After discovering my 90 year old mothers A/C wasn't working we called Sid. He's been our guy for 3 years now, and wouldn't you know it - in the heart of the busy season he was at our door in under 2 hours. After some fast work and discovering a wiring problem left by the last "repair man", Sid had the system up and running in less than 20 minutes! Payment - he wouldn't accept anything more than a Thank You from us... he continues to be an outstanding human being, a professional wizard at what he does, and the provider of peace of mind to our family. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Sid for being such a great person and getting my mom back to comfortable living amidst the summer heat. What would we do without you?! (I hope we never have to find out!)

We’ve used Sanchez twice in five years. Today he installed a brand new AC. He came out to give a quote within 24 hours of me calling, then scheduled me for install the following business day. He is friendly, prompt, and professional. Highly recommend!!

We used Sanchez Mechanical to replace our furnace and AC. They were very responsive (same day) when responding to our requests for a quote and then were able to install the system the next day (due to a cancelation). Sid explained everything we needed and was affordable. We had some minor leaking and they were out the next day to fix it.

We also used Sanchez Mechanical to replace our hot water heater a week later (it was a rough two weeks). They were fast, professional, and fair.

We will definitely use them in the future.

Our experience with Sid Sanchez has been great. He is very honest and dependable. We have called him in the middle of the night during Christmas when our furnace went out and not only did he come and repair it he did not charge extra for coming in the middle of the night. Just this week, we had issues with our furnace and Sid was at our house the next morning and did the necessary repairs. We will not trust our HVAC to anyone else.

I had a problem with my furnace coming on so I called and scheduled Sid to come and see what the problem was. As busy as he was he was so kind to take the time and come and check it out. I had a gas leak to my furnace over the weekend and had called the fire department. They turned off the gas to the furnace and the furnace itself and said I was fine until I got an HVAC tech to come check the fitting.
I called Sid Sanchez because I had saved a stellar review from 3 years ago on Nextdoor, and thought I might need him in the future. I called at 8:30 AM and he was at my door at 9:00 AM. He had the parts needed for the repair in his truck, and my problem fixed within 35 minutes. I am so pleased.

Sid and his team are absolutely amazing! Where do I start? Honest, dependable, extremely personable and did I mention honest. Skilled, knowledgeable and professional. I've been having intermittent issues with my furnace over the years where it suddenly stops producing warm air. In spite of having, it serviced this past Spring by another company, it still broke down yesterday. Sid diagnosed the issue and he and Todd fixed it in minutes. This morning we woke to have no heat, the day before Thanksgiving 2019.

Once again Sid was there to restore our heat. I called him early that morning and Sid responded within a half hour and we had heat in 20 minutes.

My wife and I cannot thank Sid enough for the service he has provided to my family. God made a special man when he created Sid, who we now consider a friend.

A year ago another company worked on my furnace replaced several parts and after they left on Thursday the furnace stopped working and when I called them on Friday they told me they could not come until the following Monday we had no heat.

I had seen a TV program about Sanchez Mechanical and called Sid on Saturday and he came right away put in one part and the heat was back on.

Everything I have heard about Sid has been true and the work he did for us and for the community and his customers is second to none.

You will never go wrong hiring Sanchez Mechanical for repair or to replace your Heating and Air Conditioning.

There are a lot of TV ads about replacing Furnaces and AC but those companies have to pay for the ads and will provide you with a cheap product and you will never hear from them again.

Sid will provide you with superior equipment and service.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE. I called Sanchez Mechanical after Brother's Plumbing came over to do a routine maintenance on my furnace and decided to shut it down due to a crack in the heat exchanger. They of course tried to sell me a new furnace right away. I decided to hold off and get a second opinion. That is when I contacted Sanchez Mechanical due to their high review rating. Sid and team came a few days later and confirmed that the crack that Brother's was telling me they found was just soldering between the heat exchangers and that the furnace was in good shape. To my pleasant surprise, this service came at no charge. Sid gave me a peace of mind knowing that my family is safe and I would have definitely paid for the service, but it is clear that Sanchez Mechanical is not out there to make a quick buck. They want do quality work and keep customers for life. My Furnace and AC are both 19 years old, but still running. You better believe it that I will be calling Sid when it is time to replace them. Our A/C went out on a Saturday and I waiting until Monday to call Sid. He came out with in two hours and told me the bad news that the condenser was shot. He didn’t charge me for the initial visit. I decided to replace the entire heating and A/C unit given the system was 18 year old and rusty. Sid and Todd did a great job. They were professional, timely, honest, and quick. I just moved into a house where the furnace was still under warranty. I called Sid and asked him to transfer the warranty. Sid did that but he also offered to come out and do an inspection. When he arrived he explained the system to me and made a minor, but useful, repair. I mentioned that the humidifier, which wasn't under warranty, wasn't working. He diagnosed the problem, put in some new tubing and had it running in no time. I asked him what I owed and he told me to use the money to take my wife out to dinner. What a guy, none better. Our AC quit working on us a few days ago. I called Sid yesterday and he was able to come out this morning and take a look. (Other businesses were booked way out). He talked me through everything and all possible scenarios, then tried replacing a piece he had in his van and it worked! He saved us so much money and wouldn’t charge us for the part! I’m forever grateful for him and thankful I used a local business. Sid is honest and will be our go-to guy now!

