Amazing and friendly. I had another HVAC guy come out from another company and they tried to scam me out of $1800. Book now- These folks are thorough. We worked with Sam, he did an inspection and ended up fixing quite a bit for us same day. I have a five month old at home and we are about to have a 80 degree + week. Blue Horse came out last minute and saved the day. Will be working with them for any future HVAC needs.

Great service. My furnace was running but not pumping any hot air. They came out within the hour, cleaned off the thermometer in the furnace and we were back to good. Didn’t charge me for the visit and showed me how to do it myself in the future.

Obed came to do a diagnostic on our furnace and was very thorough and informative. He had the parts needed to fix it on the spot and also walked around the home to give me tips on routine maintenance for the furnace, AC, and boiler. Very friendly and helpful service. They were able to squeeze us in for our AC unit with a very busy schedule during the really hot days here. Obed showed up on time, he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what we needed to do (which was to change the capacitor). He also explained how to maintain our system and got us a part with a 5-year warranty. They are awesome and will use them again!

I called Blue Horse for a second opinion about problems with my furnace and they saved me over $3,000, got me in three weeks faster and took a quarter of the time on the service call!

I initially called a company who had installed my furnace to take a look. After waiting 3 weeks and an astronomically high quote, I called Blue Horse who came out the next day. Within a few minutes the tech asked if I recently installed a Nest Pro thermostat specifically, which I had. He explained why his tests indicated that the furnace was perfectly fine and that was just a communication problem between the furnace-thermostat which happens with that specific model. Still not getting paid for his time (at least from me), he installed my old thermostat before leaving and told me to watch it for a week. Magic, no problems! I switched to Ecobee, installed $60 Fast-Stat common maker and my furnace is now working great.

Not only did this company NOT CHARGE me for the service call, I am incredibly grateful for their honesty and quality of service and will ONLY be using Blue Horse moving forward. Thank you guys!!

I had a great experience working with Blue Horse recently on 6/7/2024. My HVAC stopped working and it was HOT this day. As a first-time homeowner, I had zero experience working with HVAC contractors. My technician, "Sam", was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Sam was happy to answer all of my questions. Fast & Professional. Great experience overall. Would highly recommend.

Blue Horse took a job from us on very short notice and quoted us a much more reasonable price than the HVAC company we’d been using. Their tech was professional, friendly, and communicative. A+ work all around.

The technician, Obed, showed up on time and provided a free inspection and estimate of needed services at no charge, just as they advertise. He was professional, knowledgeable and was patient in answering all our questions about both our air conditioner and furnace. Another company had told us that we needed thousands of dollars of work (replacement parts, labor, repairs), but he showed us his meter readings and let us watch him work. He found only a couple items that needed servicing. He came back a couple days later and took care of these items, charging us a much more reasonable rate. Blue Horse HVAC is a newer company but if they continue their good service, they should be around a long time. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. They came out initially for free to diagnose our HVAC problem (incorrect wiring), and when that didn't fix our problem, promptly came back to identify and fix the root cause. I also had to reschedule numerous times and they were more than accommodating. I would absolutely recommend them for any HVAC service and will be calling them for any future issues I encounter.

Excellent service and price to replace my worn-out HVAC system with a new Daikin unit. Couldn't have gone better and I couldn't be happier with the totally professional service.
