willing to work with me. He set an appointment up right away and was quick with installation. He communicated with me the estimate and was prompt in getting me scheduled. I am thankful I chose him and that I got cool air now!! Thank you Donald!!

Excellent! We needed an emergency repair on our AC. It was completed on the same day we booked their services, they were able to come earlier than scheduled, and they completed the repairs in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Donald and his team did a phenomenal job and were incredibly helpful in our chaotic time of need. Our A/C broke on a Saturday with the upcoming week hitting high 90s and he got back to me immediately late in the evening to book an appointment first thing Monday. After he diagnosed the problem he moved his schedule around to squeeze us in since we were in a heat wave and he didn't want us to be without A/C. He was completely transparent with the replacement pricing and did a great job explaining the problem. He made us feel comfortable with the work they were doing and gave us an intro lesson to A/C in the meantime. He even texted after the job was done to make sure everything was working. I can't say good enough things about this company. They really care and they do great work.

Thin Air HVAC was great! In the heat of summer our AC unit decided to stop blowing cold air. Come to find out our unit was over 20 years old and they don't even make parts for it anymore. Donald did his best to patch up our unit and get it working for us for a couple days. We knew it was time to replace the whole HVAC system so we called them back and they got out right away to install a new AC unit and furnace. Extremely pleased with the price, service, professionalism and courtesy. Thank you!

Don and Ryan came recommended by my best friend and her parents that had ductless systems installed at their homes. I had ambitions of doing the same because my husband and I had a horrifying experience with a subcontractor through Home Depot. Ryan and Don assured us they were different and they so are! Not only were their prices competitive, but they have been professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. If I could give them 9,000,000,000,000 stars, I would. I’ve already recommended them to several of my friends and coworkers. I wish we would have found them sooner.

Be wary of this business. Not only were they unable to identify the problem with my furnace but they actually removed a common factory-installed part because he didn't know why it was there, and then tried to sell me a furnace I didn't need.

The service professionals here are uninformed and responded passive aggressively when I told them I found another HVAC contractor after they said they might not be able to fix my furnace for several days in sub freezing temperatures.

If you want to feel comfortable with your HVAC contractor I recommend not using this business.

Thin Air came out to replace my AC unit. I contacted them after I received a ridiculously overpriced estimate from another company. Donald contacted me right away and told me that the previous estimate I was given was outrageous. He explained that all of the items that were listed on the quote from the previous company were all service items that should come standard with any AC install. Thin Air's quote was less than half the quote I received from the previous company. After I let Donald know that I was still waiting for one more estimate, he asked if I would give him the chance to match the final quote if it was lower than his. It was a little lower, so he matched it and then some. He brought a team of 3 to my install, and they were finished in about 3 hours. They were fast, efficient, and very affordable. They even installed a smart thermostat for me, and explained what I needed to do to get it connected to my home network. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are great! They came to my house to fix my dryer on the same day that I called them. They took the dryer apart and showed me the problem (I had a faulty heating element and a frozen pulley wheel). They didn’t have the heating element in stock so they went out and found it, returning the same day to fix it once they found the part. They were professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with the quick and responsive team at Thin Air Heating & Cooling. Donald was very knowledgeable and honest. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my A/C and talked me through a maintenance and action plan to ensure smooth operation in the future. Awesome service! He came the next day and fixed the water heater. So we hired Donald to fix the dishwasher next! Great service and affordable prices!

Did a sloppy job. Then leveled the ac by using bricks in my yard said he would come back out and fix yet never did. Unprofessional.

I contacted them for a quote, and Donald was immediately responsive and able to provide me a quote over the phone to replace the glass top of my electric Samsung stove. The price was very reasonable, and unlike other companies I contacted, they were able to order the part and replace in just 3 days. I was very pleased with the results and I will definitely use Thin Air Appliance again! Thank you!

Dec. 4th at approximately 2 pm, our old heater stopped working. We knew an Arctic Freeze was going to hit the same day and was in a panic mode. My wife put out a message for assistance. Donald ( owner and operator ) Thin Air Heating & Cooling contacted me within the same hour. Needless to say, two of his most professional and courteous employees were at our door and installed a brand new heater in 2 1/2 hours. The Arctic Freeze mentioned hit while they were completing the installation. The temperature got to minus -44 degrees with wind chill factor.
Ryan and Dominic (installers) were life savers. Both individuals were professional, most polite, and knew their business. My wife and I praise all of these mentioned individuals and Thin Air Heating & Cooling for going that extra mile to ensure we were safe from harm and in our desperate time of need.

Donald was responsive, efficient, professional, and quick. He was able to come the very next day and assessed the issues we had with our AC unit quickly and efficiently. My furnace blower went out on a 40+ year old unit. Thin Air responded rapidly and professionally on a Sunday. They tried repairing the motor first and then we determined that a new unit was most effective. They completely replaced and installed a new Rheem HVAC unit the next day. I am pleased with their communication and quality of work. I’d use them again and recommend them.
