Mike and team are incredible! After realizing my 22yr old furnace wasnt going to make it through the winter, Mike quoted a heat pump & furnace to reduce my monthly cost and improve the AC next summer. He was in and out in 2 days, provided finance options, and cleaned up after all the work! He is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. They kept me informed of when they'd arrive and what to expect. I appreciate the hard work..

Working with Lee from l and M was such a great experience. I’m a commercial contractor and I work with a lot of subs. We definitely had an A team experience with L and M. They were on time, prepared and made the project go smoothly. We will definitely be using them on our next projects.

There really is no need for improvement. From the consultation to the finished work Mike is 5 star all the way. He is polite, professional, punctual, honest, hard-working and communicates extremely well. We replaced our 30-year-old Rheem air conditioner and furnace with their high efficiency system. It has been only 6 days since install but the new system is definitely quieter. Mike was extremely respectful of my home placing tarps and sealing off the stairs so that it did not affect my carpeting. He even rolled up the tarp towards him as he was walked out the door as to not leave any debris on my floor. He was accompanied by 2 helpers, Lee and Darian who were also very kind and respectful. I found his name on the Rheem website while looking for service techs. I had several other companies out to give me bids but none of them impressed me. Mike was down-to-earth. I knew immediately I would be hiring him. I highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Dylan. He came out to assess an issue and came with a reasonable solution. The whole experience felt authentic and of value. We will definitely be working with Dylan again.

When our heat wasn’t turning on this fall, We were quoted $3850 for an electrical rebuild on our boiler from another local boiler repair business. I was floored by the quote, and said I was going to shop it a bit, and I’m sure glad I did! Turns out it wasn’t electrical at all. It was the temperature sensor. Josh was timely, efficient and professional -and saved us nearly $3K! I would HIGHLY recommend them-I know who the I will call first in the future.

Efficient Comfort installed a new furnace and a heat pump in our home. My wife and I are both Realtors, so we deal with a fair amount of HVAC companies in our real estate transactions. Efficient Comfort definitely stands out. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the system that we purchased. The installation was done on time and to a very high standard. Highly recommend.

Ron was amazing, he got our furnace and humidifier back up to scratch, gave us solid advice, was knowledgeable, and knew how it all worked including our thermostat error. I will ask for Ron again. Ron is a solid bloke 10 10 would do again.

Our furnace/AC broke and Ron from Efficient Comfort was here within the hour. He was super polite and informative. He quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and had our AC running again within the afternoon. We had a couple of things going on with our unit and the repairs cost less than what we expected. It was a great experience, really easing the anxiety of such an important thing breaking unexpectedly.

Left a message on their "Contact" page at their website. They called me first thing the next morning. Ron was there fast, even earlier than promised. Quick diagnosis with no upsell. Very professional. The repair was done the same day. Excellent customer service.

Efficient Comfort recently completed a furnace install project for me. They were quick and responsive throughout the process. The technicians, Ruben and Evan, were very knowledgeable and communicated effectively throughout the install.

Ron Sarver did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing our furnace problem. He was thorough, efficient and professional. I would recommend him for HVAC repair.

Furnace wasn’t working and they came the very next day. I did have to have a big repair but the service was excellent. Ron was professional, personal and worked efficiently. I never felt pressured and always felt informed. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I called the company and needed someone to come and fix my heater. Ron came and looked at it. And knew just what was wrong. And it took just a few minutes to fix it and then asked if there was any question. This company is top notch. Will not go anywhere else. Thank you Ron for your help and support.

Josh and crew (Devon, Ruben, Tony and Evan) did a very professional job with the install of our Heat pump and mini-split. From the initial consultation I felt like they had my best interests in mind. They worked diligently to complete the job on time. Devon and Josh were super approachable and answered all my questions as the old system came out and the new one came in. After the install, I had very good follow up support. The system has been humming along for over a month now and I couldn't be happier.

We have been using Efficient Comfort for the past few years for annual tuneups and cleaning as well as any emergency service.
Techs have always been right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, super friendly, and the company has been easy to work with on scheduling both far out and for emergency.
Dylan did a great job on our Fall tuneup this year, Would highly recommend him and the company -
Work was fine but seemed overpriced and co still has not sent an itemized invoice despite repeated requests. I had used Efficient before for basic maintenance but on this occasion they diagnosed a faulty induction motor on our furnace. They had the part on the truck (based on my research, the part seemed to be no more than $450-550). Part was replaced and work completed in about 40mins but I was charged c. $1150 for the total work (which I was later told by other sources was very high). At the time of the work, the tech told me he would send an itemized invoice. Never received and followed up two times with Efficient office team and they never sent it either. This leads me to conclude that they charged nearly $600 in labor for a 40 minute job. Doubt I will use them again.

“Ron was very polite as well as being very knowledgeable. He found the issue immediately and solved it. Ron also explained everything to me which I appreciated. He also checked out everything else along with replacing my furnace filter. I would definitely recommend his services.
Thank you, Crystal” -
The team from Efficient Heating recently replaced our old boiler/furnace/ hot water heater with a new high efficiency system. Their design, plumbing work, installation, removal and demo of the old boiler, and system testing, attention to detail, and timely delivery and installation of the new system, as promised, was excellent. We highly recommend that anyone needing HVAC and plumbing work call Josh and his team to get your work done. Efficient Heating did a great job!

Not very transparent with pricing from the get go. Called to get an appointment and they quoted me $168 or so for a technician to come over and diagnose. After the technician got there he said it was $268 then he spliced a few wires together and it ended up being $463 for the work and diagnosis. Also this didn’t confirm he even fixed the issue with my boiler. You’d think they’d replaced a component on the system but this was some simple wiring clean up. If you don’t want to get charged a fortune look elsewhere!

Dan Hogan, our service technician, was superb this time as he was on his last visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue and performed a component-level repair rather than a replacement of the burner assembly or even the furnace as might likely have been the outcome with other HVAC service companies that we know. Furnace was inconsistently starting up and not establishing full burner performance and would flame out. Dan cleaned the ignitor and burner assembly of soot buildup. Working beautifully now.

Dan visited today for a furnace inspection, which included outdoor checks of exhaust as well as opening up the furnaces. He fortunately didn't find any problems with our 19 year old Goodman furnaces (main floor and basement). We spent a while discussing the likelihood that we'll need to replace the furnaces soon. He was super helpful in describing alternatives, including heat pump with gas backup, and gave us a quote for the simplest gas replacement with Bryant/Carrier equipment. He said the gas replacement is probably better for us, since we're getting old and are not sure how long we'll stay in this house. Have to think more about the tradeoff -- helping the planet vs saving money now.
We've had cheaper inspections before, but they usually came with pressure to buy something extra. I appreciated this company's approach.