Sanchez Mechanical came out to my house to fix my AC unit in less than 24 hours after contacting them.  Sid was incredibly kind and fixed my AC in no time.  He talked to my kids about honest work and why it is important.  After he left my kids said that is the nicest man ever.  I will need a furnace in the near future and will ABSOLUTELY call Sid with Sanchez Mechanical.

BAD EXPERIENCE. Do NOT call Sanchez Mechanical!

I was having issues with my AC, so I called Sid because of his reviews. When he arrived, he seemed like he was in a rush to be done. He charged my AC and fixed a stem valve, then said I was good to go. He never even checked the air coming out of my vents; he just said I was good and collected his money. My AC was blowing out cool, not cold, air at 65 degrees. I called him back, and he said my unit was old and I needed to buy a new one. Keep in mind, he never stepped foot in my house except to collect payment. I got a second opinion, and it turns out my coils in my furnace and outside were clogged. After another company cleaned the coils, my AC is right where it should be, blowing out air at 55 degrees. But Sid told me multiple times he has been doing this as long as I have been alive... How many other people has he scammed into replacing their units? He needs to learn HVAC 101...

Our heater went out over the holiday weekend and we were worried we wouldn't be able to get ahold of anyone. We reached out to Sanchez Mechanical INC and they responded right away. Sid was able to help me troubleshoot a few things over the phone and we had an appointment scheduled right away. Sid was very professional and solved the issue right away(bad capacitor). We highly recommend Sanchez Mechanical INC.

Echoing all comments below. Highly recommend I texted Sid on Saturday night expecting a call back Monday and instead he called me immediately to troubleshoot over the phone Saturday night. He offered to come Sunday morning which I told him to wait until Monday. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the issues and let me watch over his shoulder to try and learn a thing or two. He explained the issue and what needed to be done to resolve. As others said, he would not take my money. After leaving we had a slight issue again and with a quick call back, and one recommendation over the phone he was able to get it running. True professional

Hi all, I rarely do reviews but I had to post praises for such excellent service. Sid from Sanchez Mechanical came to our home this morning to fix our AC unit. He got here in 10 minutes identified and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. My husband called 5 different places first thing this morning and all said they couldn’t be here until sometime the next day. Now I know not all situations will be as easy or fast to fix but we were impressed with his knowledge, quick identification of the problem and overall customer service. Thank you!

I have called Sid Sanchez twice for a/c care. Both times he has taught me about my a/c unit and what to watch for keeping it in the best condition. He has saved me a great deal of money and he hasn't tried to "sell me a plan". He is common sense and wants to provide his customers with quality service without wasting their money. Most recently, my a/c unit stopped working. While he was unable to come that day, he walked me through the steps to ensure my compressor wasn't seizing up (e.g. helped me confirm my unit wasn't completely broken) and gave me advice on how to watch for signs of concern. I am so thankful that he was willing to take the time to help me over the phone even when he was booked that day! I will definitely be having him come out for maintenance of my furnace before winter!

With some cold temperatures coming up we tried to get our furnace started and it just would not run. So called our usual HVAC company that we've used for years.
After 3 calls in 36 hrs, we still had no appointment, so gave up and called Sanchez Mechanical - had seen their vans around the neighborhood for years.
It was 7:20 in the morning and Sid Sanchez picked up the call immediately and said he could be able to look at it within an hour. The blower motor was bad, he went to his shop, but didn't have a used one for our furnace model. So he gave me the info on how to order one on Amazon for a better price than new motors available locally for $1100. I found a new one for about $450, including overnight shipping. Received it in 24 hrs, called Sid and he came over in about an hour and installed it. It's rare to find someone who doesn't charge you maximum amount for services and parts! Will use them again!
