Good service. Jerrod was able to diagnose our lack of heat problem and replacing the condensation line on our furnace and replaced the drain unit. Never had this problem before but the furnace is 8 years old next month. Disappointed in the cost but I'm sure other companies would charge about the same.

I was very pleased at how the technician checked the "health" of my gas frnace. He carefully checked each area to make sure it was prforming properly. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I received a record of the "health" of my furnace along with pictures and an invoice or the work performed. I would recommend Service Experts to others.

Delray called to politely request a 30 minute early arrival which I gladly accepted. He quickly and expertly diagnosed my issue (failed furnace gas valve). Then, after determining that the valve was no longer manufactured, was able to locate one at a downtown supplier. He then drove 20 miles downtown and back in rush hour traffic before completing the valve R&R and restoring my furnace to operational status. Finding that valve saved me on the order of $10k!! He was also very informative and patient with my questions. Five star service for sure!

The guys showed up on time and had very great attitudes! They were very informative and walked me through the repair options. They did a very careful walk through. I felt very comfortable by the end of the repair/yearly service.

Leo your meticulous eye for details caught an exhaust crack leaking carbon dioxide. I appreciated your hard work, expertise, and professionalism in your field of work, as well as Barry's helpful knowledge in the working performance on my furnace and hot water heater. I have used Serv Experts 10+ years. They were great, then not so great for a few tears, and recently back to being outstanding. In the not so great years I tried other companies and found them either unreliable, over-priced, or inexperienced. I found myself continually coming back to Serv Experts. Most recently, Marcin has provided excellent service, reliability, and skilled labor. As a member and a senior, Service Experts provides valuable pricing discounts. Also, if you have a boiler system, I recommend SE. Back to 5 stars!

This is our second year on the annual maintenance plan for both furnace and AC. The technicians have all been top notch. Each one knew their stuff, and were personable to boot. Nealon was our technician yesterday for the furnace, and he was great.

Made a request to Service Experts for HVAC System Inspection and system repair as blower was making a rubbing sound on Friday for inspection the following Monday. Got nervous about the noise and made a second request to move the appointment up to the next day, Saturday. Paul showed up on time and made the repair very quickly. We were very satisfied with the response and the expert service that the technician, Paul, provided. Great Job, thanks!

I've been with Service Experts for many years. I can always count on the quality of their work. Paul tuned up my furnace today, and he was professional and friendly, and he obviously knew his stuff.

Followup 1 week later - tricky problem that was not fully solved the first time. Danny diagnosed it immediately and Dan and Luke solved it in an hour. Very professional job.

2 weeks later, different job - I can't find a way to post a new review so I'm adding to this one. Marcin drained and tuned up my water heater, and also replaced a kitchen faucet that he had to find because I couldn't after scouring the internet. Job well done.

Service Experts have been a disappointment to say the least. They have always tried to upsell to me for things I do not need.

They were not honest about my furnace saying needs replacement. I had a second opinion and was told the furnace is in great shape. I had to spend $190 for that second opinion and to get my furnace properly serviced.

There was a power outage near the end of Mike's diagnostic assessment, so he agreed to come back without charging me if there were additional issues that hadn't been resolved. Once the new part was ordered, Mike returned for a successful installation and was super professional and efficient! Thank you so much for a job well done!

Service Experts is a convenient but not inexpensive way to maintain our HVAC system. They increased their monthly subscription fee by 50% two years ago, and their bids for repairs are consistently high.

On the other hand, their service techs are mostly first-rate. Leo, in particular, has admirably performed our semi-annual tune-ups / diagnostics and repairs for the past year or two. He's been great in letting us know when to expect him, has arrived on time, has conducted his business without drama, and is skilled at not only performing diagnostics and repairs, but also explaining potential and completed services.

He engenders trust, which is essential when performing HVAC services that demand explanation when something goes wrong.
