Blue Horse is a top notch HVAC company. Their office is responsive and their technicians are knowledgeable and ensure the job is done on time and to spec. I've used them for two different residential furnace installs this year. Their tech was great to work with and their pricing for furnaces was much better than others in the area. I hope I don't need another furnace this year but if I do, I'll be calling Russell.

I called Blue Horse because our AC unit had stopped working. They were able to come out the very next day! The technician asked if it was okay if he came early which worked even better for us. When he arrived, he was able to identify the problem quickly and now our AC is running like a breeze! We experienced excellent client service from start to finish, and will continue to use blue horse for all of our HVAC needs. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I called in when my furnace went out and the team at blue horse was able to get someone out the next day. Ones came out to take a look and get the dimensions needed for the new furnace. He offered up a space heater to use as they needed to buy all the parts and would get them the next day. Very nice guy. julienne came out the next day and did a great job installing the furnace and he swapped out my gas valves. He was efficient and a nice guy to talk with. I will be recommending Blue Horse to all my friends and family. The cost on this heater was better than anyone else I talked to with a great warranty and a superior product. Thanks again!

Obed was an excellent service technician. He gave my AC a tuneup… checked Freon the condenser temperature output showed me the filter even when in the crawlspace to take a look at the ductwork to give me an estimate for sealing the seams. He arrived on time, spent about 45 minutes was professional and kind. I highly recommend Ms. Ryan

My wife and I used Blue Horse to get the A/C unit at our house up and running again. It went out right on 4th of July weekend, of course, and Obed came out as far as he could. This man is as good a man as I have ever met: He is kind, courteous, honest, and only does the work that needs to be done. This is the third time that I've used BHH&AC. Every time they have been on time and very thorough. They have always taken the time to explain their work and recommend things like changing the filters to prolong furnace fan motors. BHH&AC will always be my first call when it comes to HVAC issues...

It was very efficient to book an appointment and the scheduler kept me updated on the arrival time of the tech at different points. Sam was wonderful to work with! It took couple trials to figure out the issue and I appreciate the detailed method/ process to get that completed. The heater is up and running!!!

Also, I use Blue Horse Heat and Ac to service all the HVAC needs for my personal home. I wouldn't use anyone else!

We used Blue Horse for my parents home and it was the best decision we’ve made for our AC install. They were the best price without compromising quality.
During our initial consultation, Obed measured the furnace and was knowledgeable on exactly what we needed to make it happen. On the day of install, the team arrived and got the job done by afternoon leaving everything tidy. We weren’t sure what to expect, since the house was built in the 70s with no AC. We were surprised at how much they accomplished in the window of time they were here.

We got quotes from Home Depot who uses Plumbline as their provider for AC and it was just way out of price range (more than double the cost), which was significant for my parents especially with them being retired and on a fixed income. Today we’re enjoying a cool home and my parents look forward to comfortable summers with the new AC. If you’re shopping around I highly recommend at the very least, getting a consult and estimate from Blue Horse before you decide to go anywhere else.

You should really pay more attention to the road than your Cell phone especially when it’s raining. You made me slam on my brakes with my 81yo mother in the car swerving and hitting a curb. No blinker. Crossed over a solid white line just because you wanted to get to a lane with no cars at the light. If you can’t show attention while driving I don’t see how you can pay attention to a job.

I used L&M to replace my furnace and AC unit and they nailed it! Mike was great to work with and extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. L&M provided a solution that was competitively priced with an excellent 10 year warranty that included parts and LABOR! I highly recommend you consider L&M for your HVAC needs.

I called Mike and he was at my house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace and went to purchase part. His prices were much cheaper than those companies that constantly advertise. I will recommend this company to others.
