The fellas that came out to install my AC were great. They were all very professional and polite. They were very thorough in explaining everything. I highly recommend Efficient Comfort.

They were excellent from start to finish. Our hot water tank died and they came out same day and replaced it. Devon was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. His work was top notch. Really impressed with him and Efficient Comfort.

Great experience with these guys. Very honest and upfront about what I needed and how much it would cost. Talked to a few other companies who tried to sell me more than what I needed. Jeremy got me a quote on a Monday and Ruben, Evan, and Tony were there the next morning to do the install. Very happy with their service and will be my go-to for HVAC going forward

Dylan was wonderful. He arrived only a few days after we reported our furnace had suddenly become noisy. He quickly diagnosed the failing inducer, quoted price options, and installed the replacement. It was just in time for the January cold spell. We'll definitely use Efficient Comfort for future needs.

You know the ole saying ---- 'You only get one chance to make a first impression'? Well, this was our first time using Efficient Comfort. We had a boiler installed about 2-3 years ago, and wasn't satisfied with the company that had been doing our annual check up on it. So we reached out to Efficient Comfort based on several recommendations. And boy, what a difference. Ron was the tech that responded. Professional, polite, thorough, and just a great all around experience. Gave us tummy comfort to know that our boiler is in good working order and sends us into the colder months with confidence that our system is working fine. Ron answered all of our questions and it is quite clear who we will be calling next fall to do our annual inspection. Our water heater and A/C are currently functioning fine, but will probably need replaced in the near future. Guess who we are going to call when that time comes?

Roy was excellent - professional, friendly, and efficient. I had an issue with the wiring for a new thermostat with an older furnace, Roy helped resolve the problem and made sure my thermostat was working correctly before leaving. The company was also very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Efficient Comfort before (they replaced our water heater a couple of years ago) and have always felt like I'm in good hands with a company that provides great service at a fair price. So when our 23 year old gas furnace started randomly not working on frigid Colorado nights in the middle of winter, I knew who to call. Joanne was quick to get us on the schedule and they were on site within 24 hours. Dan even let us borrow some company space heaters to help warm up the interior of our home until they could install the new furnace. On the day of install, Ruben and Devon worked to install our Bryant Preferred gas furnace for about 7 or so hours. We're very happy with our experience with EC and would definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Our thermostat completely shut off and we had no heat for two days. We called Efficient Comfort, and they were able to fit us in within an hour of calling — which we so appreciated! Ron was our technician and he was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed within 20 minutes. We were warm again in no time! Pricing was very reasonable as well. Last month Efficient Comfort replaced our furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump/furnace system. We were very pleased with the entire process. I had many questions and Jeremy answered all of my questions quickly and completely. Efficient Comfort's quote was honest and incorporated all the rebates and offers available at the time. We were scheduled in quickly and Devon, Tony and Evan installed the equipment quickly and walked us through everything we needed to know. Devon was especially helpful in explaining what was going on and making sure everything was done. We did have a programming problem the first night but Efficient sent someone right away to fix the issue and we have been very satisfied with the system ever since. This company has been very easy to work with and we are happy we chose this company for our upgrade,

Superb job. Very reasonable pricing. I needed the old boiler and water heater removed then the utility closet walls and flooring finished before they could install new equipment. They worked with my schedule.
I like that it is a sister/brother business with well trained courteous employees. I will use them again when we add A/C to our home for use during fire season, when I won’t use the swamp cooler

Geoffrey came to the house to go over their bids and took his time, answered all of our questions. Took time to get to know us. He explained the various systems and we settled on the heat pump and back up furnace.
Daniel and Alex came to do the installation. They were on time, did a great job! They are hard workers, quiet and efficient! I appreciated their knowledge and took time to tell us how to use the system.

The gentleman who came to do the walk through (the service manager) was fantastic! Again, he took the time to explain the system, how it works and answered our questions with patience and professionalism!

Over all, I would highly recommend True plumbing and heating. Their staff is fantastic!

Sam with True Heating and Cooling was great! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was on time for the appointment and took the time needed to complete his inspection and maintenance. I will definitely continue to use True Heating and Cooling for my HVAC needs.

Hired to install a heat pump. Price paid was much lower than almost every other competitor for similar equipment, without being upsold on equipment that didn't need replacing. They also took care of the rebate paperwork with Xcel so one less hassle to worry about. New unit has performed terrific in the heat and the freezing cold already. Thanks also to installers Daniel and Alex who were accommodating and made a requested change during the install.

We recently had our new HVAC systems installed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the our two technicians, Daniel and Alex who came out. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our home. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Their attention to detail was obvious—everything was installed neatly and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with how the system works and even gave us helpful tips for getting the most out of it.

These guys rock - Chris, Dan, Shane, and Eli came through and installed a new AC unit and furnace combo in one day, and were super easy to work with. Justin was a great help in walking through all the options to replace our swamp cooler and we were able to find a great deal on our new unit.

The new ac kept us cool all summer. Looking forward to starting up our new furnace this winter (now with a humidifier all in one)!

Our technician Logan was very knowledgeable and thorough. He discovered a blockage in the furnace intake and quickly repaired it. He then discovered that the humidifier had been installed incorrectly (by another company) and fixed it too. I would highly recommend Logan and True Heating and Cooling! (I’ve had True out twice on different HVAC issues and they’ve been great each time!)

Just had my old relic HVAC system replaced with a new furnace and heat pump. Jophery came out to do the estimate and he was so kind and knowledgeable. He helped explain everything and answered questions without being pushy. Tim was great on install day and walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Only minor complaint was that the installers left my gate open a few times and my dogs could have gotten out, luckily they didn't. Ultimately I am excited to have increased energy efficiency with the new system and smart thermostat. Already noticing a big difference! Thanks!
